I never used VR set before, is it possible to wear it for a longer period of time or do you eyes get tired from close distance which is not natural for humans?

Its a decentralized social networking so it might run on a smart contract or, it would be best if they can run it on their own blockchain if they are planning to develop it.
that would be best considering how clogged the Ethereum network gets with kitties. Agreed, you can not rely on other networks as everything in blockchain is still in a very experimental phase They are constantly trying to improve ethereum blockchain but also there is more and more project using it heavily. It is a race currently and hoping ethereum network will win but if not, there is more blockchains letting smart contract so won't be a problem for the sphere. There are just too many new tokens weekly and this is clogging the network heavily. I dont think they planned it to be so wildly used so i my opinion they are doing good considering the circumstances. Yes, there are a lot of new tokens generated recently and under the recent Kitties hype, we saw that the Ethereum blockchain has its problems. But I am still a huge fan of it and Vitalik set the whole scaling problem as the main priority. Maybe they can come up with Sharding in 2018 to further improve the Ethereum blockchain. They are still working on it and with the introduction of casper protocol most of the things will be taken care of. |

I think the reward model in Chaturbate is most likely skewed very much to the developerside: viewers pay more and models receive less. In Live Stars the smart contracts will take care of all the backend stuff, meaning there's more of the pie to share: cheaper to watch, more to earn. Correct me if I'm wrong! Webcam projects that exist have very big problems in terms of anonymity, and payments to models. LIVE STARS solves all these problems with the help of the blockchain, the models will earn more and get their money faster and the perverted users will be completely anonymous. If they populate this project to them all models and users will switch from other platforms their token will be the local currency that will be used demand and growth in price. Plus, if they make an online toy store for models for tokens or in general sex shops for tokens, then this is the origin of the sex industry on the blockchain.  How do you guys compare to a project like SpankChain? nice graph, nice comparison, in my opinion live stars wins the confrontation in great mode, affect two words decentralization and anonymity, since the payments for girls will be punctual and without a minimum i believe that the best girls that work in this industry will migrate to this platform maybe bringing with them some loyal users I'm glad that this project guaranties the anonymity of users. This is one big issue in this kind of project as the graphic shows. It's great to see that Livestars beats every competitor in every area, I see no problem to attract both, users and models. I am more interested to know about their counter measures. Similar projects rely on the fact that most people on earth are honest and decent. The same principle is guided, for example, by eBay. Of course, some estimates will be falsified, but the overall picture will be fair .. then what's the need of REPU if we can fool the system. You can not expect people to be honest with you without any reason. REPU's whole working model revolves around rating thing. |

that's actually a great question. on facebook your pics won't be deleted even if you delete the account. they'll still be stored on their servers. Yes, it is one of the annoying parts of facebook. You can't delete you account you can only freeze it. And even some people die, you just can't delete his page too. I think in the Sphere is also impossible to delete the history. It will be written in stored in the chain. And about the profile deletion an interesting question. With the help of the blockchain technology, I think Sphere can be at par with Facebook. It's hard to be as big as facebook because it's already up there, almost monopolizing the social media space. But hey, there's nothing wrong with trying. And I think the winning factor for Sphere is the blockchain technology which Facebook doesn't have. Let's see where will this go. I'm super interested to be honest.
I will have to disagree if its going to be at par with facebook in the future, they should have start advertising heavily and be known worldwide, But if it gets successful, it might get some portion of the social media, but not a big as Facebook. I also think the same because facebook is a giant and you just can not compete with them without a shitload of money. |

The pre-sale ends on 24 December. On almost every social media, you can report unacceptable content, like racist content. How will that work when the social media is decentralized?? There you have it, report button for criminal or unauthorized content. It could be put on a vote, wether to remove content or not. Say 1000 random and active platform users will get an invite to vote on some content. When first 100 have voted, and 75% says remove content then it will be taken down. The rest dont have to vote. There's many variations of how this could work This is of course a subject that is very complicated and our solutions to it will need to keep evolving over the years. Sphere advocates free speech, but some content simply must be prohibited. We will be removing : - Speech that would incite hatred or violence
- Advocating illegal activity
- Copyright trademark and patent
- Illegal contents such as child pornography
We can easily create a "Report This" button and incorporate it in our next release as suggested by KryptoTark to remove such content by community voting. That's good to know. How will data be stored in Sphere? I mean the network is decentralized as much as possible, right? Tha may be possible to do, but mark.space will only give the tools to make the conference and to send or receive payments and information, the technology, hardware, will have to be provided for third parties, so it will be possible, but in conjunction with other projects, like VibHub. you mean there's room for markspace and projects like vibehub to collaborate? there's always room for similar project to collaborate, but in a competitive market it's gonna be hard. still not impossible.
