1901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Solana be the next Ethereum??? on: October 02, 2022, 09:02:18 PM
We, as end users, have some justified demands. We want to use a cheap, fast and secure blockchain. Since Ethereum is not cheap and fast, we look for alternatives, but sometimes we overlook the fact that alternatives other than Ethereum have security vulnerabilities. Fortunately, we are not decision makers playing an active role in the market. Therefore, Ethereum cannot be surpassed by others.

I think a cryptocurrency aiming to surpass Ethereum need not convince us. Those who claim to be an alternative to Ethereum should convince the developers of Blockchain. We follow them somehow.

Major Market Corrections Bitcoin bottomed two to three weeks before the SPX did which is the s p 500. over the last week, the s p has made new lows while Bitcoin continues to hold its impressive ground, it's good to see that the bifurcation that tore apart the equity market took a dump right and the pay 500 also saw its worst drop in not at 9.3 percent this month if this is the worst drop since March 2020 you know when the government shut down the entire Globe.

Maybe it's not very accurate to directly correlate with global stock markets, but damn it, if we're not going to correlate with global stock markets, what are we going to correlate with? Are we going to correlate according to Mercury's position in astrology? :)

Owners of capital may be switching between markets according to their needs. Therefore, we should not always expect a repetition of an example that has happened before. The movements in SP can give us an idea about the psychology of the investors, but I don't always find it right to use the data there directly in the cryptocurrency market.

I don't know Luca Langoni. @nocontextfooty made a successful meme describing the transfer market concisely. I found the post fun. :)

Also, I think Haaland will be the player who gives the best return on the money paid in terms of performance this season. This boy is already a huge phenomenon with his behavior on and off the football field. That he was the best transfer of the year should be a non-arguable topic.

I realized that N'koudou is everything for this team in the last few weeks. More precisely, a N'koudou at the top of his form was everything for this team... The only positive development for Beşiktaş is the strong return of Rachid Ghezzal. Had he entered the game earlier, he could have changed a lot. Apart from that, we should be happy to get a point from Fenerbahçe.
1905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is permissable in Islam. on: October 02, 2022, 06:45:10 PM

Most Muslims from Arab, Africa, and Asia are Muslim by Born. Arab countries tend to follow Islamic rules hardly. There are a lot of restrictions if you follow all the rules (A lot of freedom too). Nowadays, many Muslims don't care about the rules of Islam. They don't participate in prayers. If you follow the rules, You should pray five times a day which only real Muslims do right now. If you follow the rules, You cannot drink alcohol. You cannot look at girls for the 2nd time (It is okay to see once by mistake). You cannot steal people's money. You cannot gamble. You cannot promote gambling. But, Only a few percent of Muslims follow all the rules of Islam. The rest of us are Muslim by the name only. We don't follow the rules. I am a Muslim. I know I am promoting a casino to get paid, and it's Haram. I believe the same kind of people exists in every religion. So, I respect that guy who tried to follow the rules because of his belief.

While reading your message, I remembered an interview that Zinedine Zidane gave to The Guardian years ago. Hahahah I'm behaviorally similar to you too.

Turkey (like Thailand) banned the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment, but trading is still allowed. In addition, in the discussion, one member who was obviously from Turkey confirmed that many do not respect this ban and continue to accept cryptocurrencies (restaurants, shops...)
...

He may have tried to create an ideological target by keeping Türkiye and Afghanistan together, because the unsourced information he conveyed here is false data. Cryptocurrencies cannot be used only as a means of payment in Türkiye. Also, it is not a law subject to strict control.

...
I respect all religions, but I have not yet read anywhere or found out in any way that any other religion expressly forbids cryptocurrencies, except of course Islam, with which this issue has been associated for years.

Our possessions, he says, have two uses, proper and improper. Money too has a proper and an improper use; its proper use is to be exchanged for goods and services, not to be lent out at interest. Of all the methods of making money, “taking a breed from barren metal” is the most unnatural.
https://www.britannica.com/biography/Aristotle/Political-theory

In fact, dirty money (which is interest and its derivatives) is a humiliated behavior in other heavenly religions and in the ancient world. The ancient world was created by people of morality-virtue. There is no such thing as the concept of morality today. The best scammers are advertisers, the best thieves are banks; The system we call justice works for them.

Today, ordinary people like you and me, if we try to extort sovereign classes' money, we get an average of 20 years in prison.

Every year they take money from my bank account due to my credit card fee. They take money from my bank account without telling me. I say I want to cancel my debit card and after hours of discussion they send my money back. They do this every year. They take my money every year without informing me, but because they are sovereign class, the law does not accuse them of committing extortion. In the new world, justice works for the interests of the sovereigns.

...
I already wrote once before that I would seriously consider belonging to a religion that would limit me in what I would invest in or perhaps how I would dress.
...

The ancient world in the examples I listed above has lost all traces of it today. Maybe that's why Islam is somehow creating controversy about itself because, as you mentioned, there is a very strong system of cultural preservation.

Samuel Hutington also mentioned this in his book Clash of Civilizations. I partially agree with the criticism that "it supports the continuation of the West's colonial understanding of the East" about that book, but this religion is "a living civilization even though it is not breathing".

As Zygmunt Bauman said, if history does not have a linear flow, one day moral values will regain strength and the sovereign classes will not be able to oppress the poor as easily as they do today. We must accept that we do not live in a world created by morality-virtue people today. That's why it's so absurd to have such discussions, because they are civilizations that live without breathing. The debate about whether Bitcoin is haram or halal has no value today.

