I have 20 G-Blades on 2 systems, 10 each. I get ttyAMC0 thru ttyAMC19 (a total of 20 boards) everytime. I have never had it have an issue seeing the blades

What do I gain by mining at the KHashier pool? Ho do you get into this lottery?
kHashier.com functions much like any other multi-pool (crypto is mined, sold, and proceeds go to purchase CLAMS). A major difference is that payouts are based on all-time accrued percentage, as opposed to short round based payouts. Additionally, 25% of proceeds are put towards sub-price level buy orders; when/if these buy orders are sold into, the purchased CLAMS are paid out in much the same way as the other 75%, based on accrued percentage. In fairness, payouts have been sporadic out of kHashier as low hash means either high withdrawal fees or slow payouts.
The Proof-Of-Pearl CLAM lottery is played by simply holding CLAMS in your wallet. When you stake a block for the network, the reward varies between 0.1 - 1,000 CLAMS. Ahhh, OK Well I just added a bit to the hashrate there. |

Can I get some assistance with the following error? I've had similar since .3 Deleted all but wallet.dat several times, running as admin. Win 7 x64  Hopefully you backed up your wallet. Because if you did then just take a back up and put it into the folder. Then open the wallet and it should work. Never did. Only a few hundred sys. Hope there is another option though. Maybe a manual edit? Oh man, ya gotta get in the habit of doing that the very first thing you do with every wallet!! I ALWAYS encrypt my wallet, shut it down, verify the wallet program did fully shut down via taskmanager (I do this step as if you copy the wallet.dat file while it is still open, you will wind up with a corrupted backup of your wallet file!).....then I create multiple backups before re-opening. Then I create a new address to TEST the newly created and LOGGED pass phrase, only then will I deposit any coins in the wallet. If your wallet.dat file became corrupted, I don't think there is anything you can do to recover them.......I could be wrong though. Hope you get to your coins! You could try a private key recovery with PYWallet. It's a real pain in the ass, but so far I have been able to recover every wallet I have worked on. It can be rather time consuming depending how may transactions you have. But if you have a good amount of coins it's worth it. |

So I take it you have to be mining at a pool that supports merged mining with SYS and someother ALT coin?

Merged mining works by taking the "work" done to solve a block on a different scrypt coin- lets say Litecoin in this case - and reusing that "work" to solve Syscoin blocks. This effectively nets the miner 2 coins for the "work" of one. You can see how this will not only increase the network hashrate exponentially, its also more cost effective for miners and improves the distribution of Syscoin in general.
Ehm, ok . But how do I start merge mining:)? Does it have to be done on a pool that supports both the coin mined and SYS? Or is it set up in the wallet? |

If there are only 7 of us mining at http://888.fedaykin.us where are all the other miners at? All the other pools have 0 miners listed. Somewhere there is 400 MH (multipools maybe?) I'm currently the only one on mining at FusionHash and have been for the last few days. It is possible that someone with a high enough hashrate is solo mining. I'll be joining you with 80MH on Tuesday!  +1 |

I'm currently the only one on mining at FusionHash and have been for the last few days. It is possible that someone with a high enough hashrate is solo mining. I would guess multi pools. I also would guess it's possible that Fusion Hash hardware could be mining hidden. or is it the developers mining farm, they obviously gonna mine it There is only 200 Mh out in the wild. That could be one ASIC farm solo mining. We're still grabbing blocks!! |

I looked at coinmine.pw, they have almost 200 MH there. I don't know what other multipools mine Octo. You should come over to fedaykin, we could use all the hashrate we can get.

Thats pretty harsh, different people have different risk profiles, the risk profile was above what he is comfortable with with the situation at the time, so it was a good decision for him to lower his risk. But with lower risk profile comes lower to no reward @joshycoin good comment That is, I have been mining the crap out of Octo. I was selling when it was 750 and still selling at 375. What have I been doing with the BTC, buying silver. Those of you who are buying to hold, I'm happy when you buy my Octo!! That is just more silver I can buy!! To each their own!!! |
