Yep, we are all set for Surge. It is on stratum+tcp://pool.ipominer.com:3425 -- you can start mining on that port whenever you are ready. It is pointed to the same backend as the multiport right now (mining ECC currently), and will switch over to be direct Surge whenever the coin launches. Then there's no need for you to worry about being around at launch
