621  Economy / Economics / Re: I wonder if food prices in your country have also increased? on: August 30, 2023, 01:42:16 PM
What you are experiencing is a seasonal scarcity caused by drought which made food stuffs to be quite expensive in the market in your country.
In our country, we often experience an imbalance in the distribution of food commodities which causes differences in basic prices. In fact, the government has tried many things, especially minimizing geographical constraints on distribution (Indonesia is an archipelagic country). However, there are a few monopoly "games" by local elites who take advantage of various situations and are backed by a corrupt government.
622  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance is Rolling Out Copy Trading? on: August 30, 2023, 01:18:07 PM
did Binance just announce they're finally jumping on the copy trading feature? I mean, kudos to them for catching up, but seriously? Copy trading wasn't a thing on Binance before this? I genuinely thought Binance had this feature ages ago.
Yeah, it's just that Binance uses 3rd party services that are integrated directly into your Binance account. If you want to use the feature, you must first move your futures funds to that service.
Regarding the new futures feature you mean, I think Binance will launch their own and remove collaboration with 3rd party apps so you don't have to take funds out of your account anymore.
623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: presuring someone into Bitcoin investment on: August 30, 2023, 11:49:05 AM
she thought I'was going to defraud her.
....

there was a lesson I lean from here. when you are preaching to someone about Bitcoin, you shouldn't talk too much, and you shouldn't stay long and you should also allow them make some research and ask questions about what we are preaching to them, to avoid loss at the end.

I don't know, how you see it.
More than that, convince yourself that you're a clean or trustworthy person, not someone who has had financial problems. I'm not really curious about the quality of your relationship with your family, but it sounds kinda funny when a mother suspects her own son is trying to defraud her.
624  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Koinpark - The best cryptocurrency exchange platform on: August 29, 2023, 03:05:40 PM
Best cryptocurrency platform yet the site just load a blank page? What is the point of announcing non-functional half-baked services?

You are wasting time advertising air here.

You're lucky you got a blank page. this is what i get

Works fine on my end.

I don't know why there is a restriction on access and want users to log in using their real IP addresses, but it's hard to find people interested in that here.
You could put together a nice list of banned countries or at least require the user to verify their identity if they are using a VPN.

In general, it seems that identity verification will be mandatory on this platform.
It's true.
All users must complete KYC, and for non-Indian users they only receive a passport document to pass verification. Strangely, I didn't find any information on restricted countries.

@OP, does Koinpark really accept global users without exception?
625  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Binance and multiple citizenship on: August 29, 2023, 02:25:14 PM
In short, I think that the ban applies to the country of nationality and not to the country of residence.
A citizen can't be subject to 2 laws simultaneously. Furthermore, when a user is identified as having criminal activity, the first jurisdiction that has the right to impose legal sanctions is the country where he resides at that time.

Let's say you currently live in country A, and you launder money on Binance using the identity of resident B. Binance can't ask the authorities of country B to act against you in country A, otherwise Binance doesn't have good AML cooperation with the authorities of country A due to restrictions. This is a difficult situation to resolve.
626  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Okbet.com frozen on: August 29, 2023, 02:05:41 PM
I made a warning thread about this casino few days ago on our local board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5464308.msg62763252#msg62763252 when I experience bug on their game. It's too bad that my account automatically frozen when I withdraw now.
I hope the casino support isn't lurking around the forums stalking your review threads. If the forum account name is identical to your casino username, it may be a matter of personal sentiment so they freeze you for no apparent reason and deny your complaint at all costs. Grin

627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trustworthy Sites Where Someone Can Work And Earn Reasonable Amount Of Bitcoin. on: August 29, 2023, 01:54:15 PM
Noticing your dissatisfaction, it seems that you're demanding a minimum payment for a certain period. You should at least position yourself in the team of a crypto company for decent and stable payments, eg (according to your preferences) you should work as a marketer. There are several aggregators of career vacancies in the crypto field such as crypto.jobs that you can try to browse. If you're professional enough, you can determine your own payment method, for example with bitcoin.
628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: GNY Range Report - Free AI tools for traders. on: August 29, 2023, 01:37:51 PM
What are the filtering parameters of the featured news in the market overview bar and how often will it be updated? I think it would be good if it includes news that is only relevant for each crypto that users choose.
Overall, a very useful tool. Hoping to add more major altcoins.
629  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if there is no crypto bull run for next 10 years ? on: August 28, 2023, 03:55:50 PM
If that can be confirmed, then yes I'll release the investment. But not completely out of crypto.
The thing is, people can expect the bull run to start about this month, or next month, etc. until it becomes an infinite loop of speculation. You may not even realize that time has passed 2 decades.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effective and Intelligent Solutions to Propel Future Bitcoin Price Surge on: August 28, 2023, 03:04:05 PM
2. Regulatory Clarity:
The regulatory landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies is still evolving, which can create uncertainty and volatility in the market. A clear and well-defined regulatory framework that provides a balance between innovation and consumer protection could instill confidence among investors and lead to a more stable market environment, potentially boosting Bitcoin's value.
Regulatory clarity is not enough, the question is whether it supports it or not? There are countries that have in fact drafted regulations that are impartial to the development of the bitcoin ecosystem from the start, say China. Then what happens in other countries, regulations are made greener.
As long as there is no single rule governing the worldwide bitcoin ecosystem, volatility will be inevitable.

