401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethbits Crowdsale (ICO) MORE THAN 13644 ETH RAISED ! on: May 30, 2017, 09:51:25 PM
received my ETB, thank's Smiley

hope you can use some of the raised ether for marketing purposefully. We have to spread the news about this awesome new exchange  Roll Eyes

I didn’t receive the coins yet. I’ve entered the token address into those forms provided in the newsletter though it does not show any coins in my address.
I chatted with them today and they stated that they will send the coins out today. So far only two transactions were given out, I have stopped checking my Eth address now.

Let me know when it’s over lol

Poloniex is pretty tough to get into. Waves still hadn't even made it in, I'd be surprised to see lnk in for a long wile!
I wouldn't worry so much about Bitcoin Exchanges yet. It’s well known that the people asking for Exchanges are trying to get the opportunity to dump the coin for Bitcoins. Personally, I think that Bitcoin, ETH plus LNK could go well with each other since there is more innovation with this project compared to most Alts out there.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: May 30, 2017, 09:36:19 PM
I save Bitcoin for bussiness because I accept mostly Bitcoin so that I have to save them Cheesy
Do you own some kind of Bitcoin Bank? I wouldn’t understand why someone would keep Bitcoin in their account without cashing out unless the whole profit margin is large enough so they won’t have to do so. I think that the people that hold Bitcoin is the ones that know how to actually hold onto their money even if it’s in a different currency format.

Has anyone received the bounty? Why is it taking so long.I think there should be some update by ethbits as to why it has not been distributed yet

I did not receive the coins yet.

Email received:

Dear Users,

Ethbits is currently working hard to integrate an Ethereum wallet on www.ethbits.com and starting the initial structuring of Ethbits iTrade. We do realise some people will feel uneasy with the silence but we are working hard to get the development optimised to deliver on time.
We will be sending regular updates via email initially and when our team grows we will start a blog detailing all the current activities and short term goals.
So far the token has been distributed and you can find these the following ways:

MyEtherWallet

1. Click Send Ether & Tokens
2. Enter private key
3. Click the button: Add Custom Token
4. In the Address field type: 0x807B9487aaF00629B674bd6d02E4917453bc5939
5. In the Token Symbol field type: ETB
6. In the Decimals field type: 12
As soon as all the above steps are done, ETB tokens will be added for viewing and usage, and all the transactions made will be displayed

I can see the custom label for ETB though I don't have any coins within my address yet, is anyone else having this issue?

Is the ETB balance supposed to be there already or do I have to wait?
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: May 26, 2017, 11:13:35 PM
Priceline is one of the things that had a little bit of a promotional influence for Bitcoin. I am not too sure if Priceline still accepts Bitcoin as a payment option nowadays. If they don’t then that’s junk.
Bitcoin Hotels would be kind of scary to the average person that has only heard about bad things about Bitcoin lol

Yes, that's why we need o come in and shape their thinking in order to get them involved with Bitcoin. There are so many advantages associated with Bitcoin and if it's made known globally all will spam the network and get it jammed.
Well, it’s a good thing that we have Bitcoin transaction accelerators because Bitcoin transactions would be even slower than it is right now. I hope that more people build the websites that feature something like that so people can spend Bitcoin much more easier without complaining too much about transactions.

