And I have also read about something like better employee retention. Also true? Absolutely. Stacktical improves the satisfaction of employees by automatically rewarding them in DSLA tokens for meeting service level objectives.  Hmm this makes sense and may be truly beneficial. Are there any benefits for customers? Yeah, of course. There is a pretty similar benefit, like for employees. I mean better customer retention Can you elaborate please?
