That's interesting.

All transactions after fork have been included in blocks on both blockchains.

As example TX ef7aba30ff92401067824d066cda071d885beda411d60df993b34e8af3804881

On the right blockchain:
http://chainradar.com/xmr/transaction/ef7aba30ff92401067824d066cda071d885beda411d60df993b34e8af3804881
Block # 202619   2014-09-04 04:29:05

And on the wrong:
http://monerochain.info/tx/ef7aba30ff92401067824d066cda071d885beda411d60df993b34e8af3804881
Block # 202615   2014-09-04 04:42:06

So, if you send coin, even on the wrong blockchain, you get payments on both forks )))

how can i avoid it ending again on the wrong chain if i resync after redownloading the blockchain from scratch?
thank you

Download the blockchain, make a copy of it. If your sync fails, you can go back to the copy and try again.

Download right blockchain via torrent

I'd check ChainRadar first, as they are on the correct chain: http://chainradar.com/xmr/blocks

If it's not there, then yes, you need to re-download the blockchain, and then delete your wallet.bin (not the .bin.keys) and reopen it as normal. simplewallet will recreate that cache from the wallet creation date onwards, and since you never sent anything on the current chain your coins will still be there.
Erm, it's showing on both.

Stats are down for monero?
My balance is not moving at all...

Monero was forked. Currently all 3 servers on the right blockchain, but I need some time to make audit of user balances and check all transactions after fork.

Also I have prepared torrent file with the right fork:

Hi All,

To speedup download of blockchain, I have prepared torrent file with right blockchain (onyl linux 64bit):

Any info when will this issue for auto deposits 10 xmr min be resolved?
I have only about 6kh/s of hash power and it takes too long to get paid which is frustrating, especially when price is roller coaster like at this moment.

It depends on monero developer's.
But I'll release button for manual payouts, so you can get your coins even if the threshold's not reached.

So what is the current min payout for exchange-deposits?

is it 10 XMR or 1 XMR ?

10 XMR in auto modus and any balance for manual payouts

can you help me set ygminer.?I tried this but i cant see any hash
mining directly to poloniex
Code:

Is it ok to use stratum proxy with minergate pool?

currently works only with DwarfPool

Is it possible to auto payout every two to three hours? There is too much dust. It increases my future transaction size, thus fees.

I have option to setup payments individually for users one time per day. If you want to use it, please send me your wallet.

Nice try  Grin of corpse you meant "wallet address"  Roll Eyes

On XMR hickups, paying against txfees=0.100 XMR as current situation is ... tedious. Any plans? They had to raise fees up on to insanely high values, conquering a DDOS attack consisting out of malicious transaction packets (blockchain bloat)

I'm fine with leaving coins on the pool for some mining days. Or you email me the pools wallet so I can take out the coins manually  Cool

Monero developers report attack to XMR-network.
As temporary solution the new wallet was released with 20 times larger transaction fee as before (0.1 instead of 0.005).
Because the transaction fees are fully paid from the pool, we have to increase the autopayouts for this time, to partially cover our losses.
For exchange-wallets 10XMR/day or 20XMR/hour.
For standard wallets stays 0.2 XMR as stated.

The reason is because transaction-fee will be payed from pool's fee. Miner's doesn't pay this fee.
As example if the pool pays 1 XMR to miner, currently 0.1 XMR will be payed as tx-fee from pool's fee, but from 1 XMR pool get only 0.02 XMR.
Therefore Minpayout is 10 XMR for exchange-users, where pool gets 0.2 XMR, from which 0.1-0.13 go to monero-network as tx-fee.

Manual payout below limit possible, just email me

where our balance for last 24 hours? Huh

It was some small bug, now fixed and all payouts made.
I have audit system that find any anomaly and stops payouts, afterthat I have fixed issue.
All shares were calculated and not lost.

The log file grows too fast. Is it possible to disable saving to the file?
Yes, in config.py change to
Code:
LOGLEVEL = 'INFO'
DEBUG = False

It still grows, although not so fast. Can we disable it totally?

Yes, just comment it like here

Code:
#LOGFILE = "logfile.log"

i use extremehash.com

it just doesnt accepts new jobs new blobs after a few mins it cant make shares because of miner stay at old job

Requirements
Works only with pools which support stratum-proxy.
Patch to node-cryptonote-pool by zone117x will be available soon.
Currently works on both DwarfPool servers.

Im having a little problem transferring monero from my wallet to mintpal. Its been 30mins I still dont see my monero on mintpal.

wallet version v0.2.3
destintation address xxxxxx
amount                  0.5
mixin count              0
payment id           xxxxxxxxx from mintpal

this is correct right?I also dont see my transaction on my history

before the transfer
balance            0.6499
unconfirmed      0.6499
after the transfer
balance            0
unconfirmed      0.1499

1) Check that your transaction exist
http://monerochain.info/

2) Some exchanges need more time, some take transactions in random order.

it works when disabling ENABLE_WORKER_ID

Fixed, please update proxy from github

1) I doesn't have tested it with claymore's miner, but I'll look at this option for this situation
2) regarding errors - proxy currently supported only by dwarfpool

Thanks for the guide.

Is it possible to give a more detailed description of the principle of the proxy?

If I have 6 rigs, will it use much less bandwidth with the proxy? Does the proxy get a very high difficulty work from the pool and then divide/distribute it to the rigs? If so, how does it divide the work?

I notice that my rigs usually get 100001 difficulty work from pools, not Dwarf. Is this the maximum a pool will send out? What is the maximum difficulty Dwarf will send out to the proxy?

For your rigs this proxy looks like a pool.

Proxy set only one connection to the pool (socket) so than inside this physical connection makes virtual login-connections to the pool for every Rig/PC. Therefore every rig get its own difficulty from the pool.

It doesn't reduce the traffic (anyway it's insufficient), but you have better control (wallet and pool settings in one place).

Just put to your miner the proxy as a pool, any number as username and password. Your miners never need any changes anymore.

If you want to change the wallets or other settings, you change it in config.py of proxy and restart it. Miners will be reconnected automatically. In the next version I'll make it without restart, on the fly.

DwarfPool has currently vardiff from 5000 up to 100000. 100k is very rare )) because the pool creates the personal vardiff.

That means the following use of case:

 - you have a lot of rigs or corporate PCs, you can install proxy on one PC with internet connection, and all miners can be inside of intranet

 - you have some geo-distributed miners, so via proxy installed on 1$VPS you can easy to control them

 - on one windows-machine if you use two miners (cpu+gpu) or if you want to control your miner fully and absolutely.
