1024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Encrypted password retrieval inquiry on: March 16, 2015, 12:33:22 PM
Thanks for response. I have the 24 words it is the pin number I do not have. I tried one possible number which was incorrect I am hesitant to keep trying since it only gives three tries before freezing the account.
If you fail to guess the PIN number the wallet will get factory restored the balance will be still in the wallet, Then restore the wallet with the 24 words recovery phrase.
Hope this helps you.

Instructions are here(Scroll down there a tutorial on how to get the wallet working again.) : https://bitcoinmagazine.com/19300/ledger-wallet-nano-cutting-edge-hardware-security/
1025  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♛ BitCasino.IO - 600+ games, including MICROGAMING!!! Over 20,000 BTC in JACKPOT on: March 16, 2015, 12:00:49 PM
Bitcasino.io is my favorite casino at the moment.  I see people talking about scams but they are legit as I've found as far as BTC gambling goes (fortunejack.com is the real deal and legit too).  Bitcasino.io will even buy you the gifts of your choice for playing enough.   I received a usb flash stick with their branding on it in the mail as well.   Oh, and they just had the VIP Lottery.   Free for VIP members to enter (pick 5 numbers for the drawing) with no strings attached.  I won 2.5BTC for getting 3 of 5 numbers right and they just gave it to me.  No play-through BS or any wagering requirements.   Here is the win deposited in my account.

Amazing win there 2.5 BTC for free wow. How much you pay for the VIP membership? You had to wager to get the VIP status or It's just a paid membership?

My son who was an avid bit-coiner just passed away suddenly (couple of weeks ago), he has mentioned in earlier conversations that he has a "large" amount of BTC in several encrypted wallets. He was using Ledger and Razor - I found the keys and recovery sheets among his belongings, but not a password. Is there a way that the Ledger and/or Razor sites may be approached to access his account since I do have most of the info for the account? Any help or guidance will be appreciated.
Sorry for your loss. Cry
Ledger wallet are special wallet especially made for storing Bitcoin. I'm afraid those site owner can't help you with passwords. You must have password to gain access the Bitcoins stored in wallet.
Can you tell more about it..  Did you try opening Ledger wallet on Laptop? What did it asked? You need either PIN number or 24 words secret password to unlock the wallet.

1027  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you call it the block chain or blockchain on: March 16, 2015, 10:31:09 AM
One can call whatever they want Blockchain or Block chain. Basically it gives the same meaning. I prefer to call it as "Blockchain". Smiley
1028  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: March 15, 2015, 12:22:27 PM
I'm pretty sure that Bitcoin is the future but as for now people are still   not use to/ don't know about   bitcoin or virtual currency in general. For example most of my friends don't know any thing about BTC and don't care. Even if I'm willing to explain it to them they still refuse to use btc or some of them even are not interested in my explanations. Maybe the right way for bitcoin is to advertise itself in some way? maybe on some e-sports event or in some ad on tv?
Certainly Bitcoin is the future. I would like to know are your friends interested in tech at all? Because I've told my few non-techie friends about Bitcoins and they don't care about it.
1029  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: SELL FACEBOOK ACCOUNT || 1 USD = 5 account on: March 15, 2015, 07:33:01 AM
Can you do lower ?
wanna buy ~100 acc
Be careful with the FB accounts they might get blocked or banned after few days. If you really wanna buy get the old FB accounts.

Why to buy the account when you can just create some for free?
makes a new account and get 1000 friends? Hahaha, i sell facebook account with many have friend on there.

One can easily make a bot to create 1000 accounts and they all can be "friends" with each other.
Would take like an hour or so to do that.
Yeah, It's easy to make 1000 of accounts with bots, But those accounts mostly get banned or blocked by FB in few days. Cool
1030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you heard of CAPTcoin? Will you invest in it? on: March 14, 2015, 06:57:59 PM
A question here: have you heard of CAPTcoin?
Yes, I've heard about Captcoins. I'd also participated in the initial distribution.

Did you had some of this or don't? And how did you see the future of CAPTcoin? (i.e. will rise or drop in price?)
I still have those Captcoins, I'd thought it will rise in future  due to it's new type of distribution, good dev etc..

