Oh, so you were one of the doubters, ;D well your doubt and that of so many others around the world didn't age too well because Haaland is absolutely firing on all cylinders and tbh, i can't see any end in sight to his magnificent start to life at the Etihad, except of course if he is stopped by an injury, and that is something we do not hope for.
...

I never thought about the possibility that Haaland might perform poorly, but I did consider the possibility that Peep might not use Haaland well. For example, you can look at what Gabriel Jesus has been up to at Arsenal. :)

At the end of the 7th week Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham are vying for the top positions in the league. Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are far from the top row. It's too early to say, but I don't see a team other than Liverpool that would enrich the leadership race. Arsenal and Tottenham have made good start to the league and have kept the league race alive this year. If they hadn't been in the race this year, we would have watched a boring season in which Manchester City easily won the title.

To effectively combat those issues, here are some tips;

After the Covid-19 pandemic, the concept of working remotely has completely entered our lives. Even those who previously saw this concept as a utopia had to work in this new order... I did not work remotely during the pandemic. Therefore, I do not have definite ideas about its difficulties. I think creating routines solves any problem. If some routines are created in work planning and we stick to these routines with our teammates, we can handle all the work without any problems. I can't see very sharp differences between remote or normal work. In addition, if I worked at home in pajamas, my motivation would probably drop. I'd try to be minimally serious about clothing... Still, I think it's not a serious problem, anyone with a minimum of work discipline can get used to this new concept over time.

https://ajansspor.com/haber/volkan-demirel-hatayda-gorusmeler-basladi-613488

According to some reports in the press, Volkan Demirel is very close to an agreement with Hatayspor. Previously, Göztepespor had offered him a coaching position, but he did not accept to work in the TFF 1st League. He had very good statistics in Karagümrük last year. He helped Emre Mor and a few players improve their performance. His football career was very antipathetic, but I like his coaching career. I hope he makes the best choice and continues to serve Turkish football.

Also, Hatayspor have only 1 point in the league. They got the only point they won against Adana Demirspor. I think the change of coach will be the right decision for them...
1924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: September 18, 2022, 07:17:56 PM
Undoubtedly, this week's match between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid is the most interesting and highly anticipated match of the Spanish League and all leagues. Real Madrid -who have never been defeated in the league and the Champions League- are going to Atletico Madrid away. Hosts Atlético Madrid have a somewhat unstable outlook. In particular, their defeat to Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League can really be considered a surprise. Griezman is in the starting 11 at Atletico Madrid. Benzema is out of Real Madrid's squad because he is injured...

As of the first 15 minutes, we can say that the tension in the match was very high. The players of both teams are very nervous. Atletico Madrid have a more organized team image, but I think the team of cup monster Carlo Ancelotti is close to beating Diego Simone's team in this match.
1925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 17, 2022, 10:48:31 PM
I see Haaland to win the best player in the English premier league and the highest goal scorer.  Because of Haaland in Manchester city I'm convinced that they will win the cup again this season. I don't see any club that can defeat Manchester city,  not even Tottenham even they have been very impressive from the beginning of the season.

Manchester City are the strongest football team in this universe. Therefore, they are in the position of the strongest favorites of the championship. As long as Kevin De Bruyne and Haaland continue their current performance, no one can stop them. What happened to the Titanic will never happen to them. :) At the start of the season I had some doubts about how Pep Guardiola would use Haaland for the team, but he successfully installed Haaland (classic number 9) in the position played by Gabriel Jesus (fake number 9) last year and was able to push Manchester City's pace of play to a higher level.

Also, what about the normally left-handed Haaland scoring with his right foot from outside the penalty area?

for some people this amount is small - but for the other it is more than the life time saving
So nothing can be compared to other.

I commented for the bank. $13,000 isn't a lot for a bank. We see banks that can't even pay $13,000, events like this should put our perspective on Bitcoin on a more solid foundation. When the fragile structure of the current financial system falters for a moment, we encounter problems that create a domino effect. We are experiencing all the environmental conditions necessary for us to question everything. Beyond theory, there is an experimental environment open to practice. These are the events where the perspective on Bitcoin can receive positive feedback from all humanity.
1927  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save as food inflation jumps more than 11% in a year on: September 17, 2022, 09:48:01 PM
My first priority was to give up fast food consumption and the habit of eating in special places such as restaurants. In addition, I follow the discount days for grocery shopping. Also, I've reintroduced old methods such as canning into my plans. I can't do anything more. What I can do about it is limited because after all, I cannot go hungry. :)

We can somehow overcome the energy crisis by making more effort and avoiding a little extravagance, but there is nothing we can do about issues like climate change. The energy crisis should remind us of the issue of climate change and enable us to take action against it now because global crises are creating problems beyond predictable events.

