Da li je ovo moguce?

Inace, ako nekoga zanima, ovih dana cu isprobati ovaj vid uplate sa ERSTE banke i nakon toga cu verovatno odmah isprobati i isplatu.

That is also correct, but that is just the basic stuff that they have been doing for quite a few years. I thought that was already known by everyone.  Undecided

There is non other than the type of machine and date of shipping as we both noted.
585  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Pangolinminer & Whatsminer FAQs on: August 13, 2019, 04:02:12 PM
Pangolin is in Hong Kong

Whatsminer.net is usa based

If you are in the states and use pangolinminer for a 1 unit order you may or may not get stuck the Trump tax.  I have been told that sometimes the gear is not charged the 27.6%

I do not know  anything about whatsminer.net except that it had a link with offordscott  a broker here  offordscott seems to be an okay reseller.

I am from Serbia so I am gonna get hit by tax (VAT) anyway. Prices are very similar even after shipping so I will probably order one from Pangolin and one from Whatsminer.net.

I can only speak to Pangolin, as I haven't ordered from Whatsminer.net

1. Pre-sale customer support experience - They respond quickly within their business hours.. They answer your questions and will give what answers they can. 10/10

2. Ordering experience- Orders have been smooth, they have fallen behind on updating the web site with current information regarding your order. Some orders show pending well after being shipped and delivered, or have a delay in updating payment information. They quickly reply with updates regarding payment inquiries. They are only a distributor so are subject to a supply chain but some orders have been delayed sometimes weeks at a time. 7/10

3. Post-sale customer support experience - They try their best here. They do have a tech that will use teamviewer to assist you in trying to solve issues that aren't hardware related, this is really handy and they spend a good deal of time trying. They will give you ideas on how to troubleshoot a hardware issue, but this is limited outside of their repair facilities. 8/10

4. Product quality- So far no major issue on my end. I had a slightly under performing machine that I haven't been able to find the issue; apart from LP mode it is still within spec. This is one of 3 M10 models. I also run a M20S. I have heard of the odd one having issues from others though, nothing wide spread. 9/10

For your questions, I haven't heard of any coupons other than the ones they offer on the website in the chat box. Not sure if they still have one of those there. The difference between the 2 distributors is really just who owns them, and maybe a few dollars in price. I don't know anything about the customer service or ordering differences.

Thank you for taking time to write this. It means a lot!

First link that you provided is for Antminer S17 Pro-56TH/s and "Shipping is in 7 working days after fully paid" and that is why the price is higher. Also, it has higher TH/s(than Antminer S17 Pro-50TH/s) on "Normal Mode".

Second link that you provided is for Antminer S17 Pro-50TH/s and "Shipping date: 21-31, Dec. 2019" and that is why the price is lower.

Nothing else is that much different.

588  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Pangolinminer & Whatsminer FAQs on: August 12, 2019, 11:10:38 PM
Hello everyone, I've read this whole thread and I've seen a lot of people complaining but a lot of people giving good reviews about Whatsminer and Pangolinminer's products and support.

I would like to say that I am in Crypto world since 2015 and I've been ordering Bitmain's Antminers since end of 2016. I've have mixed opinions about them as well. And one may ask why did I decide to look for new suppliers... Well, mostly because of Bitmain's rather difficult support(sometimes awesome but in other times it can be really bad) and because of the insane pricing that they are putting now(probably to cover Q1 2019's loses) but still, it is becoming unbearable...

So, I would be grateful if some of you could rate a few thing for me(from 1 to 10):

1. Pre-sale customer support experience
2. Ordering experience
3. Post-sale customer support experience
4. Product quality

And I also have a few questions:

1. I've noticed that sometimes they give out coupons. Are there any available right now?
2. What is the difference between ordering from Pangolinminer and Whatsminer webpage?
589  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: Српски (Serbian) on: August 12, 2019, 09:20:31 PM

DIrektno, tebi treba eur, a nekom BTC...

Grin

I'll not quote you to avoid cluster of messages.

It took me 4 days of consulting them over my machine but keep in mind that there's a time difference between China and me of around 6 hours. Therefore, that conversation could have been shortener or I could have even sent them immediately but I kept it mining with two hashboards while consulting with them.

