yes "some" would be better. but unless you know some specifics of people knowingly doing so - I wouldnt even say "some"

and yes you did, you messaged me off the forums if I recall.

edit: and my time reference was simply to point out that you dont know many of the people here as well as some of us others. another reason why not to accuse anyone.

and I wasnt as vulgar as to say "your rookie ass" Smiley

I posted on forum & reached out to everyone knew who held ColdCuntz as soon as I possibly could.

My idea for one of the ideas to vote on.

Original price of card reimbursed to anyone who was swept or peeled after warning with proof pic & research of sweep date.

That’s all I’m pushing for here.  This would help a lot of people, not just “some”. And any of those folks may be entitled to funds as well, let the people decide.

cost of card should be simple and only paid to those holding the card. someone has the database so could easily track the cards to make sure cards are not claimed multiple times by multiple people as well

Agreed but the warning signs were there.  I don’t believe any of the people you mentioned intentionally kept the racket going… but the hype campaign was strong when there was fire coming in the woods.

what warning signs? I knew nothing of any of those things - only that a few people were missing some cards and he was - from the posts people made - was addressing them.

and if you dont think of the ones I listed were intentionally doing it - maybe dont say "everyone"?

you been here what? less than a year? maybe a little over a year? and wanna trash everyone? take a step back. blame the guy who did the wrong - not everyone else.
1444  Economy / Collectibles / Re: (IDEAS?) What to do with auction proceeds for ScamKey victims on: March 31, 2023, 03:33:17 AM
hold on a second - who was being propped up by yogg? people were helping him - people were buying the card - people loaned him funds - yes, but not to keep the "Racket" going.

you just accused a ton of great people - "regular joe collectors"

I could be mistaken but didn’t some of his backers know he was whacked out on drugs, not delivering old ass orders, constantly borrowing $ & making excuses?  Is this someone you would tell the community to trust?  I’m not saying they intentionally did anything to scam anyone, I’m saying the warning signs were there.  I’ve spoken to OG’s that sold their cards long ago bc they lost confidence.  I’ve trusted the wrong people to believe me.

maybe some of them? I dont know - do you? but you stated " everyone was giving personal loans to keep the racket going" that puts hookzup1, krogoth, myself, polymerbit and a few others I cant think of off the top of my head - and none of us did it to "keep the racket going"

I get you are pissed but your general statements are trashing everyone for no reason. No one on this thread is responsible for what yogg did - only  yogg is.

the point is whether it was that set or those 2 sets - anyone leaving a card unpeeled would have been asking for it to be taken - I think even you told everyone to peel em - might be wrong but peeling them was the right thing.

people getting reimbursed for the last premium? I would say no - I mean shit, I paid nearly 3/4 of a Bitcoin for all my cards - a shit ton of premium - lost premium should not be reimbursed.

maybe reimburse everyone for the initial cost of a card? if they have the card itself then reimburse but that could be hard to prove still.

Have a question for BalletCrypto regarding the PRO series: Why shipping is free for international orders and costs $25 for domestic (i.e. US) orders. Looks strange to me. Can you please elaborate on this? Thanks.

almost all ballet cards ship from the US - the PRO ship from overseas - that would be my guess as to why.

please note - tomorrow is the last day to order a PRO series - for some odd reason they are discontinuing them.

I knew there was an issue with credit cards purchasing crypto but whats the problem with debit cards? Debit card is whst you use on the exchange?

some debit cards/credit cards have issues with exchanges as well. people should not have any limits on their spending other than that they have to have it to spend it.

✂️
We have observed that some of our customers attempted to make payments using credit cards, but unfortunately, their transactions were declined.
✂️

are the crypto debit/credit cards also affected by this?
i don't think so, because then you could e.g. use your wirex/binance/... card for the order to avoid this madness...

the people that have those type of cards wouldnt be wanting to buy these wallets - it would be cheaper to buy it on the exchange - these are the wallets for those without exchange accounts.

reposting them for you - tried to edit the code for imgr but could only get one to work so just uploaded them to imgbb - I have less issues there than with imgr

1453  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Ballet launching Physical Bitcoins! Loaded PURE Bitcoin... on: March 30, 2023, 02:58:42 AM
maybe so but last I looked buying Bitcoin is not illegal so banks should let people buy it if they want to buy it.
1454  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Ballet launching Physical Bitcoins! Loaded PURE Bitcoin... on: March 30, 2023, 02:34:14 AM
another reason to say fuck banks - acting as if the people's money is the property of the bank. People should be able to spend their damn fiat any way they want.

good luck at resolving this.

last week was 12 sats per seat or 0.00322884 in distributions - I see that last week donation to nastymining was 0.00114613  -  What do these donations go towards as - correct me if I am wrong - nastymining is no longer mining - having sold the miner a while back.