Also, if you got some BTC (either for free or bought from somewhere), will you invest some on this? Or you are having some of this now, and want to sell this now?
No, I'll not invest anything in Captcoin now nor will recommend anyone to invest. I would be happy to sell at the price I'd bought earlier.  Smiley
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It it still that easy to make $$$$ with alts? on: March 14, 2015, 06:29:16 PM
More than a year ago I made a few K mining altcoins. After BTC went crashing I quit and sold all my equipment.
However, I wanted to know how the market is these days.

It was fairly easy back then..wait for new coin, mine it, sell it a few hours/days/weeks/months later.

So my question is, is it still THAT easy?
Thx
Nope i guess it's not possible to make much money with new altcoins, Unless it brings some new tech. There are many people involved in crypto now so it's hard so much competition. Smiley
1032  Economy / Digital goods / Re: The Collapse of the Bitcoin Generator Bot on: March 14, 2015, 11:56:21 AM
It's funny though that no one is actually leaving negative trust feedback, I'll take that as most of us are still expecting rich to come alive again someday.
As Master-P said he'll wait few more days on him before everyone give him neg-trust. Anyways giving him neg-trust wouldn't help, He'll simply open another account and start scamming.
Sorry for those who lost their money in this bot, Always use escrow.

Some big martingale again from our regular High-Roller snmp.

Nice!, Some huge bets by the user "snmp". Can we check the total profit or loss of an individuals? I don't seem to find it on Bitdice. If the feature is not present atm please add this feature. Smiley
1035  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A PROFITABLE TRADE OR INVESTMENT JOURNEY, BUT HOW? on: March 14, 2015, 09:56:27 AM
But still in dilemma of how to get more coins?
The first way to increase your Bitcoin is by "Buying" as much as you can at current price and hold them later sell for profit.(Risk Involved)
Second way is to offer service for Bitcoins and "Earn" more Bitcoins and increase your BTC holdings.
Third way is to "Invest" in Altcoins and hope that their value will increase in future and sell them for Bitcoins.(Risk Involved)
Fourth way is making few Bitcoins off "Giveaways" check out games and rounds board.

Good Luck! Hope my post helps you. Wink
1036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: March 14, 2015, 09:13:39 AM
So I just lost a bunch of monero in the cryptocoins-dice.com website. It was doing well in terms of having a good APR being apart of the house and taking a cut of the houses' edge, but then today the entire website up and vanished. There was at a bare minimum of 50,000 XMR there from investors funds (plus whatever gamblers kept there) that the owner ran off with. He may have been selling them over the past few days before he ran off which could explain the recent selling activity on Poloneix.

We can either expect a dump incoming soon or a price increase soon depending on when he will dump his XMR or if he has already dumped his xmr. That is my speculation anyways.
50k XMR that's worth like 105 BTC at current price. That's really bad for the XMR. Is it possible to track down the amount of XMR scammer holds and inform Poloniex about it and get his account frozen?

Rather not explain exactly how the glitch was performed, but it was a typical race attack in regard to being given a server seed.

Funny thing is that people was saying that it was a promotion thing made by you or someone from primedice and turns out it was a cheater
There are many fake dice website which does that kind tricks so that they can show that one can win "Huge" amount of Bitcoins on their website, But that's not true they simply cheat their customer people lose their money on those fake dice sites. Undecided
PrimeDice is legit Dicing website. Smiley

I dont think any of the big websites would do that now, they dont need to. Look at just dice the guy lost 7k btc in one bet, is there any worse promotion for the site? haha
I'm not talking about the big websites, The smaller or the new ones which are only up for a month or two lol
I don't know who lost 7k BTC in one bet, But whoever he was must be crying now.  Undecided

1040  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to use Bitcoin on? on: March 13, 2015, 10:29:39 AM
Hey everyone. I'm very new to using bitcoin so I'm still trying to figure it all out. Just out of curiosity, I was just wondering what many of you use bitcoin on? Do you use it for online services or for more physical goods and services?
I use Bitcoins to buy VPS and other online services. I don't spend e'm all i hold some of them in case if the prices moves upwards i exchange them for fiat. I also sometimes buy altcoins with Bitcoins. Smiley