So, I sent them the machine on June 19th and they received it day later, on 20th in the morning, however they updated my ticket saying that they received it on 21st.
Three days later on 24th(Monday) they sent a new one which arrived to my customs on 26th.
So, basically, it took 7 days.

However, I haven't sent it properly and since then I've had a lot of problems with customs so I still haven't received my machine. But that is not Bitmain's problem. Even though I would be grateful if they helped (which they could by sending a few statements), it was not their fault, but rather mine and my country's "stupid" customs policies.

Also, I think everyone knows this but I only had to pay for shipping to them, return shipping should be paid by them while the machine is in warranty period(as far as I know, but I will see that when it arrives)

Yeah, I noticed that you edited it. Thanks!
As I've said they have already replaced it and sent it. It is currently at my customs and I am unable to provide documentation until I come back from vacation.
If you are interested in exact number of days it took them from the moment they received it until they sent it, I could check.

If you go back and look  I said anyone running them on turbo  risked  gear death.  let me find my post.

I am not complaining, just giving information if anyone cares. Also, I've read this whole thread today(gotta be honest, I rushed through it), didn't catch your warning.
593  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain introduces the Antminer S17 Pro, Antminer S17, and the Antminer T17 on: August 12, 2019, 03:32:54 PM
For all you guys that have S17 Pro 50TH/s, I advise to be cautious with Turbo mode. My unit lost one hashboard after 2 months of use. I have sent the whole unit to Bitmain and it took them around 7 days to fix or decided to send a new one. Will see when it come to my door. Just wanted to say that after 3 years(and around 50 units over those years) of using Bitmain's products (mainly S and Z series) this is the first time that this happened to me while using default firmware without tinkering anything.

However, on the bright side S17 Pro 53TH/s on Turbo mode seems to be working fine for almost 4 months now.

Just wanted to share my experience. Smiley

A dogovor obično traje 12-24h.

Taserz, do you plan on making a firmware for upcoming S15 and T15 which will soon be released or is it too early to ask such question?
598  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Antminer S9 Volt Rocket Ship firmware mod! ~ALL S9 MODELS INCLUDING S9i S9j~ on: October 22, 2018, 03:10:28 PM
Voltage 880 and 787MHz.

The hashrate changes sometimes depending on temperature even if you just reboot without changing anything.

Yeah, I noticed the spikes and dips as well. We will see how it affects the 24h average.
599  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Antminer S9 Volt Rocket Ship firmware mod! ~ALL S9 MODELS INCLUDING S9i S9j~ on: October 22, 2018, 02:12:41 PM
Works with the newest low power patch from bitmain. Dont know what is modified by the patch though. 50-100w less power consumption 0,2-0,4 TH less.

What voltage and clock did you use? Since actually, I have a different conclusion... With this setup:
13.5TH/s unit
910v
825Hz
~1950W at wall
~17.4TH/s achieved with previous fixed firmware.

And with newer firmware everything was the same except the hashrate. It achieved 17.6-17.7TH/s. Will have to let it work for 24h to get exact results.

Tho, I am using 1600W Bitmain's PSU.
600  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Antminer S9 Volt Rocket Ship firmware mod! ~ALL S9 MODELS INCLUDING S9i S9j~ on: September 25, 2018, 07:51:21 PM
Of course it reduces the lifetime of the PSU, since it is not built for that load. On the other hand it has reserves. I am running them at higher loads for over a month now.

Check, if your cables are made for that loads! Dont burn your facility Cheesy A rule of thumb is 80% of peak load can be constand load. So if your cables are rated 10A, i  europe you could theoretically draw 1800W constantly without problems. You can draw more, but keep in mind to check your cables some times.

So you are telling me that I live on an edge... That is good to hear  Grin Roll Eyes
I've been checking cables every day at highest temperature peaks, they are "cold".
Cable input is rated for 16A 250V and output is 10A 220V(not sure for voltage, might be 250V).

Only once has it powered down due to overdraw(I guess), It reached ~2150W when I tried 940v 850 freq, and it even worked fine whole night while it was colder and when the ambient and outside temperature raised, it powered down.