Beşiktaş's starting 11: Ersin, Rosier, Tayyip, Saiss, Masuaku, Josef, Salih, Gedson, Muleka, Nkoudou, Weghorst
https://twitter.com/Besiktas/status/1571164362735321091

İstanbulspor's starting 11: Jensen, Oğuzhan, Okan, Mehmet Yeşil, Duhan Aksu, Ali Yaşar, Muammer, Melih, Topalli, Emir Kaan, İbrahim Yılmaz
https://twitter.com/istanbulspor/status/1571164618646605831

Beşiktaş lost to Basaksehir last week. They played well in that match, but the Başakşehir defense hardly gave Beşiktaş any position. Istanbulspor have shown a good image in the last few weeks, but Beşiktaş's squad quality is far above Istanbulspor. If Beşiktaş score the first goal early, I think they will win this match without any difficulty. Also, In Beşiktaş this week, important players such as Rachid Ghezzal and Dele Alli are absent from the squad due to injuries. Josef De Souza's red card penalty is over and he is returning to the team. I predict that the bad image in the team's midfield will end this week with his return.

This news is an absolute tragedy. I was truly saddened listening to the poor woman's explanations. Moreover, the money that the woman wants to get back is only $13,000. :( A similar situation was experienced by people who could not buy plane tickets during the Venezuelan economic crisis...

I don't think of such extreme situations most of the time, but there are bad times when Bitcoin -exactly- comes to the position of the savior. In such chaotic times, we need to protect our lives first and then our material assets. Our life is entrusted to God, our money is entrusted to Bitcoin. :)

Steven Gerrard might be under pressure after getting only one win in six weeks. This can be the time to start improving their form.
...

Aston Villa won and Steven Gerrard breathed a sigh of relief. Steven Gerrard could have faced heavy criticism if Aston Villa had not beaten Southampton this week. We know that the great stars of football history do not always turn into successful coaches, but I am hopeful for Steven Gerrard. He is very close to being able to form a good team from experienced players like Ashley Young, Philippe Coutinho and young players like Jacob Ramsey. As such, he has the potential to one day be at Anfield Road as the manager of the Liverpool team. If he manages to take Aston Villa a little higher, he could be the next Liverpool manager after Klopp.

Konyaspor tried to save the day by playing a defensive game against Galatasaray. The host Galatasaray had a hard time opening the closed Konyaspor defense. This may be the shortest summary of the match. That's why the game was so boring. Also, Endri Çekici -who was injured in the match- ruined all of Konyaspor's offensive plans. Maybe if he hadn't been injured, Galatasaray would have had more difficulties tonight. No matter what, Galatasaray knew how to win again. It is not always easy to be victorious in such important and critical matches. They are very lucky this year. :)
1932  Economy / Economics / Re: Irish Government Pays Artists & Musicians $330 ‘Basic Income’ Allowance on: September 16, 2022, 07:16:09 PM
The "idea" is good and noble, we need creators to have a financial backing so that they do not feel obliged to do something out of necessity for money, the idea stems from all the way back to 15th century italy for example, all those famous leonardo da vinci style artists got paid a patronage to keep doing what they are doing and not worry about money.
...

All known historical data is that Leonardo Da Vinci left many of his works unfinished (https://www.dailyartmagazine.com/the-unfinished-works-of-leonardo-da-vinci/). Therefore, his job offer may have been rejected by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II (https://editions.covecollective.org/content/leonardo-da-vincis-letter-sultan-beyazid-ii). :)

Leonardo Da Vinci was an extraordinary genius. What doesn't work even for him will definitely not work for anyone. :)

1- States will cause inflation by printing more money to provide a universal basic income.
2- Those who benefit from universal basic income will never want to work again (%99).
3- When working people see their earnings melt in the face of inflation, they will begin to lose their desire to work.
4- After all, I don't care about some allegedly empirical data, this plan is garbage in my mind because universal basic income has the potential to create a non-working and non-productive society.

