If you go to the page just to check it out you don't have a clue whats going on. Also it only pays out once a day and the payout isn't very big. We need games that are easy to play, turnover quickly for fast payouts and at all levels so people with big and small balances can play. There really HAS to be a GOOD lotto type game that runs daily or something. The person who runs it can take like 0.2% or something and it needs to appeal to everyone. I think "The coin that is a game" applies only to miners. When I first saw the coin I thought the COIN was a GAME. I thought there was a lotto for people that owned the coin. You know what worries me right now. When was the last time a Dev or any Dev posted in here in the last few days? It's a 10 day old coin.
If this was your coin (any of you) wouldn't you be in here every day posting and talking to people?

Because there is zero comparison between this and DOGE in terms of name recognition, promotion, and support.
The volume on coinedup for LOT right now is a small fraction of DOGE volume on the first day DOGE was on coinedup.
So comparing the values of the two is not wise right now.

Every time I try to make any money and it involves Cryptsy I end up losing money due to technical issues.
I lost about 25% of my money in the last week and made zero because of the technical problems.
24 hr Pending Withdrawals during China crash... then DOGE deposits ... then DOGE order placing during DOGE crash (waiting 5 hours to do an order).
Every time something good happens - it turns into a loss. Every time. Every day this week.
Even now as I speak at Sunday 2am. No server load at all. Just missing deposit on DOGE. Again.
I give up man... this is a waste of time. I think using sites like coins-e and coinedup are the only safe bet.

Total coins mined after 9 days is about 800 million correct?
Total coins 18.4 billion. So time to the halfway mark of 9 billion coins is about 100 days. Sound about right?
So about along the same lines as Dogecoin speed of coin generation proportionally.

I don't know how many have noticed but Coins-E has put a false buy order of .00000145 on the order book. And it will not go away. It's stuck there. hmm. The miner's will crush it today. The Cryptsy bump is over and now the instamine factor is kicking in.
It's approaching having lost 90% of it's value if it hits 25.
I'm not saying it will not work out long long term. But the next 2 months will be brutal with 800 mil coins a day coming down.
The volume is mostly sells for awhile now.
Bad blood must be cleared. It's getting ugly now.

This is what will happen.
1- Miner stockpiles are massive now. Pressuring price down to previous lows.
2- Once price is low enough miner's will move on
3- Once miner's move on price will slowly rise. Miner's slowly return.
4- After some time (unknown) there will be equillibrium
5- After block halving occurs in about 2 months the price will slowly rise IF people keep buying.
If people keep buying and selling the coin will live. If they only sell it will die.
If enough people buy and hold it will live and then probably raise in price in 2-3 months.
Lots of IFs. But sure... if the coin keeps getting used and get promotion the price will rise
but I don't think that will happen until the block halving.

I just came to the realization the instamine is too strong. You could see it happen over the last 24 hours.
I wish the dev had made it descending rewards per day or something. 500k per block for 2 months was too great.
Maybe I'm in error. But I just don't see it. I lost a chunk on it but not too bad. I hate being negative and breaking bad news (prediction)
because I really do love this coin and what's happened but I just have to say it.

I have to be honest here. I think the coin cannot be speculated even anymore. The weight of the miners is too great. I saw the pattern start last night. It's bad guys... Cryptsy is back up with DOGE database as of 10 mins ago. Down 20% already. I was trying to sell all day.. like 6 hours. Couldn't. I think a tidal wave just formed or something watching... sad... less wow... less millionaire. Lost much. I think if this coin had slower mining it would have been much much better. Big mistake to instamine it. I think the back just broke. 2 months of 800 million coins per day coming now. I watched the initial Cryptsy excitement volume go from like 4000 BTC to 2000 BTC and drop. Just a big mistake. Such a great community deserved a smaller block reward to keep things stable. 500k day 1 --400k day 2 -- 300k day 3 .....etc I'll check back in 2 months. |

Sent two other deposits to bter... Made a cup of Sumatra coffee, had a shower, and deposits already confirmed.
If/when my deposits ever show, I'm officially done with Cryptsy.
Ya I am feeling dumb for going back too. All my $ is tied there now and once again it's dead. The money and the site. Well I only lost a small fortune.. not all of it. Just got back in and they just happen to reset the server. Down 50% is better than 90%. Good luck DOGE Sellers... this is it |

I have been trying to trade my DOGE for 5 hours straight and not one trade going through. Now I've lost another pile of money on Cryptsy.
That's twice in 4 days because of technical errors. Pretty much just losing money everytime I try to give them another chance.

I just got mine also.
But I still lost a lot of money yesterday. So i can't forget this unfortunately.
My relationship with the site is seriously damaged.
I have to do test withdrawals now to see if they are holding funds still. Testing it now.
I still have BTC there but how can I trust them to be able to withdraw rapidly?
I can make more money holding the BTC in safer places where I can move it quickly.
It's just math. I have to be FAR more careful now with them.
I would strongly reccomend everyone not keep all their BTC there. Also if you are going
to withdraw do a small test to see if they are holding the funds. Especially during crashes.
Then see if the small withdraw works fast. If not then you know they will hold your money
and then you can at least keep using it there.
I lost out too much to just go .. oh well. I have to now move with caution.
I had used cryptsy and recommended them everywhere. Used it for 95% of my Alt trading.
I have to search for new places to be safe. I can't have this keep happening.
I hope someone out there has been watching this and is building a new exchange. They could
make literally a fortune with a real simple trade engine and a fair and safe site. Users would flood to it.
