Like it. Running my Tron. Though it's not the most intuitive process getting set up, even with the existing documentation.

Glad you figured it out though. Could you give me some pointers on where the documentation could be improved?

A step-by-step guide for the n00b would be really helpful, since some of this is fairly obscure for the beginner.
Ask me nicely and I might even write one myself  Smiley

Edit: for example, I get myself a VPS but... what spec does it need to be? What should the port number be? And when I actually activate the Tron, it takes several goes and takes a while to register in the client - is there a way to check it's going? These are a few things I had to ask around and figure out, and it would have been pretty tough on my own trying to do all this from scratch.

Important Update

We’re looking into a some suspicious transactions on the ETT token. Please do not transact or trade our token while we investigate. We have suspended our blockswap while we gather further information.

hi there , ive got some selling orders in the wallet , do i have to cancel my orders ?

If you're talking about Waves client, then go to DEX and simply click the cross by your list of open orders.

Alright I was actually considering selling until I read this last page of thread with all the updates and good talks and positive expectations from the community at large, I guess I have reconsidered and shall hold my INCNT stash.

Was getting worried that this trickling decline as the days passed by was the beginning of some serious decline in price.

Well, we can't control what the markets do but Incent itself is pointing in the right direction. We've just expanded the team quite a bit to give extra capacity for both software and business dev. The app UI is in its early stages but looking nice. ICOtech has certainly given us a few surprises but honing this will enable us to plug in merchants for real-time issuance, probably from the same engine. So we're optimistic Smiley

Any roadmap? Grateful

Not a roadmap as such but regular monthly updates.

Can you update the OP? It's still mostly about the ICO and i think people would be interested to see some current developments Smiley

This is true. Cyrille is head down in exams right now, but we'll aim to get to it in due course.
In the meantime, please do take a look at the mobile wallet mockups and offer any feedback you have.

It's all good. Rob recently posted a link to the ux of our app (in development) in slack.

Yes please ..Much love to Blockswap. It needs it to get ICO's to the next level. If you open source Blockswap be sure its still supported by ICOTech

EncryptoTel and MobileGo will already be running versions of BlockSwap independently. I'm not sure about RiptoBux, but I think there's a plan to do the same. And doubtless there will be many others. Obviously we will keep maintaining it because Incent itself still uses it.

As I understand the BlockSwap technology helps some tokens get in some exchanges that doesn't want Waves tokens but Ethereum. If that is true it helps a lot Waves community.

I suppose so, though that's not why it was created! There are lots of benefits to using two chains.

The waves wallet is slow loading, sometimes it wont show transactions or the total of coins.
No coins yet MOBILEGO or EncryptoTel
I think most of the problem is Incent!

There are thousands of accounts to process for the distributions, which takes some time - and Incent isn't doing it anyway. I definitely think it's a stretch to blame Incent for a slow-loading wallet...

i withdrawal to Ethereum Address
Ethereum how to receive bonus Incent?

"You will receive either a Waves Asset, or ERC20 Token on this blockchain. You will also receive bonus Incent on the same blockchain you select."
Incent exists on both blockchains.

Incent ICOtech & Dual Blockchain Swap tech should be improved. Recent ICOs powered by incent ICOtech all run into one problem or another. First It was TokesPlatform in December. Next, Mobilego ICO was heavily hampered with frequent Ddos, Dashboard issues and a host of other issues. By the way, I'm not in any way saying Incent technologies is a BS. This is me being concerned about the improvement of the tech.

There was a discussion a while back in our Slack about this. Bottom line is that there are a lot of different moving parts (Waves, bitcoin, Ethereum blockchains, explorers and APIs, pricing services, database and frontend...) which work together, and a lot of different reasons for the various problems, but yes - we're continually learning and improving the tech. Not going to say it won't ever be hit by another problem, but we are doing our utmost to ensure that it will be a different problem.
375  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 05, 2017, 11:29:45 AM

Well...just a random thing that just hit me on the head....at the current price of gold is $1,280.30 and as of 2 seconds ago
the price of BTC is $2597.00

Well...put a light on my head and paint me like a lighthouse....we are more then TWICE the value of Gold now. Smiley

Sheesh..it was not that long ago we were just trying to MATCH the price of gold if I remember right

(all so fast...all so pump...all so scary) Smiley

anyway..just thought this should be mentioned thou in hindsight it is as obvious as a brick dropped on your foot

Yes searing we are easy to forget the very recent battle to reach gold parity. It's funny how we become used to certain prices so quickly. double gold 1oz price.....amazing.

Spot price, yes. Actually try to buy 2oz gold for 1 BTC from bitgild and you get SPANKED by BitPay's massive spread, or commission fee, or breathing charge, or whatever it is.

token distribution taking it's sweet time Sad

Audit team probably using abacus to help them in their computation

LOL, this audit thing is looking un-normal, I don't think this should have taken longer like it is, I think this is percuiar to projects on Incent platform, the incent project, Tokes and now ETT took long time before the investors get their hands on their tokens. I think this should be looked into

agreed. The long audit is weird.
For other ETH tokens, we can get the tokens as soon as the ETH was sent to the contract address.

That's because an Ethereum ICO works totally differently. As I understand it, they basically just sell tokens - a bit like on Nxt or Waves, where you can create a token and set a sellwall. (I might be wrong on that - happy to be corrected if anyone knows differently.) Point is, it's native to one single platform.
Any ICO where you have multiple currencies being collected, and different price tiers, introduces further complexity and room for mistakes. Once the tokens are out there, it's extremely hard to fix those - ask any ICO distribution that went wrong...
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ICO]EncryptoTel: Secure VoIP and B2B [Suspicious link removed]munications infrastructure on: May 30, 2017, 02:36:33 PM
It's a dual blockchain project, with a mechanism to transfer between them, so arrangements take a little longer than for a regular ICO as there is additional infrastructure to set up.

When we want to transfer our assets from Waves to Ethereum or from Ethereum to Waves, will we use BlockSwap?
Or another EncryptoTel solution?

I believe EncryptoTel will host the BlockSwap server - but will let the team confirm the arrangements.

Thanks for the answer.
Yes investors should be comfortable with audit but we also want to see every details on our panel immediately, we want smooth process. And you  know that  Smiley

This is a tricky one, because if the blockchain API is not responding, you've got to find a workaround. I suppose that would involve storing more on local database.
The huge strength of the approach Incent has taken is that it's extremely secure: the blockchain is the ledger of balances, and deposits are not recorded centrally (I always wonder how many regular ICOs ended up with databases that were tampered with, or where the issuers just created a bunch of extra tokens at will). That does mean you have to be able to query the blockchain to get the data you need, though, which has resulted in these display bugs - and recently, there have been more issues with that than there would ever normally be. Just one of those things but it's unfortunate.
