Focus is the number thing that propels success. If an individual is not focused, such individual will be as unstable as water. One can only prosper when they are focused because they will be guided and think their steps every step and see whether they are still on the right track.

The main reason why campaigns are extended this days is the failure on the part of the project to reach their hardcap or even softcap. This is as a result the current market which has made some investors not to be enthusiastic about investing in projects as some projects lose their value once listed on exchange all thanks to the long prolonged bear market.

The bounty campaigns I have been paid since I started doing bounty campaign has not been of any much value, but once I start being paid enough, I plan to convert some of my earnings into ETH or BTC I even plan to use some of the funds I get from bounty campaign to invest and as well trade.

Yes it is good for the project. Token burn reduces circulating supply and as such propels high demand and when they is demand for a particular thing the price tends to go p. Not only this, token burn after ICO breeds more trust for such project. On a general note is a good course.

Why such is predominant now, is the fact that many people has come for quick money grab and as such infiltrated the space with many scam projects that have no use case. While investing, It is always advisable to check if the project has at least an MVP or an office location for easy reference and access. At least a project that has a product can not be abandoned easily.

Not just the managers treatment alone. Most projects even after successful completion of their ICO still don't like to pay the bounty hunters or even if they decide to pay, they slash the previous payout which was promised and some outrightly don't pay at all. I don't think is a pump and dump activity, the market cant keep going up for hours, it needs to retrace and find new support or resistance levels and build up for the next level. If you were expecting the price to keep going up and land at $1k, the retracement might be epic as well. Don't judge the market yet it is still trying to recover from the long bear run.

Why there are so many scam ICOs out there today is because of greed. Everyone wants the quick grab of money and will stop at nothing to get hold of that. It is really beginning to be more hard at identifying such scam projects but I think their actions always betrays them mid way although some people still fall for it.

His future was real as ETH touched that $1k benchmark.The market is not always up as you have rightly pointed out and as such we should brace up for anything and everything we see therein. Make the most of it and stay maximally profitable as we can.

Most of the current ICOs now even fail to do x1 after ICO. The long bear run has affected everything now and money doubling through ICO is beginning to wean off gradually.