Başakşehir are playing very good football in the league. They won a well-deserved win in the Beşiktaş match last week. Their team defense is very strong and they have a coach like Emre Belözoğlu who knows what he wants... I agree that Fiorentina are a good and strong team, but I expect Başakşehir to surprise and score points in this match because I think this match will be a good show opportunity for Emre Belözoğlu. He has the opportunity to prove that he is a successful coach.

It is quite normal for the prices of energy-related products to increase during the energy crisis. I could not follow the generator prices, but I followed the prices of solar energy systems almost instantaneously. I have personally witnessed exorbitant increases like you have encountered... I think the energy crisis will not be a temporary problem. If you want to buy energy-related products, you can consider purchasing immediately before more demand accumulates. Even if a normalization begins between Russia and the West, it may take much longer for prices to normalize again.

Championship rates in Türkiye Super League have been updated.

Quote
Fenerbahçe: 3.15
Galatasaray: 3.75
Beşiktaş: 4.25
Trabzonspor: 5.50
Başakşehir: 7.00
Konyaspor: 15.00
https://www.fotomac.com.tr/superlig/2022/09/13/spor-toto-super-ligde-sampiyonluk-oranlari-guncellendi

Konyaspor and Başakşehir started the league very well, but I see their chances of becoming champions as very unlikely. Trabzonspor and Galatasaray also play football far from the expected level. I think Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe will be the biggest candidates for the championship this season. If Beşiktaş had managed to create a better defensive line, they could now be the clear favorites of the league championship. I hope we don't withdraw early from the race due to simple mistakes.
1938  Economy / Economics / Re: Germans are looking to firewood for energy as natural gas prices soar on: September 13, 2022, 09:05:38 PM
We are going through a very bad time as a whole world. The energy crisis was already manifesting itself with industrial development and population growth. The events after the tension between Russia and Ukraine accelerated the development of the crisis. Hopefully, what happened after the 1973 Oil Crisis will not be repeated.

Also, I read an interesting news today. Simonetta Sommaruga (Swiss Minister of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications) has found a solution to the energy crisis:

Quote
THE MINISTER OF ENERGY IS CRITICIZED FOR THE LATE START OF THE SAVINGS CAMPAIGN
An energy-saving campaign launched in Switzerland has also been criticized after Energy Minister Simonetta Sommaruga advised people to reduce their electricity use in winter by taking showers for two, although “it’s not suitable for everyone after a certain age”.
...
While many have laughed at the advice to shower together, a Swiss official says it’s a suggestion everyone should take seriously, claiming he has changed his behavior since the start of the resource-saving campaign.
https://247newsreel.com/trending/291255.html

The stock markets collapsed after the 1973 Oil Crisis. Something similar could happen if the energy crisis is not brought to an end without irreversible damage.
1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you think blockchain gaming technology will have evolved by 2030? on: September 13, 2022, 08:17:04 PM
do you believe that blockchain gaming will gain more traction?

According to short-term expectations, in a few years, approximately 1 billion people will become esports players, viewers or followers. We are talking about a huge industry and we can say that this industry is still very new. Even without blockchain-based games, blockchain-based tournaments can still take a big chunk of the pie because decentralized structures will provide tournaments where prizes are distributed via smart contracts, which would be a much better alternative in terms of commissions.

The growth of the e-sports industry is still a little slow, but it continues on its way with sure steps. In 2030, the participants of this market will grow and naturally its economy will also grow. I think the esports industry is a great field for blockchain technology. I must admit that if I had some money, I could try to invest in this field.

Where is the $XRP genesis block (then called opencoin or "ripples")? I'm looking for the transaction that created the 1 billion coins now in existence. This link purports to show the address, but the block explorers I use don't show anything: https://xrpchat.com/topic/15649-if-i-buy-someones-20-xrp-funded-wallet-can-i-secure-it/?tab=comments#comment-176387 Thank you!

Whenever I hear the word XRP, I think of its missing genesis block. XRP is a stillborn project for me. The potential of this and similar works will be nothing but disappointment. If you want to invest for the long term, you can try to choose solid cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Major altcoins also always pay off in the long run, but if you have plans for 10 years ahead, you should reconsider solid coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