408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: May 26, 2017, 09:18:50 PM
You cannot rule anything out in this world but I seriously doubt we will see below $1,000 again.  This is looking like it could be the year that sees bitcoin hurtle towards mainstream adoption.
There’s plenty amount of people that think that the price will drop down to triple digits. I think that the price could get to that price if people start to panic because there is not that many people holding the coin. They might regret not dumping the coin then, who knows.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [LNK] [908k+USD RAISED] Ethereum.link | Flexible Market Connector | ICO started on: May 26, 2017, 08:50:31 PM
I do have hope that link is going to be high than others Ethereum token such as creditbit! As link has a broader view than those token.
Just curious, why do you think that LNK has more of a broader view when comparing CreditBit to it? LNK is very new, we can’t put an exact fact that LNK is better than CreditBit because there is no real public updates on it yet.
I would wait a while before stating that, though that is just my opinion.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: We're in a bubble on: May 26, 2017, 08:45:06 PM
bitcoin is definately a bubble because the central bankers have bought a bunch of it, to secure for themselves they would engage into an active war with bitcoins if they could get rid of it
Dude, I am pretty sure that there is not that many bankers purchasing Bitcoins lol.
If there were bankers purchasing Bitcoin then the price would be pretty much swinging wildly, we are not experiencing wild price movements like that right now. The price that we see right now is nothing compared to what’s going to happen
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: May 25, 2017, 03:37:15 AM
I don't really see a point of those type of people trying to use Bitcoin to purchase whatever they want since they're already rich. Bitcoin does not have any weight to it when showing somebody the amount of coins they would have, if they show how many paper money that they have then people will get jealous and is more than likely to be controlled by the holder.

till when does this campaign will run? i hope that this will be successful hoping that the dev and its managers might pays us and be true to the campaign, this would be my first campaign therefore i will join this campaign till the end, but when does it is?

Campaigns will run until the end of ICO (June 10th) or once all tokens are sold.

Nice update, even you have a negative trust your active and everyone gives you an update and answer from there questions.
I hope that this campaign is legit and I will participate in this campaign until the end, just prove it to others that this is true.
That’s the thing with this one, people don’t really complain as much when the Dev’s aren’t active for a short period during the planning of the ICO token distribution after the ICO has finished gathering up the money from investors. The Dev here actually gives us a few updates every so often, I hope that it stays like that.

Project is still at half of crowdsale period and it almost sold everything, this is getting big.

It is, considering the price per Bitcoin right now it is pretty nice to see people not worrying about the price and is continuing to invest in certain coins such as Ethereum.link.
I really do think that LNK will have the potential to go up in value if the coin launches within the correct manner.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: May 23, 2017, 05:28:21 PM
$5,000 anyone? I know that it would not be that tough to get Bitcoin that far up though what purpose would it really have since the people that have

already mined/purchased the coin years ago plan on just dumping it for fiat when the price gets bigger?
Don’t get me wrong though, I would like the coin to get over 6 digits.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: May 22, 2017, 07:52:49 PM
Why would anyone want to get paid in Bitcoin? Lol

I hope that the people that get paid monthly learn to open their eyes and see that Bitcoins price won’t keep going up. It’s possible to get spoiled and

purchase something that you can’t pay for if you get paid in Bitcoin because you may think that everything will be okay since the price is going up.

Let's go link, great company growing we're seeing, from the marketing process to the ICO growth, we're all great!

I just saw there are few hours left to get 9% bonus
I think that the ICO will be a success although I do not really know why people would want to use this coin over Bitcoin. If someone wanted to use contracts then they should just use something like Ethereum right?
I don’t quite understand the concept of this coin other than the money being pumped into it.
418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen with Bitcoin if it never scales? on: May 19, 2017, 06:18:06 PM
Nothing negative will happen to Bitcoin if Bitcoin does not scale. Since the price of Bitcoin is only relevant to the amount of people that are purchasing it, the people that are holding Bitcoins will know that they will have to hold onto their Bitcoins even longer because the sending a Bitcoin transaction will be pretty slow.
419  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: May 19, 2017, 04:48:21 PM
You heard it on the news that there is a bunch of people regretting that they sold their Bitcoins when it was within the single or double digit range. When I look at Bitcoin at the current price I try to get over it because no matter how much the whole value of Bitcoin is the coin can be put into decimals for smaller transactions online.
420  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: May 19, 2017, 01:09:36 AM
PayPal is definitely something that you should try to stay far from because the people that are in charge of PayPal don’t really care if you lose access to your account or just lose the money in some kind of odd situation. I like to use Bitcoin because I can only rely on the network to get the right transaction results.
