1321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why 2018 will be an amazing year for some but awful for others on: May 14, 2018, 07:23:50 PM
Op has made a very encouraging and morale boosting to hodl coin more and exercise patience. Well as for 2018, I might not just succumb to the allusion of greater profit for altcoins because the year is already ending again but I sure understand that investing in altcoins now will return so many fruit in the future.
1322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's volatility is a non-issue on: May 14, 2018, 06:30:25 AM
The volatility is really an issue. An issue in the sense that it is usually the base currency and naturally, it should be so. It should not border traders though. It rules and control the other cryptocurrencies.
1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is facebook creating their own crypto? on: May 13, 2018, 04:36:04 PM
if they will have crypto i hope we can have the bounty for that.

Bounty for that... You mean on the forum? That will really be interesting to see after much critism on ico s. We are waiting to see how is going to go.
1324  Economy / Economics / Re: As Altcoin Popularity Grows So Does Crime; Is Regulation Keeping Up? on: May 10, 2018, 08:13:35 PM
I understand the writers view in essence that the numerous icos coming up give room for further crime but that shouldn't stop the progress of an innovation digital currency which is the result of technological achievement. Again, whether crypto or not, crime and fraud will still persist, people just have to be careful.
1325  Economy / Economics / Re: Stock Market and Bitcoin on: May 10, 2018, 08:03:15 PM
The concepts from stock market are applicable for trading Bitcoin ? Or I have to study crypto market specifically?

Imho, while the principles are the same, there's one big difference: crypto market is not regulated.
The result is that pump and dumps or other forms of market manipulation is still there and can burn you.

Yes you have a valid analysis. It is not regulated and so anything can happen which are not expected. And this is dangerous for a crypto trader.

On the contrary therefore, a company not listed in the stock exchange can't just get to the market and no dump is seen. The regulation is very high in stock because it is watched by the government.
1326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know before the Dump? on: May 08, 2018, 06:23:27 PM
Suck it up. Cryprocurrency is a very volatile market, so always expect those kinds of violent price swings; we don't expect prices to go up forever. If you're expecting a crash, sell your crypto for fiat. That way, you don't lose value out of your investments, and you can buy back at a lower price.

This is clear enough on what to do. You sell when price tries to drop. You just have to equip yourself of some analysis like the fundamental. If you hodl while coin is falling, you have lost the difference between your capital and the move out from your buy price.
1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bought 13k $BCN, is it wise investment? on: May 08, 2018, 04:45:05 PM
I don't think it's a wise investment man. You invested in a coin which doesn't have any good future. It's have a huge supply. And it's a pump and dump coin I think. And you bought 13k coins which is definitely a wrong investment.

I also don't see a future with this coin. Definitely not the best investment. Moreover, with huge supply. Is s shit coin. There are very bright coin around with nice volume and price.
1328  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I want to buy bitcoin on: May 07, 2018, 06:43:01 PM
hello you, can you give me your inform
Where do you form.

If actually you have such amount to purchase this large volume of bitcoin, I'm advise is that you just be very careful. That is huge, keep your details safe if you have such.
1329  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: new to this things on: May 07, 2018, 05:30:31 PM
Start small and that will help you build confidence into your trade. Confidence is important in trade plus giving you the joy for further research. Do not throw all into trade anyways.
1330  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxation on: May 07, 2018, 05:09:31 PM
Such taxation means alot to the crypto world. If Azerbaijan succeeds in this pursuit, other countries will follow and this is great for digital currency.
1331  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin invention : on: May 07, 2018, 04:55:07 PM
Satoshi wanted to create a payment system that totally relies on trust (decentralized) and therefore would make centralized systems (e.g. central banks) totally useless. A more detailed version, written by the founder himself can be found in the introduction of this paper: https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf.

