I have no idea about the actual definitions of "gambling" and "investment", but to me, if you are an experienced stock trader and decide to buy shares with a good reason after researches, I would classify your action as an "investment". And if you just listen to your friend's advice to buy a stock without knowing anything, it is more like a "gamble" IMO.

You probably haven't heard of or understand the beauty of provably fair yet. It allows you to check whether the site has rigged the bets easily by yourself. There is still a house edge that makes you slightly more likely to lose, but you can see it transparently.

Bournemouth has terrible defense and has conceded many goals in EPL. A bet of Southampton ML & over 2.5 goals will win I think.

I like the 0.02% house edge, but it seems you are calculating the win chance as (1-0.02%)/multiplier and then round off the number. As a result, for a multiplier of 5, the win chance become 20.00%, making the bet to have a neutral EV and hence moneypot rejects the bet. Instead of rounding off the number, you should have rounded down the number to make the house edge always >= 0.02%.

Don't forget that the first account shown in https://www.moneypot.com/proof-of-liabilities.txt belongs to Ryan (he mentioned that somewhere in this thread in the past), so the actual liabilities (that is the total account balance of all MP users) of moneypot would be more like 777 - 170 = 607 btc.
