Not just ETH alone, the market is ready for a bounce back all that's needed now is just a major news to move prices up. Most coins have tested their lowest lows already let's hope the news comes the bear trend has lasted far too long.

It's necessary, it's a measure to know your customers especially now that GDPR is on. It's a good measure to know if your investor is law compliant before they can invest in your project to avoid the government coming against the project.

It's not a waste of time, everyone wants to get rich quick through cryptocurrency and developing a project, having an ICO and still have a stash full of tokens for yourself is the easiest way to be rich that's why everyone wants to have their on tokens.

Bounties will always be here as long as there are ICO and projects needs investors. What should be asked is how long will bounty campaigns be worth it as the space keeps expanding and many project keeps coming up some scam some legit.

No one knows but I think we have bottomed out and just waiting for the bulls proper for a massive bull run. It can't get any worst than it is now market have started to recover and are gaining momentum on their way up

Raising money now through ICO for projects, is not easy as the market presently isn't encouraging investors to invest. Most investors now prefer to buy tokens they support from exchange once they've listed.

If you have good energy supply that's relatively cheap, mining is good provided you can afford your mining equipment.

Buy the two. Bitcoin is more stable that ETH looking at the events of the past month where ETH dumped very hard whereas Btc was holding strong at its every support.

I think using a more secure wallet without private key is better. With private keys, one can always get phished but a more secure wallet that seeks for prompt before transaction is better.
