I have been mining here coming up on a year now and I think everyone will agree that this is hands down the best pool going. I think it is pretty obvious to everyone how much work Kano puts into this pool on a consistent basis. I also know he lives in a part of the world where electricity is very expensive and any type of ROI can be difficult. If you truly appreciate this pool (as many post that they do) why don't throw a little of your hash or point a miner his way if you can afford it and lets see if we can't get his name moved up higher on the pool's stat page and keep it there.

PM him and ask him to create a worker for you to point his way, I am pretty sure he would be appreciative.

Just my 2 cents and Happy Mining.

Also, if we have a good run and hit those bright green colors we all love, it never hurts to donate a little.

764  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] 3 Month Hosting - Oct 15 to Jan 15th on: October 04, 2015, 03:59:41 AM
I currently pay a flat rate for power to my employer to run a few mining rigs. I sold off a few a while back and what I am currently running isn't quite cutting it for me so I am thinking about renting out a spot for 1 demanding rig. Not sure how to work this deal out but I figure I would take offers, we arrange a deal and escrow holds your 3 month payment upfront. Now the issue is why would anyone send me their miner in good faith? Well that is up for you to decide I guess and ideally someone from SoCal would be a prime person so they can come take a look where the miner will be running and not have to pay for shipping both ways. There will not be remote access so I will have to give you my number if you want to change pools and no pool hoping, once a month or something like that is fine. I might even work out a discount if you have the rig mine at kano.is for the whole 3 months.

I have 4 breakers that I run off of, the one for rent is in a programming/inspection room. It has AC Mon-Friday from 6am until 4-10 PM depending on the day. I have run and S4 and an SP20 from this spot for months so looking for something in that range as far as draw goes.

Anyway, if anyone is interested and would like to work something out PM me and we can talk.

770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: September 23, 2015, 04:10:47 AM
It's 2 answers. Double my money or until it is gone.  I only throw in what I can lose and I usually go to double it. Feeling, while it has little to do really with gambling, is a part of it also. Sometimes I quit and withdraw based on feeling. #1 rule, after I deposit, that's it until the next time I decide to throw some coin away.

771  Economy / Gambling / Re: If i had enough money i would sue Bitcointalk.org on: September 23, 2015, 04:06:28 AM
You would have enough money if you didn't gamble it all away. I do a little bit of gambling but never on any of the sites you have listed. Don't bet what you can not afford to lose... worst case don't bet more than you will regret for more than a few days but still be able to feed your family and pay all of your bills but can no longer buy something you had in mind to buy for the sake of luxury... even then... it's called gambling.

Cultish, what would it be called at 400!!!!!!!

Homicidal?? LOL.

Kind of curious as to who "privateP2Ppool" guy is... not sure if I have it spelled right...  Noticed he has been hitting hard off an on and he never has any sustained hash just pop-ins of large numbers.  Undecided

I dont think the pool has restarted for a month. Its only the website and its database that gets restarted

Or do i owe someone an apology

Pool's been up for 29 days, and it has been a good 29 days Smiley However it can get a bit cultish around here when we hit the 200's

775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good Mobile Wallet? on: September 20, 2015, 07:24:48 AM
I ended up going with Bitcoin Wallet for android. Thanks for all the responses... I haven't went to bitcoin.org in a while and never would of thought to check there.

776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Good Mobile Wallet? on: September 19, 2015, 05:48:17 AM
I don't do a lot of mobile transactions, but when I do I use coinbase. However I have been selling quit a bit recently at a local ATM and I really don't like transferring my coin to coinbase just for the sake of mobility. So my question is what are some good android based wallets? That question also brought to mind that there are reviews here on all sorts of hardware, but from what I have found there is no thread on wallet review pros/cons like there are with other things. Anyway, thanks for any suggestions.

779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [RBY] ★★ Rubycoin ★★ A precious gem for the digital age on: September 13, 2015, 05:00:32 AM
All I have to say is God Damn!, pardon my french.

I never play with alt coins really and started to dabble with ruby only because I saw it on bitcoinwisdom just over a week ago.

Best profit margin I have had since selling hash rate to people mining paycoin. Wish I would of put in more @ 0.00003

This has been one hell of a party. I still have coin in and am excited to see where this ride takes me.

This is an odd thread to follow and I am sure if someone did make an offer or did buy it wouldn't be public.
