Low cost token is very good and I like low cost and future payment items. Like OMG unlimited potential Future online payment payment UTRRO   They are lost and in large quantity for now but, with time as the number of transactions increase UTRUST token will be burned which further decrease its supply and increase the value. |

Yeah, risks are everywhere only a few take them. It's sad that there are fewer chances of reaching the soft cap but same way it's good that then there will a 2nd ICO and early investors have chance to double their investment. |

Please test all the security measures before holding the ICO. Yesterday Centra's website was hacked and I unknowingly sent my ETH to hacker's address.
Their platform in beta is ready, they are now just adding security measures for it, I imagine that will h happens in te ICO too, right now you could subscribe for the PRE-ICO, and there is still time before the ICO starts, so they will tell us soon which measures they will take, they already know about hackers, some projects like veritaseum, were hacked, they won't commit the same mistake as others did:D. I hope so because I don't want to lose my ETH again and in return get nothing. Although Centra sent the token even to the ones who sent ETH to the hacker's address but, hey not everybody is Centra. Actually it's centra's job to make their site safe, so if you give eth to hackers because of centra, then they should compensate your loss, which they already did. The best thing is just avoid site getting hacked. Napoleonx is going for this way, which is the right way. You are right. I like how Cindicator is handling the things though. They have made their ICO very closed. No address on the website. All communication is via the lists they made. |

can anyone explain for me why hardcap and softcap so far. I mean 82 mil vs 4,5 mil ?
Hards cap is not 82 mln. 82 mln - its only amount of tokens for sale. What will happen to the remaining tokens if the hard cap is not met? Will they be burned or locked out for a specific period? |

REAL raise more than 35k eth, its a pretty good amount at the moment and they will continue to raise money. I think REAL team can do great things with this money, they are very experimented and there is a lot to do in the real estate market with mot than 10 million dollars. The value of a REAL token will be very huge soon.
That's a very good news. 35k already raised but a long way to go yet. 200,000 ETH is a way bigger target to achieve. Let's hope for the best, fingers crossed. |
