Keeping an eye on this, it's definately going to get attention one way or another.

No problems Joe! People who believe in you will have no trouble waiting a bit longer for you Cool

Yep... good things come to those who wait.

BTC wasn't built in a day and neither were any of the top coins (apart from doge and perhaps ltc :p )

Sapience is a sleeping giant.

The dev (joe) has been busy coding highly technical features for the coin... and they take a great deal of time to do.

What is S01E05? Code for freaking awesome?

series 1 episode 5 ... downloading TV episodes

I was looking on uTorrent to see if Sapience s01e05 had been leaked yet but didn't turn up any results Tongue
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you were an artificial intelligent robot, what currency would you accept? on: April 14, 2015, 10:42:54 PM
If I were an AI robot I'd accept the coin in my sig... aiming for blockchain (AI) singularity Wink

It's a fun project... check out the dev vids in the link and geek out.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The full truth behind ShadowCash/Coin trolls and their attacks on other coins. on: April 14, 2015, 06:38:23 PM
Isn't Alty, the scammer behind cloakcoin phase 1, behind shadowtrash now?
What is this?

Really getting sick and tired of hearing that Cloak was a scam and that I was a scammer.

Cypto and in particular, this forum are an abolute cesspit at times.

People that try hard to innovate are absolutely slated when something goes wrong. Things do go wrong when you are trying make bleeding edge technology.

The tech we started off that laid the foundations for what Cashmen (new cloak dev team) have been working hard for many months to finalize, was very real, but a flaw to be ironed out... nothing more nothing less.

I'm in SDC because they offer ring signatures on the bitcoin codebase that we (old cloak dev team) spent hours talking about as a solution to anon in cloakcoin but didn't quite understand how to do it within a reasonable time frame... hat's off to the SDC devs for delivering that.

FACT: We did invent an anon system using PoS in CloakCoin during my time and one day Cashmen and his team will show everybody that our work meant something.

Give the hate a break.

Nice that we're all thanking each other here, but personally I'm a bit disappointed in the communication. No regular updates anymore, no recall videos, nothing.

True. The dev has said a couple of things in the slack group recently, one of them being.

sapience [7:51 PM]
yeah we have some good stuff coming

sapience [7:51 PM]
a cool surprise that should get everyone buzzing again

He's also told me that he's been working all this time to get everything ready for a release that has taken longer than expected to finish but is very close.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: $XAI Sapience AIFX - Decentralized AI | 11% PoS | PlumeDB,IBTP on Testnet on: April 13, 2015, 09:17:41 PM
any news here ?  Grin

Some community members are trying to get the word out while the Dev is hard at work on the next release.

Not much excitement yet, but I expect things to pick up in a month or so.

thanks

(sorry couldn't help it)
169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Something big for Bitcoin coming April 15th on: April 13, 2015, 09:16:17 PM
Let's see if this amounts to anything.

These kind of announcements are usually a complete flop so not expecting much.

Very proud to see something that I wanted to do almost 1 year ago being refined and coming to life.

Hats off to you cashmen and your dev team.

Alty is that really you? damn haven't heard that name in a while since cloak. The good ole days! Good to see you.

Yep and hi buddy... I been bagholding the same two coins (sdc and xai) for months without touching anything else.

After such a long quiet period maybe it's time to start playing again Smiley

UPDATE:

-We need a couple(1 or 2) beta tester for new wallet with BITTREX trading platform(Windows based system) within next 8 hours.

174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] The Shadow Project | Anon POS | Ring Sigs | Decentralized MarketPlace (w) on: April 08, 2015, 06:40:07 PM

I remember similar things being said about Cloak, CINNI, Stealth, Crypt and the dev left those projects. I hope Shadowcoin will be different.

Usually all comes down to funding (alongside dev talent).

I don't think SDC is missing those two vital elements.
175  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bye Bye Buttercoin on: April 08, 2015, 04:26:04 PM
I've never even heard of this coin, but yes, I have to agree. Horrible name.

(giggle)

point made, terrible name for an exchange.
176  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bye Bye Buttercoin on: April 08, 2015, 03:01:23 PM
Shame to see fails and wasted money like this but btc space is just like any other economy... if the fundamentals aren't right then it's not going to magically work.

Butter luck next time.

Very clear and presentable video.

Well done!  Smiley
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] The Shadow Project | Anon POS | Ring Sigs | Decentralized MarketPlace (w) on: April 05, 2015, 10:30:16 PM

I'm here. Not even an entire underground ring of cryptophiles (loved the vid btw) could scare off this child, this… "kid". But it did (in combination with many other events) give me cause to pause and consider.

I'm talking less and listening more (a good thing) and what I'm hearing tells me more and more there's a real buzz around Shadow at the moment. And with good reason.

I wanna see how this thing plays in the next few days/fortnight and am gonna take a hands-off approach and not get involved. Things are far too delicately poised for me to risk rocking the boat. I sense there's a game afoot and that things could begin to move very quickly. So I'm more than happy to chill for a bit and see where Shadow goes. Since it's clearly headed into warmer waters there's little for me to do except enjoy the ride.

I've provided lots of "inputs" in the past and will now wait for some "outputs" to confirm Wink

It's great to see new faces coming into Shadow and staking their own place in this rapidly growing (and awesome) community. I have been waving the Shadow banner for a long time already and I can see this community has many capable members who are willing and able to wave it in my stead.

One more gif for you dearest cryptophile xxx

Hi CH. Happy Easter. One of the more intelligent and professional posts I've seen on Btctalk (;-). Funny that eh?

Thanks ozkraut,
Happy Easter to you and yours and the others here who celebrate it.
If you don't then have a great Sunday.

How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.
Psalms 36:7

Why would I need gifs? I got the King James Bible!

Be seeing you.

If a picture can paint a thousand words imagine what your gifs can do.

Screw the haters, they know not what they do.
