Once the ico has taken place is it legal for us citizens to buy/sell these tokens on exchanges? The ban is for the ICO only, the US doesn't forbid companies that use the blockchain to function, or bring services other companies that will use said services, so there are no problems for PayPie in that regard, there are no problems for US citizens holding Paypie tokens either, so a US citizen can be part of the platform if he/she just buy it somewhere, but participate on the ICO, that is a no. whats the difference of your minimum cap and the target cap? what if you will not achieved the tgarget and only the minimum cap, would that mean ico is not successful?
The minimum cap, is really the minimum we would need to kick start seriously the project but we would not have a lot of headroom to really accelerate the marketing process that will be required to launch DAFs. In the traditional asset universe, it is ver difficult for actors to emerge if they are too small at the beginning regardless of the quality of their team and strategy. It is a little bit unfair, but that's how it works. We will need to prepare additional ICOs after this one for launching the DAFs and we need this first one to be a great success. Only time will tell. but wht are you still have to have a target cap if the minimum cap is already your minimum cap? why not only have two caps, minimum and the max cap? i think many people will be confused about this one. even i got confused to.  Many ICO has hidden cap with respect to soft and hard caps. So, it's not confusing at all. They are just named differently. |

With 9 days left hard cap seems too far to me.
The question is, what would happen to the remaining tokens if the hard cap is not reached?
This question has been answered many times, read the thread. Reading 100 pages isn't always easy  They will adjust the roadmap when the hard cap isn't reached and will burn the tokens afaik. People always think that one should go through every page and each thread just to look if it's been answered before or not. It would take the same amount of work to write the answer here. As far as I know there won't be paid any dividends. Or am I wrong? A problem with coins paying dividends is that it is often very hard for them to get listed on bigger exchanges. If im not mistaken, i heard that bittrex wouldnt accept any dividend coin/token. But where did you get the information that if you keeping Utrust tokens you will get extra %? As far as I know there won't be any dividends in UTRUST but don't quote me on that, so Bittrex is possible. There are many different exchanges which will be interested in listing this coin It's not true. Neo is also a dividend coin and it's on Bittrex. They will do it if they see good money in it. |

Yes bittrex hard to get. Every coin wants to get there but it's not that easy. But it would be on somewhere in short time. Somewhere like livecoin or so. Please, before talking about exchanges, read the whitepaper. The main development of the project will be finished in the end of 2018. Dont sell your tokens before this project works profitable. It's their own choice when they wanna sell their tokens but since VR/AR technology is just at its early stages it definitely makes sense to hold the tokens for a longer time! You are right.
