if you will fork it directly from DigitalNote repository it will be good for you to keep updates. By the way do you have just a single new feature in your coin?
I feel salt in your words, does a 2 day old coin really need to instantly add new features before it even has a stable network/userbase for tests? Try asking again in a few weeks.

So, one of the creators of Crypti/LISK is running another ICO after a few weeks? How are you planning to manage your time, is this your main project or LISK?
We are indeed ex-Crypti however we are not part of Lisk team Boris Povod Co-Founder "Also acts as a technical advisor for Lisk" Not sure how that's "not part of Lisk team". I'm not co-founder of Lisk, i'm not a developer of Lisk. I'm only technical adviser, and help them when i have time and they need help. So you are not under any contract and you can not be forced to spend your time / work on LISK? Just asking to clear some things up, since it was kind of strange to run another ICO for DAO just right after working for a DAPPS ICO start-up. I serve as an advisor to LISK and not as a developer. To clarify, i am not under any contract with LISK and i do not receive any sort of compensation from LISK. Thanks for clearing it up, the concept seems interesting btw, specially the: setting up and managing a DAO with no coding knowledge

Your leader is acting as an advisor in Lisk means he needs to manage Lisk with some of his time, I guess he is the main technical advisor since LISK is almost identical to Crypti.

lol it's a joke, or satire at the very least. likely aimed at the ICO, DAO, PROMISE EVERYTHING ICO CRAZE going on. Feels like they want to milk the DAO hype even before they progressed with the previous hype material, DAPPS.

Is there a coin specific White Paper I can read? Seems interesting.
Pablo.
The coin is based on cryptonote technology but geared towards blockchain decentralization and innovation. Some of which are the Encrypted messaging and Blockchain deposits to begin with. First of all, we picked cryptonote because we believe it's robust with it's ring signature anonymity and single address for all principle among others. Imagine with a single key, you can log into a social networking platform that is privately controlled by this one key on the blockchain. Meaning no one has access to your personal/private data like it is stored in a database with the other social network/media sites. Another drive towards this is to enable people recharge thier electricity meters away from home right on the blockchain using this same single key. the main reason for this is because it's a real issue in africa and we intend to tackle it with blockchain technology. The Controller and Acountant division of the Government of Ghana for instants takes more than a month to generate payroll for public servants/workers. Imaging using blockchain to tackle this problem by harnessing proccesing capacity from miners and with a good mesage passing interface withing the blockchain, payroll is generated withing minutes, eradicating the need to wait for two or three months be fore paying workers. this is also one of the reasons we chose cryptonote as the building block. For now, we are working grounds up. after the website is up, all resources including a wiki page will be put up to provide an insight on the project. We have a target of about two years, and by then the reward for contributing hashrate will be a constant 5 BXC + transaction fee from innovative activity. More info will be on website. Those are all fine ideas, but as an investor, I am interested in reading a white paper detailing current and future implementation, with code samples so I can judge for myself. I wish you the best of luck but I won't be investing at this point, hope to check back in the future. Pablo. The project launched 2 days ago and a long POW coin is not to be mixed up with ICOs where they need to prepare a whitepaper prior to launch, because that's the only way to get funding.

Hmm, now I'm trying ccminer with an nvidia GeForce 405. The miner is showing 45kh/s locally which can't be right, and I see nothing pool side, the address is not found.
Mining the wrong algo maybe and pool doesn't accept shares?

Yeah I'm mining with an i5, getting 30h/s, no payouts or pending or anything. Hashrate just too low I'm assuming?
I'm mining with an FX-6300 using the in-wallet miner and getting around 100-120 H/s according to the wallet and getting constant payouts using the pool adress and 4333 port. Maybe try switching to the low-hash ports, duno if that helps. damn you gotta love AMD for mining. i am using a 6th gen i-5 (6200U) and only getting 70h/s max! ;p i am using also 4333, used 3333 low dif, noticed zero difference myself, so left it at 4333 I'm pleasently suprised that AMD gives a better hash. Tbh I had no clue it's so decent for CryptoNote coins, never mined them before, usually gpu mined everything 1-2 years back, but I have windows and didn't find a proper miner for this. Claymore's not supporting the coin yet.

I give him 48 hours before he starts posting again.
I fear this as well, but I hope this time he won't. My eyes are bleeding from all his vaporware advertising from the past year in every thread he took part in. It will never happen.

Got my payouts from the pool, very fair launch alltogether with no premine. Will follow the project.

lulworm why my ip is banned ? been like that since yesterday i mined for like 1 hour then baam [2016-05-17 18:47:22] Stratum connection failed: Failed connect to 185.106.122.31:3333; No error [2016-05-17 18:47:22] ...retry after 30 seconds Bb you used a too low or high diff port and it autobans? Some pools do that.

Project delayed? Who would have thought.

Can we mine on the Bitcedi pool or is it pointless?
Is there a windows gpu miner for AMD cards that supports BXC addresses? Claymore's gave an error because the coin isn't supported.
@Dev, could we get some info if the pool is working well on the back-end?
Wallet shows that I'm mining, the Bitcedi pool also shows my hash after checking my adress, but doesn't seem to account any coins (guess I should get them since only a few are mining according to the website).

@traumschiff
None currency is perfect. Just browse this forum and you will see that Monero can advance in myna fields.
Out of curiosity, what fields exactly? Also what are your thoughts on Monero as a technologically viable currency or a store of value? And what would be Monero's potential problems? Doesn't matter what the OPs motivation for the thread is, he asked a question. Nothing wrong with the question.
I see that the usual Monero supporters are flowing in and try to go off-topic, but the thread is still "What is Monero's Problem?". Please try to throw in your ideas/bulletpoints and don't come with the "Monero is pefect as is", the price action seems to indicate something else.
OK, Moneros problem is that Monero holders dont want to get rich fast. Or, hmm, maybe that is not a problem at all. As i stated before. Bitcoin talk Forum problem are such thread like this and the group of people that makes them. Since they want that their coins which have most likely no use, gain value. And 3/4 people that "flow" in this thread are them. "usual Monero supporters" are a minority in such threads as usually. So your opinion is that Monero is perfect as it is right now, both as a currency and as a store of value? Please stay on topic. I didn't really see anyone advertise anything here, Smooth was the first to mention 2 competitor coins.
