I think the best approach is to offer a reasonable rate of ~5%. Ultra-low and ultra-high rates are gimmicks.
Agree. Who all got screwed out of what with the launch? I don't think we can fix it but maybe we can form a collection for those who got screwed and go on a case by case basis. We need a community manager!!! |

@KryptoKings Awesome. I've had my eye on Surge and will be adding it if the launch goes well  I also have gridseeds.. they're great little devices. No heat/power is amazing after months of running my GPUs... OK at launch I will move them over and have atleast 60 running. Thanks |

Also, just to be transparent about it so everyone knows, I am "putting my money where my mouth is" -- both in terms of support for the coin and in buy support: - I didn't take the bounty that was offered for creating the Blitz rich list ( http://www.blitzrich.com). - I just donated 25k BLTZ to the donation address Hect0r provided. - Finally, I bought 500k BLTZ at up to 225 satoshis last night. If Hect0r can make this coin PoS and hook it up I am willing to send a nice sized bounty to him also |

The original BLTZ developer isn't interested in continuing the project, but the community is going to move ahead with it. I've been in touch with the current community organizer, slavo. We have found a developer to continue work on it and there will be good things coming.
@ ipominer - great pool and great job looking over coins. I do see one coin you really need to get on the pool Saturday.... Surgecoin. Check that one out. Looks very promising. If you get it I promise to only mine it on your site  . I have gridseeds and I also promise to donate. Thanks! |

The first address on the list must be an exchange or pool. ipoMiner is #5 and #17, for reference, along with another few addresses which added up would put it at #3. Also, I'm personally actively buying BLTZ myself on my own wallet right now.
I have been in touch with slavo and can confirm that the original developer did not want to continue the project. For those of us that have invested time, mining resources, btc, etc. in this coin, of course that is not a good option.
The best option for the community will be to move ahead with a new development team and fork to PoS, as otherwise the coin's network can fail with only a few miners providing transaction support.
I agree with ipominer. The community needs to move on without dev. I don't think he was able to handle the stress very well. Maybe he had an insanity check this time. |

So as i read here in this list https://www.blitzrich.com/ everyone will keep their coins until 5000 satoshi???No i don`t think so.In an hour the first in the list sold over a millon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think possibly the first was the one with the 550Mhash running for many days. at 550 Mhs he would own wallet 1, 2 and 3 without a doubt. |

People are just frustrated when there is no active dev early on. Too many coins have died because of this. Nobody wants to lose money from someone else's lack of participation. We need an active leader now or investors will lose interest. The crypto world is one of zero patience and the next big thing will be out next week. We are nothing without an active community.
Not only an active dev is needed, but also a dev that is distributing the IPO coins and not dumping them on the exchanges or whatever he will do... Let give this dude the benefit of the doubt first. Does anyone here know if anyone received there IPO? I'm just curious. Are you guys wanting payment for your services, or from your initial btc deposited ipo? I didn't invest in IPO. I am just a mine who bought a few from bittrex.com. |

So we won't take any power if people don't want to, and you will have your word to say when the time comes.
ok i can agree with this. i dont want something to happen where it was not the people choice. personally the only thing i want is what the community wants. all i want is for the community to be the ones who decide big changes like the ones your talking about. Hey if the original dev doesn't have time for the coin I personally think someone with more time should take over as long as the effort is there. Not trollin Blitz dev, knowing how things can happen in life, but if he doesn't have the time then why start all this to not put the effort in. Once the coin is live and going this is the time he should be active till its set where he can ride off into the sunset. If someone responsible is willing to take over then I say I am for it. My biggest request would be from a new dev team is somehow (if possible) get a PoS system on this coin. It would help with adoption knowing it is possible to have more coins in the future other than buying more. To those waiting on IPO... I would wait it out a little while and go from there. #1 thing with new coins is the community makes or breaks the coin. With a little TLC no reason this coin shouldn't break .00002 Good luck all, KK |

I personally don't see why this coin can't go to .00002000 ... If the coin was made into a PoS coin I could see it going to .00005000. I have hit some nice home runs on coins this year and this one looks extremely good. I got UTC, BC, MINT, POT and a few others dirt cheap. I made a years worth of salary for most Americans with these coins since Feb. I could see this one taking off quick on Mintpal exchange. The weak hands always troll, mine and dump. I am more than happy to buy these up cheap. Best of luck to all and thank the dev... he owes no one anything at all so relax and enjoy the ride  |

LESS THAN ONE DAY LEFT!!! became even wonder what will happen next...  I think nothing spectacular as always. Calm, calm and calm. And then price will be dumped. Most interesting will be after that.. Will it rise or not, mostly depends on dev-team and whales. Anyway I don't have a crystal ball, just thoughts. no crystal ball here as well, but I can see community is dedicated and making progress in marketing etc.. I had few offers on PM for accepting BLTZ in online shops. I have stated in OP I'll not encourage it, but community is the key. Community can take BLTZ wherever it wants, to the moon and back.. Love this guy. We can say he is honest and isn't giving us the bs. It is on the community not him to take this coin and run with it. |

I have seen in some many thread the dev doesnt reply in a few days and all of a sudden the coin is dead, the dev quit. I am sure the dude has a life and it isn't all about Blitzcoin 24/7 for him. CHill guys.