That is highly innovative for whoever was behind this outstanding innovation. The decentralized idea is just too classical. Surprising that no bank can monitor your transfer or crediting.
1332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren Buffett #BitcoinFOMO on: May 07, 2018, 03:56:52 PM
His statement is not far from what he has always said. Although, reading through, he said bitcoin is not a productive asset which we are yet to prove because of its volatility. It is however not the first time buffett has lashed bitcoin.
1333  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounty/Signature on: May 05, 2018, 07:58:54 PM
I guess you just need to understand what signature campaign is. Signature Campaign is simply a way to market a company's product which could be an ico (initial coin offer) coin or other product related to coins/tokens , cryptos wallets, cryptobank etc. In this case, the participants wear the signature of the company via his profile, then make logical posts base on the campaign requirements.
1334  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I've made 600k in Crypto - When to call it quits on: May 04, 2018, 06:22:55 PM
Tongue
You are the same as me, if i have 1000000 $ i would feel so empty because i dont know what to do with it, and i don't want people to look at me as a rich guy.

If you are empty after making such huge amount, it means you are not an online trader or business personal. If I have such money, I can't be empty, I will do more investment and build human capacity plus helping the poor and help in God's house.
1335  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which upcoming airdrops are you most excited for? on: May 04, 2018, 04:43:47 PM
airdrop campaign is low earn
is good join to bounty campaign, if ico big success can get much earn

I do not also like icos. Icos waste time and you sometimes dont get the token when it is sent. If it is sent to a wrong wallet, you lose all your earnings for the campaign. But if a mistake is made in a weekly btc campaign, you can correct it in the next week.
1336  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cryptocurrency market to suffer from strong correction on: May 04, 2018, 02:57:36 PM
I do not believe there is a deep correction within the 12 months. The deep that cryptocurrency went through just recently that lasted about 4 months has taken its bit on the market and for me, I'm not expecting any for now till like 5 years if it can come that close.
1337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 7 Difficulties for a trader on: May 04, 2018, 01:20:41 PM
I'm looking at greed as the most difficult situation to trade. Humans are more greedy than you know and a greedy human trading won't always like to put a stop to his gains but would want to drill everything and at the end, runs into trouble.
1338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we enter this Cryptocurrency world early or late? on: May 02, 2018, 07:49:36 PM
What do you think is it better if you entered in this market now because those who joined 4 years back and invest some good amount of money might be millionaires, is it better if we join Cryptocurrency world today

Does it have a capibility to give enormous gains like it give in the past few years, if not then why don't we should look for alternative and better and more secure investments?

It will definitely give enough benefit in the future as it has done to people who started 4 years back as you analysed. This is the time to invest for the nest generational wealthy souls made possible by crypts because coins that are just one cent won't remain that way in at least 3 years time.

Patience and investing in a good coin is the real goal.
1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to hold coins in 2018 on: May 02, 2018, 02:55:23 PM
So far, I have seen very few coins that have done well like ont. This year for now has not encouraged hodling (that is in my view) but hoping that before the year goes away, my hodlings will make me happy.
1340  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Ironic that Twitter can claim BTC is currency of the future, and ban crypto ads. on: May 02, 2018, 02:43:20 PM
They are targeting scam ICO's and not bitcoin per se, so their moved is not attacking bitcoin or the whole crypto. They just wanted to weed out those project whose intention is to really take away from money of unsuspecting victims. So they joined, other social media giants such as Facebook and Google to at least 'cleanse' the system.

As for the effect, hard to say but if there will be an one, it will be temporary as we have seen when Facebook bans crypto ads, the market still flourished and we continue with our daily lives. It just put some pressure but it doesn't have enough weight to pull the price to significant levels, in my opinion.

I strongly agree. Bitcoin has little to do with all those ICO scams that flourish in the Internet. And Bitcoin itself isn't a competitor to Twitter, but many other projects and technologies are!

I understand the reason that bitcoin is dragged into the sager of ico scam because you can't talk about the full body without mentioning a part of it. That is the simple reason and with a little more time, the whole sager will disappear with committed icos coming on.
