801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you tell people? on: July 31, 2018, 10:22:17 PM
It is just very simple, because it is not a must they join crypto. I think most times seeing is believing.
If you also wish to explain to them that they value of a coin comes mainly from its product.
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I do not panic when the market falls on: July 29, 2018, 11:07:32 PM
Of all the internet tech, that also involves legit money making venture, crypto is still the best. So, this gives me more confidence that even if price falls, it will still rise. Whoever understands how the market run, will not have any cause to panic.
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China is punishing cryptocurrency on: July 29, 2018, 11:03:56 PM
Well, whatever happens in China as regards crypto is not the end of it all. There are several other countries that are actively involved in crypto. With my present observation, i think crypto is becoming better.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin for year 2018 on: July 24, 2018, 09:51:45 PM
The first altcoin i would choose to be the best is ethereum. Apart from eth, i have some other coins lined up that i also feel will surge forward this 2018. They are: TRON, XLM, OMX and Stratis.
805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to learn day trading? on: July 24, 2018, 09:47:24 PM
I think some people including the OP are tired of holding, because all what they hodl have plunged in price. If you want to switch into trading, most especially day trading. I would advise you always do your research first and invest only what you can afford to loose.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of investor are you? on: July 24, 2018, 09:44:12 PM
I voted for hodlers option, because that is what i know best to do and i feel is better as far as i am concerned. I was not also surprised that after voting, the result shows that crypto hodler have larger percentage of vote, because most of use feel it is better and safer to hodl. Although, we need to k ow when to hodl and when to sell.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to use 2fa on: July 24, 2018, 09:39:01 PM
The reason i have adopted the idea of using 2FA is that, if you lost the device you used in creating it, you can restore it through your password. This is essential because of the incessant hacking of accounts on exchanges. Not exchanges alone, but also anything the needs security and enables the use of 2FA.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your favorite Altcoins to trade or HODL right now? on: July 24, 2018, 09:28:13 PM
I will give you the list of coins that are presently cheap and that will give you profit if you can hold.
- Utrust
- OMX
- XYO
- NEO
- Stratis
- MWAT
You can do your research and these coins and monitor their trend.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much time does it take to make it your full time job? on: July 23, 2018, 08:36:48 PM
Well, if you are just starting as a newbie and you want to engage in crypto or perhaps bounty as a fulltime job, you will have to participate in lots of bounty at the same time, most especially the social media aspect. As time goes on you will learn about other areas and join them.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advantages of altcoins ? on: July 23, 2018, 08:31:13 PM
Most times, when i want to invest in altcoins, i usually consider the return of investment (ROI). If you are fortunate enough to invest into good altcoins when their prices were low, by the time you sell after mooning, there is every tendency for you to realize more profit than when you invest in bitcoin.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time. on: July 23, 2018, 08:28:22 PM
It depends on how you plan it. My suggestion is that you divide the money into two places and invest into both bitcoin and ethereum. There are times you might not be too sure of the coin you are holding. When you you one part to invest into bitcoin and the other part into the coins you feel are good.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future? on: July 23, 2018, 08:24:09 PM
It is good to invest in ICO, most especially the good ones, but to say they will beat bitcoin, that i think might not be possible. The trend in the market shows it all, that bitcoin is likely to continue to take the lead. Nonetheless, their are altcoins from those ICO that will perform well.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mastercard Goes to cryptocurrency on: July 23, 2018, 08:19:43 PM
That will be a great development to the crypto space. Although, it seems i have seen one or two projects that integrated their coins into mastercard for the purpose of buy and sell, but not to exchange into fiat.
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC scams on: July 23, 2018, 07:53:33 PM
OP, you are right. This does not only apply to investors alone, but also bounty and airdrop participants. No matter the area or level in which you are participating in, if you are asked for your personal information, always take your time to study the project as well i the team.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ALTCOINS going green! on: July 22, 2018, 09:56:37 PM
We have had series of green and red market in this year, but this time is another green. Those ones we had in the past faded away quickly, but this time, it seems to be more sustained. Which is an indication that the one we have now will last longer.
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO vs ADA on: July 17, 2018, 09:13:25 PM
Presently, i would choose ADA. NEO would have been my choice, but the rate at which it is falling is what i do not understand, but based on the view of some crypto enthusiast, i got to know that it is centralized and that there is much influence on it by some.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum, Ripple or Litecoin? on: July 17, 2018, 09:10:58 PM
If i am to make my first choice, i would choose ethereum. Although, i am an advocate of diversification when it comes to investment. You can consider investing into other altcoins and not ethereum alone. Ripple and Litecoin are also good for investment.
818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook is launching '' FaceCoin ''' on: July 17, 2018, 09:02:52 PM
Facecoin seems to be using the platform of ethereum, which i believe on the contrary that Facebook would not use. Considering the level of growth of Facebook today, i do not think it would use the platform of another coin, instead, it would create its own blockchain.
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Crying about Crypto! on: July 17, 2018, 08:52:14 PM
Every investment whatsoever is associated with some levels of risk. Before investing into anything and not only crypto, one has to prepare one's mind, that it is either gain or loss. Also, the place of learning is inevitable. Learn so as to know what you are into.
820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO is falling in price why? on: July 17, 2018, 08:48:08 PM
Could the present fall in the price of NEO, be as a result of it's centralized nature. This is even my first time of seeing that NEO is a centralized coin. I was formerly considering investing into it, but the fall baffles me a lot. Well, i think i need to get more info as regards this.
