Whose fault is this? it's called building expectation and the scarcity principle. if people perceive that something is rare they will pay more for it and buy it asap. Relest REST coins are only used for paying fees for platform features and realtor fees. Not for paying the rent itself, right?
I asked the same question a while back,with no answer. This is important to divulge cos investor would imagine that due to the volatility of crypto, it wouldn't make sense to use it for rent. And if that's so, what is the advantage for holding the coin for a long term? Payment will be with REST and without fee. No specific benefit for holding the coin, only about the price. But, in the end for me it's all about the platform. I badly need a way to rent out my property without government's poking into my wallet and relest seems like a best option. |

The Paypie algorithm seems to be very strong, team said that they will be able to anonymize financial data and use theses data to let other compagnies compare there data to have an idea of lending opportunities. Its very powerfull, alt of compagnies will want to use this.

35k ETH is just crazy! Pretty sure REAL will be successfull project ,Many projects only dream of collecting so much.That means many people believe in REAL.I really hope you will get what you need.
And that's just the beggining. There is a lot of time left still and we are nowhere near the hard cap. Honestly do you think it will reach the hardcap? I don't think so. Most of the money were collected in the first few days. Still a decent amount and I hope they can start operating with it Maybe not reach the hard cap but we could go close to it. I saw ICOs that were funded 40% skyrocket in activity in the last few days of their ICOs and reach their caps so nothing is impossible. Everything could be possible in crypto space and I won't be surprised to see it taking off. |

I participated too. But it is looking like it won't sold out. Max cap is 115000 eth. Still hope they get more funding in upcoming days. That seems like an impossible goal but you never know. Even if if won't be achieved it will stand somewhere around 80k ETH and that's also not a bad figure. |

It is expected that there will be dumping at the first exchange, that is if there are many bonuses, don`t think about how low will it go think about how high it can be in coming months.
People should just hold on to their coins. Flipping ICO tokens only works for very few ICO's and with the current market in not such a great state it is hardly possible for any ICO's. This coin will appreciate in value, but we need to give it some time. Well, this is a good thing for people like us who believe in it and it will give us opportunity to gather more coins at a lower price. |

WoW, we are looking good, then we could declare the ICO a relative success, it isn't finished yet, but we could hope to gather more so we could afford more states to rent, continue the good work, we are doing the same in our part  . With all the FUD in the cryptoscene right now i'm impressed they managed to raise this much already. Out of all the real estate projects (although they don't all compete) i think REAL is showing the most potential. there has just been alot of scam ICOs lately, we can only hope for the best with real. Am confident in the team though. ICO is open for 13 days more so we can be sure much more will be invested. Crypto should recover by then which will encourage some undecided investors. Right now all we can do is wait and spread the world around the web. It seems hard to reach the hard cap in 13 days but, still they will get a shitload of investment according to me above 75k which is quite good itself. Although no can predict crypto market so, let's see what happens. |
