This is a very good update. I have seen and heard of many who got scammed through phishing sites. Something similar to this has happened to a friend, who unknowingly provided his information on a phishing site and got scammed in the process. I think the crypto space now requires a lot of vigilance and care.

With the little time i have spent on this forum, i have come to realize that bitcointalk forum is a fertile ground. My reasons for saying this are as follows:
1. The forum is rich in knowledge. This is a place where whoever is a newbie to crypto, can have access to different kinds of information, most especially when it pertains to cryptocurrency and other areas.
2. This is a place where people are built. Spending your time and effort here is never a waste. Ever since i started accessing this forum, i have gained more and i am better than before.
3. This is a place where the standard of living of some folks have been improved. Many now earn a good living through this forum.
4. It is a safe place to be when it come to crypto, because if any one brings in anything phishy, there are experts who would raise alarm and hinder any fraudulent practice.
5. Considering the latest restructuring of the merit system, it has helped a lot of people to improve on their vocabulary and their posts.
Lastly, i would like to thank the initiator of this forum and those behind the management as well as the moderators of the forum for this wonderful opportunity. I believe this forum will continue to take the lead and be an inspiration to other forums.

Well, long term investment is good and t seems to be the best, but if you find yourself holding a shit coin for a long time, there is every tendency for you to loose your investment. I think the best thing to do if you want to invest for a long term, try researching on the coin you intend to hold and ensure it has a good use case. If not, you might find yourself investing into a pump and dump coin.

As far as i am concerned, i feel there is no amount you cannot invest. If you just want to start, i would suggest you start with $40 to $60. You can use this amount to train yourself in trading, at least, that amount should be affordable. It will be wise you invest what you can afford to loose. I started with such amount, before getting myself acquainted with trading and today have some knowledge about.

This s a myth that cannot come o reality. As far as blockchain technology and cryptocurrency remain, ICO, will continue to exist. New ICOs will continue to come up. Start ups are beginning to see more privileges in engaging in ICO. ICO is more or less like a fund raising medium to most comapanies, industries and firms. The most important thing is for the ICO to bring up a use case that can be adopted.

I think that happens in some bounty programs, where participants, after completing the who campaign, now bring up KYC in order to so many from getting their tokens. This is not fair on the side of those projects. These rules should always be stated at the beginning of the campaigns, so that those who cannot comply can quick look for another campaign to participate in.

There is nothing to be afraid of. This is normal in cryptocurrency, coins will dip and at another point, they will rise. If bitcoin dips more and perhaps it also affects other altcoins, it will favour some people. The reason being that, some will buy the deep, hold and sell high. This is the strategy used in holding.

Altcoi will sure continue to be in existence. Inasmuch as we still have bitcoin, altcoin will continue to exist. My though also on this is that, if we do not have altcoins again, crypto world will no more be interesting. So, no altcooins , no crypto.

-Early dumpers and those who dump at prices lower than the ICO price of any coin, are known as weak hands.
-While those who hold a coin(s) until prices increase to appreciable level are know as the strong hands.
