got it thx.. so now that I imported that private key, it is no longer in any way associated with the old wallet? im afraid the old wallet might be compromised.
If you think something is compromised, I would suggest opening another account and sending all your XEM to the new address/private key... I've done it several times with my NXT when stuff got uncertain... Im trying to send the XEM to new account but client says 'Your account does not have the right balance to make this transaction.' |

How do I retrieve my account?
just open a new wallet and import private key where is import private key? Click on the gear (top left) and add existing account got it thx.. so now that I imported that private key, it is no longer in any way associated with the old wallet? im afraid the old wallet might be compromised. |
