what's the current price on these?

Quick noob question. I"m looking at adding a second 5850 to my mining rig. Do i need to have them in crossfire to get the benefit of both cards

where is the Kgc group?

I"m trying to mine this using cgminer. I can connect to the listed pool, but only get stale shares. Ideas?

Where are ppl mining these days? I"ve been the only one on sxc.poolvn.com for a week.

I've been trying to connect to the coinex pool and having no luck. Are there any other pools that are running?

With a single HD5850, is there much point in Soloing, or is pooling my best bet? typical hashrate is 396kh/s

Having a hard time stayng synced. I've added all the add-nodes. backed up my wallet and deleted everything from the emerald folder in roaming. redownloaded and launched the QT and it still hangs at about 65%

Is there a working p2pool for emeralds?

I can agree with this. I"ve gone from 2.5kifc to 250ifc without changing anything. it's kind of baffling.

How likely am I to find blocks mining solo w/ 450kh/s?

I finally got it working. I used AMD driver cleaner, then installed the 12.8 drivers and it worked.

Also, Iin reading a few things. I"ve discovered that my MB is pci-e x16 2.0. the card is x16 2.1.
