Same, am wondering when it will be fixed

I would very much like to be involved but since I have placed an order, had no email response, no phone call back, and am out quite a bit of money, I don't know where this company stands.

same-day shipping took about a week... hahah but I did get the miners and the usb cables are high quality ones
Good Morning, Due to the extremely high demand of of orders, there have been delays in shipping. In all cases, we try contacting the customer to let them know. We have always stood by our "We deliver in 5 day business days or we pay for your mining time Guarantee" And offer a credit typically twice the amount they would have made for the missed mining time. This is a policy Our customers have been extremely happy with, that they can not get anywhere else. Over half our orders are repeat customers Next week we will have double the inventory, and we will be able to ship same day again! GAW Miners I have ordered a few days ago but have not been able to receive a phone call back or reply https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529093.msg6442306#msg6442306I can understand high demand and a delay. Waiting multiple days for a response to hope that there will actually be a compensation is already as difficult as hoping your order gets shipped or you get what you pay for.

Some unreasonable demands in here...last time I checked, Newegg doesn't email you when a price special goes away. Why would they be required to notify you of an expiring deal?
That is true. Newegg does email you out when the deals are available That is not what matters, what matters is newegg picks up the phone when you call. They also respond to emails.

It has been multiple days since I placed an order. No tracking number and the phone numbers listed are not answered by anyone.
watch out if you say anything negative the post will be removed Removed or not. I placed an order and there is no one to reply emails or return phone calls. I am posting in hopes of anyone reading this to have a heads up before they charge $2,000 on their credit card and are not able to speak to someone or get the run around.

Indeed, we lost some coins fork bad forks, and good forks that I just missed because I was away Anyways, the pool is closing down at least temporarily. I might start it up again if I can recruit few friends to help out with it. If other people are also working with you, it adds peer pressure which makes it harder to bail on the project (as happened here). Anyways, most of the pools are currently a bit fucked up. I'll get them fixed and issue payouts before I shut the pool down. I'm sorry for bad times near the end. Happy mining, and I hope to see you all again when/if we relaunch! No need for "hope" I'm pretty sure you and the rest of us know the only way you will see us ever again is if you pay us what is stuck on your pool.

Do you have an ETA for fixing the payouts on your pool?
|
|
|
Any chance you are going to fix DGB payment relatively soon?
how long till you give us an ETA? It's when you don't update people that they lose faith. Will you ever let us know the ETA of this issue or should we just never use your pool again? So it's official? You are just going to keep everyones coins?

Just fyi, GAWMiner reached out to me earlier (11am EST) and I have sent all my pertinent information. His profile is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=293462From all the tests I have done, joining different pools (2 pools), using different PCs (3 of them), three USB cables, 3 flavors or miners (cpuminer, bfgminer, cgminer) I finally conclude that my Gridseed is having issues, and/or, I am doing something wrong with my configuration. The main isse that I found is, my seed will work for a time (say a couple of hours, hashing happily) then suddenly, the accepted shares stops. Restarting and rebooting doesnt necessarily work, but the most common error is (using the 3 miners), that the seed will accept 3 shares and no more. I can leave it for hours, and it won't make a difference. The good: GAW reached out The bad: I don't have anything else that works so I can further test. I am having similar issue However, I can only run at 750 or 775 frequency... 800 stops after a few minutes and 850 doesn't accept any shares at all Does anyone know if this is a faulty unit or what else it could be? Now 800 doesn't work and only 700 is working... 750 is giving me problems getting shares accepted Do I have defective units??

If you can help me I will appreciate very much I've been reading and searching for hours I can mine on minerd, website shows the hashrate and shares accepted. I really want to use cgminer to see the hashrate and hw errors if any.... Please help me get past this!!! it is the stm32 driver one, and from the cryptoblog there is no much help, but is there ANY possibility to get the STM32 virtual com port working to use cgminer? the bfgminer works, minerd, just cgminer that doesn't
