Thought in progress, but how about enabling MasterNode/SystemNode operators to allocate a % of their revenues directly to certain projects? This might function as a kind of extension on the superblock process. MNs could vote on the validity of a series of causes, ensuring they were legitimate, had a solid team, etc - a collective KYC process. Then addresses/ids for approved projects would be displayed in the client. A configurable % of revenues could be sent on to these. That could be done manually, of course, but could also be organised at the protocol level. |

I have a weird issue. I can dump keys from my wallet.dat, the pywallet recognizes the unspent BTC, but when trying to make a transaction through the client (ref p.7 this thread) it says the private key is not able to be located. I can offer a 1 BTC bounty to help me recover a few more. The specific screenshots were PM'ed to you JackJack.

Have you tried simply importing a key into another client, like Mycelium's smartphone app, just to see if it works? |

We can do nothing. There's something wrong  . Bad token! We're in contact with Bittrex, trying to find out more as a matter of urgency. It seems to be some problem with the node on withdrawals; Tokes has apparently had similar problems. |

Beyond the bot testing, not right now - situation is the same, timeline is the same, we're all set for Australia Day but head down getting the product ready. Rest assured we'll keep you posted. We've recently found out that's a problem that Bittrex are having with their Waves node. The Waves devs are in contact with them. |

The data may be too corrupted. Try doing this on a wallet you know is ok, to check the output is what you expect. Then try it on your damaged wallet. Hi

Hi Pashaas, yes, you can join our Slack - link should be in OP. The original white paper can be accessed from our Slack. Incent is not a tokens platform. Possibly you're getting confused with Waves, which is the blockchain platform Incent is hosted on. |

I thought CME was only planning daytime trading for the time being. I might be wrong, though. Honestly, I haven't read the documentation with great care.
I believe you're right. Should be Mon.-Fri., normal U.S. stock trading hours (9:30am-4p EST). That's right. Never quite made sense to me. Or the circuit breakers. I can't imagine the number of n00b Wall Street traders waking up and finding their contracts have got rekt. But I'm going to work on that. |

No trading possible on Bittrex for almost 6 hours or so.

That would be a question for Bittrex. It seems to happen periodically. Don'gt know what you mean by periodically because once again it's in automated maintenance again...for almost 13 hours.... i want to cancel my buy order on B-trex because this is ridiculous..... every day the wallet is in automated maintenance for hours ....this is killing Incent trading. Periodically: (too) regularly It's still a question for Bittrex. We don't control their listings or policies. However, I do know they are updating a lot of things at the moment, due to increased loads. It was a retorical question.... But, i assume you have some contacts there and they will tell you what is going on there? They won't respond to us as a user. My funds are blocked now again because i can't cancel my order and i've had it with this. I'm losing money by the minute and it also will affect the value of Incent if this keeps going on... I'm definitely out for now. Well, we're trying to establish what's going on but no luck so far. It is frustrating, and it is a problem. Unfortunately, we're currently in the dark too. Whilst we hope and expect that centralised exchanges will always be a part of Incent's ecosystem, we're also working on a solution to provide more liquidity for the DEX. |

In fact Barry Silbert was constantly tweeting such things daily, and Novogratz was being interviewed by the MSM saying "$2000 is right around the corner. I think Bitcoin will end the year [2013] at $2000+". Now look what he's out there saying. Remember that shit? Oh yeah My guess is it could get pretty spectacular if CME launches at a time when BTC is clearly overbought (in the short term) and the most obvious option is to short. This particular ATH should be a (near future) indicator of what will happen during adoption. Markets will no longer have 1000's of coins for sale, perhaps only 10's of coins in the future and maybe not even that.
That doesn't really sound like adoption to me. If tens of coins are being sold to millions by people hoarding thousands of them I don't think patience will last. Personally I would like to hear from bitcoin expert Prof. Jorge Stolfi at this point.

Really??? Wow, just wow. That's a pathetic way to make a living, by lying and swindling. Unfortunately, there are quite a few other nicks that I've come across in BCTalk who act the same as that scammer.
I never used to think that the rumours about these people were real, at least not since the very early days of bitcoin when it was possible to manipulate the price with some well-placed forum comments. But price-trolling is an industry. There are groups of people who do it 'professionally' - FUD the price down, buy low, then either hype it, pump it or just let the market do its thing and sell high. Rinse, repeat. I know this happens because at least one of the guys who did it with a coin I've been involved in admitted it afterwards - saying it had all been FUD was part of the hype process. That's assuming this isn't just some guy with mental health issues and too much time on his hands. That happens too. |
