Message to any hidden pools: you need to be on 0.3.5 before 0.3.6 deployment, or you will get rejected (by old protocol usage)

Fuseleer you know I wish you best with it. In the end, I want a system I can use. I will use the best system, even if it isn't the one I created.

tabnloz I had similar thoughts about the oil companies were raping Venezuela first, just not enough time to write it all down. Thanks for expanding on the thoughts.

Why do y'all think I want to make a rock solid crypto-currency. And then lots of ecosystem software from that money raised. I see the decentralized Knowledge Age as they only way the common man can break free of this top-down, dual-headed morass.

Problem is you act like you already made that system and that is why you get attacked.

rptelia is the main supporter
i guess he got paid well
what a scam

Please if you are going to make a statement, be sure of your facts, because libel is civil offense that can be sued in court.

If you elevate your attacks to Cyberstalking, that is a criminal offense, at least in the USA.

Are you seriously going to respond to every negative/fud comment with an accusation of cyberstalking and a threat of legal action?

Stop using this forum if this is the only way you can solve/answer your problems.
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ion.cash "developer" a.k.a. Anonymint goes off the deep end on: September 12, 2015, 10:16:55 AM
@TPTB The more you keep doing the "look at me, I promise I solved everything" the less credibility you seem to have.

No offense, but you asked for people to stop the conversation in this thread and doesn't matter who stops, you will still keep it up with the remaining ones trying to force your opinion, promises and illness on them. You seem very desperate.

I've sent a message to shapeshift.io through their contact form, but I would like to ask everyone again to send them a Tweet (https://twitter.com/ShapeShift_io) or RT this message if you would like to see Vanillacoin on their service: https://twitter.com/vanillanewsbits/status/641516908223832064

I feel that they have a very good service and that they would help the people looking to buy/sell coins instantly without exchange registrations.

Recently every few comments of yours is about how you solved world hunger

I have never claimed that.

The claims I have made about having two unpublished white papers which explain how to do the features I have claimed are factually true statements.

I'm not saying they are not true, but you don't prove it so it is nothing else, but hype. Expected you to understand my simple comment since you seem like a clever guy.

My claims were made in my one thread and made in a very subdued manner. I didn't go around hyping. The amount of attention and energy directed at slandering me is incredibly disproportionate to the amount of attention I actually solicited. Have fun with your useless masturbation.

I think you need to learn how to use a dictionary:

hype1

noun
1.
extravagant or intensive publicity or promotion.

verb
1.
promote or publicize (a product or idea) intensively, often exaggerating its importance or benefits.

There is no hype. All of these foolish bastards are going to eat their foolish words. And no I will not accept their apologies because they are not the altcoin police. No one appointed them to that role.

Also you literally listed every problem of bitcoin and stated you solve it

The current focus of my development on this coin is to complete a novel consensus network design which has proposed the following fixes to flaws in Satoshi’s design while retaining proof-of-work as unbounded entropy[1]:

  • Censorship resistance even if mining is entirely centralized.
  • Attack-free instant zero confirmation instantaneous transactions.
  • Impervious to selfish mining and 51% attacks.
  • Transaction rates virtually unbounded by block chain bandwidth and size.
  • Resilient against network fragmentation.
  • Decentralization of pools and ASICs by making them uneconomic.
  • Non-heuristic Sybil and DoS resistance.

None of the above is a joke nor exaggeration. I am entirely serious. My programming background and expertise is documented in the archives of my prior usernames.

The correct solution is invent a decentralized ecosystem coin that will be used by millions of people every day.

Aiming lower is slower, lower, and not my style. Then you worry about being pecked off by a larger small bird.

I have produced million user software back when the internet population was 1/10 of its current size.

Anyone viewing your comment history can decide if your hyping or not. I can read back the most recent ones if you wish and copy everything here so it will be in 1 viewable comment.

If you want to wager enough BTC (put your money where you mouth is), we can arrange for an independent third party to verify and then I will appreciate taking that BTC from you.

This doesn't prove anything. You fail to understand my point.