1909  Local / Bitcoin Haberleri / Re: 2022-08-04 BeInCrypto: Bitcoin Karşısında En Güçlü Altcoin BNB on: September 22, 2022, 05:33:03 PM

1913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: September 21, 2022, 09:40:04 PM
Fernando Muslera,I remember him from the times he played at Lazio where he excelled for some time or any other Serie A team don't recall that well now. What I know is that he is truly a great goalkeeper and I think the best option for Galatasaray is to keep him until the end of his contract.

Muslera is not only a good goalkeeper, he is also a very good professional. There is hardly any football fan in Turkey who does not respect Muslera. Even Beşiktaş or Fenerbahçe fans respect him because he is a true professional on and off the field.

I don't know if the other goalkeepers are useless or not in the team but where I live we have a law that the goalkeepers, young ones should only be trained by the team goalkeeper so if they are young Muslera can be a great teacher for them thus improving their performance and Galatasaray does not need to spend any more money to buy a new one.

Galatasaray tried something similar with Tafarel before. Tafarel and Muslera did not play together, but Tafarel was Muslera's goalkeeper coach for a long time. When the time comes, Muslera leaves football at Galatasaray, goes on vacation to his country for a few years, and then works as a goalkeeper coach at Galatasaray. :)
1914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: September 21, 2022, 06:45:18 PM
It will be a tough match for the Ukraine national team because their rivals Scotland are a matched team for them. It is very difficult to predict the winner in such matches, but I see Ukraine as the side that is close to victory in this match, both because of my emotional approach and in terms of squad quality. I'm guessing they won't lose in this tough away game and they will win a draw at worst.

Quality players such as Artem Dovbyk, Roman Yaremchuk, Andriy Yarmolenko, Vitaliy Mykolenko and Malinovskyi are very important players for the Ukraine national team and they are in the squad in this match. Oleksandr Zinchenko will be the only player missing from their squad in this match.
1915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Choices: Gamble or Help the poor ? on: September 20, 2022, 09:37:49 PM
I am not a typical gambler. Therefore, I may not be able to give a completely correct answer to this question. If I was in such a dilemma, I think I would help the poor family with some of my money and continue to gamble with the rest... Also, according to some statistics, people who gamble often lose their money. I could have helped the family by thinking that I had lost all my money in gambling. It would be a motivation for me to think like that...

Actually, I realized that I wasn't being very honest when I was responding to the topic because there are millions of people in need in the world and I continue to gamble from time to time. If I was sincere, I would strive to fight inequality rather than spend money on gambling and other things...
1916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's faceless identity is the greatest Bitcoin success strategy on: September 20, 2022, 08:35:49 PM
What did Satoshi do by hiding his identity? He protected his life against deep state forces. He avoided personal polemics that were pointless and offensive. He gave Bitcoin to all humanity, not to one person.

In fact, the desire to be known is a very strong desire. We all want to be known because that's when our lives and existences become meaningful. That's why I admire Satoshi, who undersigned a revolution like Bitcoin and concealed his personal identity. Also, I'm guessing it's Hal. I was depressed while writing these lines. Normally I'm not that emotional. Running Bitcoin... :(

News about the adoption of cryptocurrencies in Africa has actually been circulating and has been in several media, it's just that there is nothing recent like the one made this month, but for the news in the previous month it has been promoted more by the media. This means that Africa already has very good plans for the adoption of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and is working to make that happen over time.
...

My dear friend, in a geography where access to financial services is so low (https://twitter.com/WorldBankAfrica/status/1002901452237524997), adoption rates of Bitcoin are expected to be higher under normal conditions. I'm not saying that Africa is reacting negatively to Bitcoin. On the contrary, I meant that since Africa has a very good attitude towards Bitcoin, it should have better adoption rates in the current conditions. Sorry if I said something wrong.

All in all, I think Africa is an excellent experimental space for cryptocurrencies. If we are to observe a great change in the world one day, we must see strong precursors of this change in Africa. I'm just a little impatient and would like to see more concrete cases.
1918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: September 19, 2022, 09:25:55 PM
Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are an excellent choice for countries that are constantly experiencing macroeconomic problems and facing the reality of inflation. In this respect, the African continent is also a very suitable location for this new technology. Also, access to financial services in Africa is quite limited (just like in El Salvador), but we have yet to read any remarkable news about the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies in Africa.

I think, issues such as volatility, legal regulation and financial literacy may be an obstacle for the masses to prefer Bitcoin for now, but I am sure that the countries that take these courageous steps will one day be remembered with respect.
1919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some say Bitcoin is dead but Bitcoin is not dead on: September 19, 2022, 09:00:01 PM
Bitcoin is an idea. Bitcoin is the consensus between us. Bitcoin is the revolution that destroyed the banks. Bitcoin is a revolution that eliminates third parties. Bitcoin is the secrecy of identity information. Bitcoin is our full control over our money. Bitcoin is a payment system. Bitcoin is a store of value. Bitcoin is more than all of this. Bitcoin is a strong idea... Strong ideas never die. Strong ideas find a foothold forever. That's why Bitcoin never dies...

Jealous people who can't buy Bitcoin when it's cheaper, and stereotypical people trapped in social paradigms can make negative comments about Bitcoin. We need to ignore such people.
1920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will be running in your mind if Bitcoin reaches $1000 again on: September 18, 2022, 09:41:58 PM
There is almost no chance that Bitcoin will be $1,000 again. However, if there is a 51% attack, such a big price break may occur. While there is global inflation all over the world and the price of everything is increasing, there is no possibility that Bitcoin will be $1,000. Even today's prices are too cheap for a valuable asset like Bitcoin. So, I don't expect any more price drops, but if prices continue to drop, if Bitcoin actually drops to $1,000 one day, I'll do anything to buy more Bitcoins. For example, I can sell all my possessions that can turn into cash.

If you want to buy Bitcoin for $1,000, build a time machine and try teleporting yourself to 2017. I wish you good luck. :)
