181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still possible to invent certain Altcoin that can be better than Bitcoin? on: January 24, 2020, 11:47:30 PM
It depends on the aspect of being better which you're looking at it from. If it is in terms of ROI yes many existing Altcoins are better than Bitcoin already but if it is in terms of acceptability and utility, no altcoin can surpass Bitcoin as it currently is. There are alternatives for a reason and an alternative cannot be better than an original.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Digital currency of Banks can replace the Bitcoin? What is your opinion? on: January 24, 2020, 11:45:11 PM
No it won't. Let us not forget that any bank digital currency will apply specifically to the locale its made for. For instance a Chinese digital bank currency cannot be used in the UK banks or other cou tries banks and as such it won't be able to replace Bitcoin which has a global impact in finance.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub launches payments in stablecoin Tether on: January 24, 2020, 11:44:51 PM
Although USDT has its own bad news, but its helping spread the word about cryptocurrency far and wide. So in all its a good development to the cryptocurrency sphere although price of the market will not be affected. Adding Eth or Btc will moon th le market pornhub can consider this.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Read whitepaper, could you write a whitepaper in the future? on: January 24, 2020, 11:40:43 PM
Provided you can conceive an idea about your project you can pen it down and call it a whitepaper. Whitepapers are documents with vital information about a project. And yes by reading other cryptocurrency related whitepapers you will be able to write yours should the need arise but avoid copying other whitepapers you have read.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough proves HEX IS SCAM ! on: January 24, 2020, 11:36:04 PM
Any form of returns promised is a scam except there's a real proof that such funds for paying such returns exists. Profit sharing schemes are dangerous because there's always no profit to be shared people lose their investments to such scheme.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming on the blockchain - What do you think? on: January 22, 2020, 03:53:34 PM
Anything can be scaled on the blockchain for easy accessibility by users across different platforms. The gaming industry is huge, people can play games from their own comfort zone to maximizer fun.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Away of this scam Coin on: January 22, 2020, 03:51:04 PM
You're right. Any moment coins start mooning without any news, any developments or major government intervention, altcoin season is around the corner but just like other seasons, many will be trapped in the season with scam coins like this. Everyone should stay focused on projects that are legit no matter how little the profit.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OneCoin Ponzi Scheme: Scam of the Decade Continues in 2020’s Oceania on: January 22, 2020, 03:48:07 PM
Everyone should stay away from this scam called onecoin. I lost money to them in 2017 which I haven't forgotten their services has been shut down by the government.

191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 start of a fresh market for crypto. on: January 17, 2020, 02:13:47 PM
I share this same view but I always have two scenarios in my head should the current not hold, there might be a huge dump in price if the price of bitcoin @ 8000k don't hold for days. Let us prepare for either way for Btc price.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Crypto at Gas Stations on: January 17, 2020, 02:10:06 PM
High volatility in cryptocurrency makes the use in real life by vendors almost impossible. If I'm a gas vendor, I will most likely not accept payment in cryptocurrency if I don't understand the concept behind it. If I don't also know how to handle my keys I won't accept it if I can't keep up with the market to avoid loss I won't accept it either.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a quick warning on: January 17, 2020, 02:07:44 PM
Even while investing in old projects, invest what you can afford to lose. Nothing should be taken seriously investments come with high risk high rewards. If there's any reward at the end then enjoy it but if it turns out badly bear with it.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Bleeding on: January 17, 2020, 02:06:20 PM
There's time for every market when Altcoins season comes it will increase in price same way Btc has been increasing. Now look the market barely a month since your post was made, there has been an increase in the Altcoins market.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of Crypto Winter and what to expect from now on on: January 16, 2020, 06:42:31 PM
Everyone is optimistic about this year hope we all get what we expect because if the market lingers still, the damages won't be repaired in a very long time. I'm optimistic the year will be a good one for adoption and institutionalisation of cryptocurrency

197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns now trial and error method on: January 14, 2020, 05:28:49 PM
I think there should be some sort of remedy to hunters for their time spent on project promotion even if such project fails to raise anything during ICOs or IEOs. Or payment should be made in stable coins to escrow accounts to stop hunters from wasting their time promoting campaigns. Some projects raise funds yet don't pay hunters.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High price but no volume on: January 14, 2020, 05:21:44 PM
Exactly, if a token price surges and no one is buying the token is a waste of time for holders. What moves the market is liquidity and volume on exchange. If a coin has no volume price will definitely fall back to where it is.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have a $2000 and had to invest in crypto which coins would you buy ? why? on: January 10, 2020, 03:45:58 PM
I will buy Doge instead. XRP can moon like no other token but times are different now, I would buy into a token with less sentiment and has large community support. I will add Bat to my bag as well not that I hate on XRP but XRP itself is quiet controversial.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: January 10, 2020, 03:43:55 PM
If my account which is 2fa enabled on any exchange gets hacked, I would blame the exchange provided I kept my 2fa device securely to myself alone. But if I get hacked from my wallet where I control the keys, then I am to be blamed for such hacks because no one else had access to my keys or deed phrase except me.
