Hi! My miner was offline for about 2 weeks now. I read about the DDOS attack when miners have been redirected and didn't mine on WP. Before i start mining on WP again i've got some questions: Is that DDOS-bug fixed? I still use CGMiner 3.7.2 In general is it still worth mining on WP? The daily average is around 0.005BTC/MH sometimes less. Thanks ... |

Can someone explain to me how or what these are for someone who really does not quite get it?
In my experience in trading, it is not good to put a stop order. If you are a trader, it is better to manage your winner than your losers. If you use a stop that means whenever the price is going down you are taking it out to cut your loss, you can always wait for it to go up. Well, most of the time you will wait forever until losses are recovered. I wouldn't count on that. The basic rule is to risk 1% of your whole amount of coins for trading. |

Wow.. i thought the PMC is getting stronger... yet... the price went down by half against btc... PMC should go up whenever the btc goes up.
I think most of the coins are kept in the big wallets http://blockchain.premineco.in/wallet/index.php?min=1000 and have not been moved for a while. There're maybe 10-20% of the coins circulating through the exchanges and are pumped and dumped by a few traders within the range we see. |

If you are suggesting that the pool operator hold the coins we mine and try to time the sells to maximize profit (ie if a coin goes down below it's usual value maybe hold it for a few days to see if it goes back up) I would be in favor of that. I'm definitely cool with more risk/more reward
imo it's not the job of a multipool to keep coins for a longer time than necessary in the hope the price might rise again. it's too risky. |

Is there a chance to check how many coins are really circulating, or how many coins from the adresses holding a certain number were not moved for a long time? Maybe there are only a few coins traded by a few traders among themselves - up and down all the time.

IMO, they will just dump the coin if you give it to them. If they see any value in the PMC they can buy it.
+1 this is probably the case. If there were a lot of buyers for the few coins circulating the price would rise rapidly, as long as the big stake holders don't throw all their coins on the market then. |

I would invest $300 (or 50% of it) in PMC (Premine Coin) and the rest maybe on 2 -3 other coins.
There is only a supply of 500000 PMC coins, no inflation.
