You said that others will be able to propose company for investing and outting it to vote.To be able to do that we will need atleast 2000 FABA to recommend company,or any member of FABA will be able to do that?
I presume that you will need 2000 FABA to propose the company, since you can't vote either without 2000 FABA tokens. It would not make sense to allow members who can't vote to propose company for voting. |

It was so much easier to join first round of sale,$1300 is quite a lot of money for small investors.I hope minimum will go down,as i would like to buy more faba tokens.
Minimum won't go down, because Faba wants serious investors to invest and I think it is a good move.Better then to have a bunch of investors with 100 USD investments. Remember this is not a utility token. Reaching soft cap will attract more big investors,and all those positive news lately. In case hard cap is not reached,what will happen to unsold tokens?Usually those are burn but since its security tokens is there any diferent approach because of that? I would like to know that too? Will unsold tokens be burned or what will happen with them? Yes! Unsold tokens will be burnt  check our whitepaper and website for more details. How many tokens is sold so far during 1st STO round? And also,do you plan any giveaways in the future,like another airdrop campaign? I'm curious to know the figures also. The number of tokens sold pretty much translates if they are successful in selling this project to the investors. Are they going to disclose the amount collected so far? All we kow so far is that soft cap has been reached,i dont think that exact amount has been disclosed so far.Most important goal is reached so far,that means there wont be any delays with development. As far as I know, they won't announce the money raised before end of the ICO. They have only announced reaching the soft cap to make the investors confident about the future of the project. This STO is more like a traditional business and the structure is different. STO is very long, longer then a year so don't rush info that is really not essential.Information about the sales and everything regarding the STO will come in time, just let the team work quietly like they did so far.Less noise and big words and things get done. |

Like the idea of crypto fund for investments, first one I see and from the first glance I took at your WP, looks like a well thought of and structured approach is a good start. Voting system is a good idea and should let people take their own fate into their hands in a safe environment while still allowing people who don't have time or will to research and make decisions make "safe" profit.
I'll do some more reading, but I like what I see so far, going to most likely chip in a bit with you guys.
How did you come up with a name FABA? What does it stand for?

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that. It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions. how many retailers so far are on board? do they have the number already? i believe the more they got, the higher the chance of being successful in this field. being the paypal of crypto is not an easy feat. I agree with you.It is not an easy thing to accomplish.Can someone from the team please update us here with some numbers.Number of merchants that will be part of Agate Ecosystem after the launch of main net, number of partners. I know it is hard to say exact numbers, but even estimates would be good for orientation. |

What are you working on at the moment, beside landing these partnerships?  Main net is in beta test and wallet also, that is what I know, but would be good if team shared an update on development. First, congratulations to the team on another partnership, glad to see that team is working on the project behind the curtain.Second, I would be happier to see that there is more transparency and communication.An update about development would certainly be a good thing.May I suggest like a bi-weekly update to community about what is being done and what the team is working on at the moment. |

I hear that we will have a erc-20 wallet in the app too.What are some of the main features of your wallet?
It will be a standard erc-20 wallet and you will be able to store any erc-20 compatible cryptocurrency.There were some mentions of maybe adding atomic swap feature in future, but that is not on the road map, rather as an added bonus if team will have time and enough interested parties. Atomic swap feature was just mentioned by some community members as a potential idea, it is nothing official.I don't even think that Lynked.World would have any special benefits from implementing it as the main focus of Lynked.World is completely different and that would diminish the utility of Lynk in some aspects.It would be beneficial only in terms of making Lynk easier to manage and exchange for other currency. |

I was reading about Agate app a bit and they mentioned that it will support a lot of currencies, does anyone have a link or know which ones will be supported when app is released fully?
I have not seen the list, but as far as I remember there will be almost all traditional fiat currencies supported thanks to iFIAT Ecosystem and you will be able to exchange them for any crytocurrency that will be available in the app too. You will be able to exchange any currency either fiat or crypto that team manages to implement and add to app, because AGATE is officially registered as a digital currency exchange provider with AUSTRAC. How you plan to distribute LYNK tokens? How will they be allocated after the iCO?
75% token sale,10% founders and management,5% bounty and marketing,5% advisors and team.5 % seed investors that is how they are allocated.After ICO you probably mean how funds will be allocated, not tokens.I think that 50% of funds raised will be dedicated to marketing. |

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but by the pictures on agate website, seems to me that Mastercard will issue their cards. I can see something similar to mastercard logo on their card, maybe that's the clue.
I dont know anything about mastercard but admin on telegram group told me that we can expect cards after mainnet relase,so that means in Q1 2019.They mentioned Intercash as one of the solutions they plan to use for now. Well for a project like Agate it makes sense to go for a card, otherwise the benefits of the iFiat Ecosystem wouldn't be fully utilized. What is iFiat Ecosystem? Does that require a credit card to work or not? iFiat Ecosystem does not require a credit card at all, but it would be even more attractive if Agate had a credit card, lets put it like that. Regarding iFiat Ecosystem itself, it uses decentralised blockchain technology (Agate blockchain) to resolve many of the fundamental issues in the cryptoeconomy, which will facilitate transactions very economically and in real-time. |

I think Lynked World has entered the coinmarketcap, and it turns out it isn't, I see on this project site, token sale is underway, but I don't see how much money has been collected at this time? this is very important for new investors like me

I suppose that big investors are mostly responsible for achieving SC. Congratulations. Yeah that Pecunio really helped,but thats expected that big investors join early,and later on smaller ones. What was pecunio,some big investor? I think that almost everyone was able to join lynked.world private sale as minimum was only 1 ETH. Pecunio is a company that partnered with Lynked by investing 5 million USD. To correct you a bit. Most likely that is the case, but let's better wait for someone from the team to confirm this officially. What do you think, what kind of withdrawal fee can we expect to have? I presume we won't high fees when exchanging the currencies, most likely it will be very low as it will all be in AGT. |

No news at the moment, team is working on the product while we wait for public sale announcement. I heard that a lot of development is already in beta testing phase, what stuff is in the beta exactly? I think that main net is close to be done with beta, does anyone know what is the situation with wallet? Main net should be launched ahead of road map, so I presume wallet will be the same.I know that wallet was in beta 2 months ago already, so beta could be close to an end too. |
