So is it similar to kickico, but for different real estate projects?
Kickico is a platform to launch different ICOs whereas REAL is a platform for only real estate biz. No ICO is happening on REAL platform. |

Slack has many problems.You get scam messges daily and slack bot can be mainpulated yeah, I am registered on plenty of slack channels and fed up from the scam messages I'm getting. |

Boosting price is a useles way to get a better price. You will burst the balance value of the market and earn nothing cause no one wil rent at a to high price. With a good volume we will have an accurate market price, and we have a data analysis algorithm too for that. It will mechanically direct the price to a market balance. Auction is very good for landlord and renter, you can have a better price for both.
Im hoping for success of projects like these because rental price is ridiculous now young generation is being ripped off by today's prices and sadly im one of them :/ will try to save some fiat to support this idea Most importantly if your rent exceeds a certain amount then government put the tax on it. I mean wtf. I working my ass off to pay the rent and now everyone else wants a cut in it. That's why working on the blockchain excites me. We can cut the tax collectors out of the loop. not that i'm arguing for breaking the law here It's actually impossible to cut tax collectors out. It's called fraud However more transparency in the renting business by using blockchain is always a good idea. Well, fraud is what they are collecting from us. It's our hard earned money and owner is giving tax for the property. Now, they want another cut from the rent tenant is paying to the owner. This is 100% scam. |

It would be cool to have a video to see what the actual technology can do if the previous one show what could be achieved 2 years ago Which hardware do you need to test the platform? Currently you can test the platform with oculus but they plan to expand to other hardwares Can't wait till they start offering VIBEhub to mobile phones. Than simple VR cardboard glasses will suffice, opening up their product to millions of users. I really hope they will do this. As phones become more and more powerful, the hardware should not be a problem. It's really needed for a good adoption rate Imo VR and mobile phones don't fit together. I mean, you have to pay attention to your surroundings, you can't be in a virtual reality. And at home specialized VR hardware will have the edge over a phone. A few years ago even mobile phone was not practical and look where we are today. Everything is possible in tech world as long as you have vision and you are planning to invest your time and energy in it. Phones come with their own headset to mount it in.Also I don't think people will be walking on the street with the headset on. That would be suicide. Most likely the headset will be carried on long trips or on holidays. Think wide. There can be some smart spectacles or lenses that can connect to phone. All I'm saying is that everything is possible and VR is not a thing of indoor only. Somebody will take it the outdoor with very less hardware and it's better if it's Vibehub or some partner. |

what you think real estate how much can raise fund on ICO? i hope this good company raise maximum for big business.
in my calculation, they will reach minimum 50% - 60% of soft cap. but, looking back to the road map, they can reach soft cap before token sale end. I wouldn't be surprised to see that because they have a good vision and experienced team. The amount they're asking is pretty high. They're going to need some more marketing on this. It's not unreachable but only projects that manage to get the word out will be able to reach their targets. I agree about the hard cap that's pretty huge but, in Real Estate thing you need high investments as their cost is also very high. |
