41  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Has anyone heard of PKEK Crypto Exchange? There's nothing online about it=Weird. on: March 21, 2024, 01:55:05 PM
It could also be a trafficked slave. Especially in southeast Asia
Yeah, slavery for inter-state fraud still occurs among foreign workers in this region, they mainly look for victims from the slave's country of origin.
And I doubt the real place the woman OP is talking about is LA.
42  Local / Ekonomi, Politik, dan Budaya / Re: Komeng Fenomenal! Meraih ~5,4 Juta Suara di Jawa Barat on: March 20, 2024, 04:16:20 PM
Hehee...
43  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop paying money to learn trading when you can learn it yourself on: March 20, 2024, 03:56:54 PM
But this time it is foolish to expect anything for free you have to train with money then you can do better.
That is the n stage of all processes, it would be foolish if you skipped some of the learning processes that you should have gone through first. Anyway, the essence of this topic, instead of wasting money on paid course, it is better to use it for initial caps of the real trading.
44  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BSV trading in USA on: March 19, 2024, 04:41:49 PM
Check out the US based exchanges that list BSV coins here https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-sv/.
Alternatively, you exchange BSV to BTC first on Kucoin, then send BTC to your US exchange account.
45  Economy / Reputation / Re: DomainNamePRO Selling Domains in Service Announcements? on: March 19, 2024, 04:36:59 PM
Should this topics be reported and moved to different board, something for selling domains and other digital items, maybe Digital Goods?
If this user is actually a representative of SquadHelp where all the domains offered are listed with that domain agent, s/he is allowed to create only one thread about SquadHelp on the same board and is allowed to offer all the pro domains he wants to offer in it.
If s/he is not a site representative (just an intermediary),s/he must write on digital goods and be allowed in one thread perhaps with the title "I offer some rare crypto-related domains".

46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin become a payment option? Was the initial design of bitcoin tobe paym on: March 18, 2024, 01:23:59 PM
What factors contribute to the increase in Bitcoin's price
Increasing demand.

Quote
despite its lack of tangible value in real life?
This is just a matter of societal trend, bitcoin has not lost its functionality as a means of payment. Likewise gold, how many people in real life use it for daily shopping? Do you see gold trending higher as a means of payment or investment item in say this decade?
47  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitstamp withdrawal delays, failure to execute withdrawals, Bitstamp failing? on: March 17, 2024, 02:28:51 PM
But, they tried to fob me off, with some supporttard telling me to clear cookies and cache (classic fobbing-off technique), and closing the ticket.  So I do now have to treat the funds as stolen.
Support provides solutions such as a technical error, just hope this isn't their attempt to buy time which in the end considers it to be a problem with the source of funds or an account security risk.
What if you exchange some of your GBP for bitcoin and then try to withdraw it?
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimon Compares Bitcoin to Smoking on: March 16, 2024, 02:19:05 PM
The government can only act defensively towards bitcoin, it can't really stop it, especially if the majority of people have good financial literacy. Take, for example, Chinese people[1].
Another collection from the Bitcoin Obituaries list, anyway.

49  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Where to sell Casascius coins? on: March 16, 2024, 01:59:44 PM
Seem perfectly normal to me......  Tongue
Thanks for providing a bright spot,
yeah I don't really recommend that either because it seems too easy to be true. It's just that from several threads I found recently (and I hope those aren't a secret attempt to build the visibility of a collectibles market), these cascasius collectors have run out of ideas for selling.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to use Telegram bot for trading ? on: March 15, 2024, 03:55:47 PM
1st, what can be expected by trading using Telegram? Amazing experience?
2nd, those exchanges has built a mobile version app that allows you to interactively manage trades as conveniently as possible anywhere at any time. And now someone is offering trading via telegram which is nothing more than command buttons. Isn't that a setback?
51  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 0xbc1.io - Innovative crypto exchange service on: March 13, 2024, 03:05:59 PM
Originating from offline exchanges,
This is an important part for potential users to know the track record of your services in the past, as well as added value in building exposure more quickly. You can at least include those points (which can be proven) in every marketing corner.
Anyway, I'm curious about the real version on the "unique" keyword in this service.
52  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to determine it is not a scam on: March 13, 2024, 11:45:52 AM
Just doing some light research, only a few users have mentioned this site without any significant reviews. But, looking at their twitter account, it seems like they have slow response supports. So have you previously used their service, or are you just wanting to try it because they offer bitcoin payments?
General advice, start with a small amount as a trial run. DWYOR.
53  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Opinions on Mexc GLobal on: March 12, 2024, 04:02:03 PM
Even though no KYC seems tempting, just imagine all the top exchanges implementing KYC policies even $1 trades while this one doesn't, it feels like global regulations never give exclusive rights. I also don't think they escape the scrutiny of AML authorities.
I'dn't put at least $10 before I became a verified user, or not use it at all.
54  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchange advice to sell >10BTC on: March 11, 2024, 03:15:07 PM
Just discovered this Bisq service, https://bisq.wiki/Face-to-face_(payment_method)
Tbh I haven't learned more about the mechanism and security side of it.
Light advice, you don't have to offer a large amount at once. Let's say you wanna sell 5 BTC, then make up to 15 separate offers so that it is possible to find 15 different buyers.

55  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Mexc wont unfreeze my account on: March 11, 2024, 03:02:44 PM
^^
What you need to know, there are no Mexc representatives here, no one will unlock your account with privileges. Their platform, their rules (even if you think it's unfair). You have to get used to it.
So cry somewhere else. fvck off Tongue
56  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Mexc wont unfreeze my account on: March 10, 2024, 11:12:06 AM
You should feel relieved if the verification process stops at that step, their policy for recovering frozen accounts will even ask you to prepare a police report (if they categorize this freeze as login credential theft).

You must provide proof of police acceptance of the case within 48 hours of submitting the supporting documents. If you fail to provide the appropriate proof, MEXC will unfreeze the frozen assets or accounts as appropriate.
57  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Where to sell Casascius coins? on: March 10, 2024, 10:33:58 AM
Try checking this out 4k.com.
Even though the steps seem a bit complicated from conventional marketplaces, there is one casascius collector with good experience with this site: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5366886
Do it if you're sure that NFTs aren't shit stuff, lol.

Btw, perhaps you forgot that this forum has Collectibles board.
58  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 09, 2024, 01:50:44 PM
Will we have a weekend ATH

Observing closely.
You have to look at it from another perspective. Beginning of the current week BTC has reached ATH in my local currency.

59  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Locked out of Kraken Account and they arent helping, what do I do? on: March 09, 2024, 04:49:59 AM
If it requires manual handling, you just need to be a little more patient.
I recently resolved an issue with my main trading exchange account (not kraken, unfortunately) and do you know how long it took for my ticket to get a support response? about 5 days later but I wasn't too anxious. And the sixth day they solved my problem with video verification.
60  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's the point of registering on a CEX if you don't trade? on: March 09, 2024, 03:45:48 AM
  • Staking
  • Cloudmining
  • Lending
  • Affiliates
  • Tokensale/IEO

Any business as long as the economic benefits of crypto are on their list is potentially profitable, they provide it.
