Dans le cas d'un VPN par exemple ils doivent garder une trace de tes connexions et selon la gravité de tes actes il sera possible d'obtenir ces informations.

De même un hacker motivé pourra réussir à remonter ta trace via une attaque MITM par exemple.

Le principe est simple, pour lire une page web, celle-ci envoie des informations sur ton ordinateur, le "chemin" pour y parvenir est donc "connu". Il suffit de suivre "à la trace" les packets en question.
C'est techniquement assez complexe et ça demande de l'énergie et du temps mais c'est parfaitement faisable.
C'est hors de mes compétences évidemment, mais cela à déjà été fait.

Par exemple tu as une action avec un cours actuel de 100€. Le premier ordre d'achat est a 95€, le premier ordre de vente a 105€.

Tu viens placer un ordre limite d'achat a 107€. Le bot va voir arriver ton ordre et acheter la somme que tu veux sur l'ordre de vente a 105, et mettre un ordre a 107 que tu rempliras, encaissant la différence.

C'est en définitive de l'arbitrage.

Les bots de trading ça n'a rien à voir. Ils peuvent se baser sur des scénarios de tradings extrêmement complexes, et réagir comme tu le ferais avec une TA. Un bon exemple est probablement le projet CHT.

Par contre diminuer le débit sur certains services de façon discriminatoire l'est.

Par exemple si un FAI décide de diminuer énormément ton début youtube a moins que tu payes un forfait "youtube" supplémentaire, ça c'est pas normal, et pas avantageux pour l'utilisateur. Sans même commencer à parler de vie privée et d'inspection de paquets.

Yes but this is linked to liquidity. The supply is linked to how many there are in circulation. This number keeps increasing.
The liquidity is how much is actually available to trade because people are willing to exchange them.

And yes I believe that mining cost is a floor price for Bitcoin. Being so close to that actual bottom I agree with you that the halving will increase the mining cost and also increase the price on the secondary market so to say.

I know. But again it depends on how these people feel about the shutdown. I guess you can hardly force them to work without pay. Meaning it comes down to their ideology and beliefs.

Block reward is going to be halved. The halving is about the rewards not the supply which remains unchanged.
