Those coins are still sitting, unconfirmed, unrefunded, in the blockchain somewhere. And without an explorer, there's no way to even track them down.
I have a user who's lost a ton of coins because the bek blockchain won't reject the transaction. Absurd.

Added a pile of coins in the last 48 hours:
CryptoEagle (CREA)
H2OCoin (H2O)
CryptoMeth (METH)
SocialCoin (SOC)
MemoryCoin (MEM)
CACHeCoin (CACH)
OlympicCoin (OLY)
We also updated the trade engine speeding it up by about 20x, as well as lowering the delays between trades by about 5x.
Coming this week/hopefully within a few days, user configurable hot/cold wallets. You state how much you want to have hot-and-ready (pizza pizza! Please tell me someone else gets that...) for immediate withdrawal, the rest is in cold storage.
If all your coins are in cold storage, unless the private keys are physically stolen (physically, like a burglar breaks into where we have them stored, and takes them), it will be nearly impossible to steal your coins. We are testing the system now and hope to have it online within a few days.

Um... so is this coin dead? A 2 page thread does not instill confidence that it's worth the time adding to AllCrypt.com...

Its up. We checked the getinfo right as we added and it seems we added about 25 blocks before your blocks halved, so hopefully that raises your value and you see some great volume!

Our voting pool has dried up. We've added all the coins on the list with support, 9 out of the last 12 we looked at were dead... so we're trying something new. Zero day coins.
We just added CryptoMeth to AllCrypt.com
Experiment with us and lets see if being added to exchanges near immediately is an exercise worth undertaking...

Pretty sure dev would post it on page 1 if they were really on an exchange. Also, nothing is being traded there at all. Um - notice the website I said it's on? Notice my username? Chances are pretty decent I'm not making it up - and I'm pretty sure I just added it about 4 minutes before posting in the thread here. SocialCoin will be on www.AllCrypt.com in a few hours. The blockchain is downloading and we need to verify it works correctly. I'll post when it's up. Also, regarding Sean's Outpost. We work with them and have donation options for them on the site. We'd be happy to exchange SOC for BTC fee free to facilitate a donation to any charity that only takes BTC. Assuming, of course, there are buy orders to support it. We can't exchange it without someone to exchange it with. I'll post again when the coin is live for trading. |

I have an account and appreciate your service. But one question: Why is the fee to withdraw Bitcoin set at 0.01 BTC? That's $5 at the moment, which is way too high.
It's not - it's .001 - 50 cents. Tho I admit you did make me mumble "dammit!" and log in and check and see if I typoed it  |