6. Straight out of Newbie mode right into Currency Exchange (PayPal, Liberty Reserve, Western Union)

That's not an official rule, just an indication of common scams. Such payment methods are actually not prohibited regardless of account ranks.

So, (after a long time I read) what's the platform name?
(can't wait to criticize something) Cool
633  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Binance and multiple citizenship on: August 26, 2023, 01:38:19 PM
You must contact support for details. My guess is (based on logic) like the opinion above that you won't be allowed to use your nationality B or C identity while you're living in country A when the new restrictions are implemented, because you're personally subject to the laws of country A.
I don't know if binance ever asked for street selfie verfications like this. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5410006
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A creative way to introduce BTC to newcomers on: August 26, 2023, 01:14:43 PM
It's a reality that people are more interested in investing so talking about the price volatility is a good thing. The video didn't come of as a shill to me so I don't see where you got the "high expectation".
I'm not trying to conclude earlier, the fact that the interest of newcomers in prices is those with a background of less good economic standards. Most of the bitcoin information on the internet is about fluctuations, speculation, signals, investment values of whales, etc. With the preferences such of information they consume, then they start throwing questions at you like "what is the potential for bitcoin" in order for us to achieve a better economic level, and most likely you'll tell the price history more or less like the OP video. That's what I call that, indirectly you dictate newcomers to have high expectations for bitcoin.
635  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] SecureShift.io , instant crypto exchange with full privacy on: August 26, 2023, 12:52:09 PM
According to European AML directives, KYC regulations, and platform requirements.
It would be better if you include information on the site that this service complies with European regulations. Don't know which rule you're referring to, just found this European AML policy update:

Quote
They set limits up to €7000 for cash payments and €1000 for crypto-asset transfers, where the customer cannot be identified.
https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/press-room/20230327IPR78511/new-eu-measures-against-money-laundering-and-terrorist-financing

Your opportunity to serve customers with privacy is €1k. More than that you're putting the customer at risk of requesting verification.
Overall, you really can't promise privacy guarantees as long as you comply with any regulation. You know, they hate privacy.

Airdrop ini masih aktif, saya beberapa hari yang lalu mengklaim domain .nft.
Airdrop domain *.nft udah berakhir sekitar 1 minggu lalu. Terus, tadi siang saya dapet email baru dari UD buat klaim domain ENS *.x gratis dan caranya masih sama pake username twitter. Sayangnya, saat ini halaman buat klaim airdrop masih dalam pemeliharaan.

637  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A creative way to introduce BTC to newcomers on: August 25, 2023, 02:01:00 PM
I prefer to first ask newcomers what bitcoin space they're interested in. I think we should have had enough of dictating newcomers to only knowledge around bitcoin's price history, the way this ultimately leads them to have high expectations about their investment.
I'm sure that most of the failure stories of someone's bitcoin journey out there are through this route of introduction, while our main bitcoin activities in/out this forum isn't just as a investor.
638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scalping on: August 25, 2023, 12:18:30 PM
Scalping actually doesn't have a specific time frame used for analysis, but in general they choose the shortest possible time frame because crypto fluctuations are quite extreme, and general technical analysis advice for scalpers is a maximum of 30 minutes. The shorter the time frame, the more opportunities the scalper opens the next new positions.
Relaxed scalpers (they don't want fast mood swings) can choose longer time frames like 1 hour or even 4 hours with low leverage. This will be a full time category trade.
639  Economy / Economics / Re: Having a problem a Personal Finance? on: August 25, 2023, 11:42:27 AM
[b.] Always hang out here on the Bitcointalk forum; you can see and learn a lot from this platform.
Not all financial tips can work for someone's problem. Bitcointalk is a pseudonymous forum, without introducing your preferences, you can also give theoretical tips as if you were a financial expert. But how come people expect practical tips, without you knowing the level of someone's problem may be worse than you think.
640  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] SecureShift.io , instant crypto exchange with full privacy on: August 24, 2023, 03:29:09 PM
Also, who determines a link to criminal activity?
I didn't see any indication that this service is subject to any specific jurisdictional regulation, which for the time being I conclude all decisions regarding the status of user funds and verification requests are based on the service's internal initiative.
That's a questionable offer of privacy.