You state you don't hype, but promoting/advertising without substance (or proof) behind it makes it hype. It's so simple.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ion.cash "developer" a.k.a. Anonymint goes off the deep end on: September 11, 2015, 04:36:58 PM

Recently every few comments of yours is about how you solved world hunger and every single on of bitcoins/satoshis problems, meanwhile you exactly reveal 0 code and proof. Currently this is nothing, but a non-existent vaporware, from which you speak as if there was anything down on the table except your past.

Also on another comment you stated that you will be back in 3 months meaning you have probably nothing coded yet and it's just an idea of which you simply brag about. This is the definition of hype.

Just update for my problems with smelter:

- I have test it on another machine and there working quite OK (quite means only 2 out of 3 gpus runs there so far, I have look at it deeper, all HD 7950). Problem with first rig is probably that I have only 32 bit windows 8 version there, as Windows 7 cant handle 5 GPUs.. so probably OS system, nothing with drivers or smelter seems to me..

There is a thread made by Smolen regarding the smelter vanillacoin miner software, you might find some answers there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310975.0

"Please upgrade if you can so we can perform voter statistics analysis to test the system's operation. The code in github is stable and I recommend everyone upgrade except mining pools and exchanges.

Thank you for your support."

John also made a thread about the node incentive system on the forums, please read: https://talk.vanillacoin.net/topic/207/incentive-system

Can someone give a brief tutorial on which port we need to unblock as well as any safety features we should be implementing to become a useful node?

Please be patient, only the base node incentive protocol was integrated and it's also only an RC release for now. There will be an explanation/guide with the full release.

Updated node incentive paper has been posted by John-Connor: https://github.com/john-connor/papers/blob/master/incentive.pdf
I can not read a document translator in this form.

You can download it directly with this link: https://t.co/KfD04q2ZqS

Hope this helps.
Who can explain this simple system? It will be necessary to do something for the award?

looks like there might be a minimum balance to maintain, not sure if wallet has to be unlocked. otherwise be online and connectable as much as you can

The whitepaper has been changed and corrected according to how the final code will look like. Still there are certain questions that will be answered in time with the next releases.

719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNOFFICIAL] VNL | Vanillacoin 0.3.3 | DarkPP/MinerPP/CoinPP | ZeroTime | UPDATE on: September 10, 2015, 11:37:34 AM
Except this RC1 update, every release since around January is open source. There is probably a testing reason behind it, also it's not mandatory.

Nice from a 10 post account to ask for caution, but John most probably won't spread any malware considering the amount of work he put into this project.

Having the source code published, as it is the idea behind section 6 of AGPL used by previous versions, would remove those probabilities.

No need to take the word from a 10 post account as advice (or a Terminator movie character with negative karma for that matter) just read and compile the software that can potentially run your money. Tweaking it to fit your needs.

Don't take me wrong, I like the idea of Vanillacoin, I have some, and I am curious to see ZeroTime concept tested in the real world, I might be a little frustrated for not being able to run RC1 on my linux box and be part of the testing group, that's all.

Taking John's negative trust rating into a statement regarding a closed source RC version of a vanillacoin wallet is pretty much pointless. I would also think that for John, who invested so much (both time and money) into the project (just look at his FPGA rig and the full time development he is doing and count with the avarage developer/programmer fees) it wouldn't be worth to spread a malware which gets noticed after 10 minutes and would result in VNL dropping to 0 and the project ending. Obviously always take care with anything that is closed source, there are certain virus scan application (ex. Virustotal) which one can use before downloading anything.

Yeah I see that you might be curious and/or frustrated, but John just stated it on the forums (https://talk.vanillacoin.net/topic/206/version-0-3-4-rc1-release/2) that the private branch will soon be merged with the public one and the paper will also get an update. The paper just got tweeted out, so I guess the first one will be soon here also. Paper: https://github.com/john-connor/papers/blob/master/incentive.pdf
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ion discussion on: September 10, 2015, 11:22:50 AM

These attacks can be squelched if for observers and peers their system function is verifiable truth, they can prove a trusted reputation, or they can expend or risk sufficient resources which exceed the gain from cheating.

Already asked this, but it didn't get a response, so here it goes again. How are you solving the problem (on zero confirmation transactions) which is bolded in the quote?
