20 is nothing.

Let us at least do 200 BTC so I can get back my losses.

When I voted I had well over 225 shares and I can prove it.

At least 100 BTC...

Goat, the votes are calculated based on how many shares you have at the end of the motion. That is how it has always been and you damn well know it, and it was just verified by other shareholders in posts prior to this.

Goat, please stop trying to stir things up and cause stress and commotion. It is my belief that this operation would be much more successful without you involved. The holdings in my 1Garr2555P4oiAaLQqXkcdAKGg4SMt3RZS address constitute the majority of the bitcoins I own personally. I do not have BTC200 to bet you but I will happily increase my bet to BTC25 which is most of my bitcoin.

Let's do this I could really use BTC25!

Why bother ask his permission. As a shareholder, I'd like to (and raise a motion too, if necessary) see the proof and end this Goat drama so that everyone can move forward with Cognitive drama.

I'd love to publish this information. All I need is Goat's permission to publish his email here and everyone can see that his vote is counted and he is lying. I'll ask my council about this, but I'd rather not share personal information like that without consent.

Make the bet scamming asshole. Once we get the BTC in escrow I will let the info get published.

I will bet you BTC20 that your vote is accurate. Who would you like to escrow?

You did not send me an e-mail so go fuck yourself with your games. Asshole.

PM not email. This way forum admins can also see you are lying.
45  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: April 04, 2014, 12:45:24 AM
I voted NO yet my shares went to YES

I'm going to get you Garr.

Fuck you.

Goat, this is a LIE. What else have you been lying about on here?

Please, publish your Havelock email here so I can prove it!

Alternatively, We can ask Havelock to confirm that you own the amount of shares and email address associated with one of the no votes.

I voted NO dumbass! The amount of shares I voted with is only listed on the YES side.

So go fuck yourself asshole.

You are LYING and I am going to prove it in front of this forum.

You are so full of shit. I will see you in court asshole. I will burn $500,000 if I have to.

It seems you gave me way less shares than when I voted even if you did not put me on the other side. FUCK YOU.

I just sent you a PM proving you are lying to everyone's faces here. Give me permission and I will gladly publish it here as well.

You are not going to get anywhere in court, as I have done nothing wrong. It is your own actions that are feeding this little fire of hatred you have burning right now and because of this you have lost my trust.

Goat, I wish you the best.

47  Economy / Securities / Re: Motion Results on: April 04, 2014, 12:37:34 AM

Why is it even an option to liquidate and shut down?

Where is the option for liquidate and switch to a better datacenter+better hardware?

As the contract says: If 25% of shareholders email me requesting to do this we can raise a motion.

Best,
Garrett

With regard to accusations of sock puppets, please just email me your usernames and I will happily forward this on to Havelock who will happily verify that these accounts are long-time shareholders.

Cheers

Tracking numbers have not been released because the units have not been shipped. I will gladly post them and a confirmation from CoinTerra when they ship.

Jared (Goat): Please stop making wild accusations with no basis, they are self-destructive and not appreciated.

When will overdue dividends be posted?

Dividends weren't going out because trading was paused. They will be sent out today, and then resume the Monday schedule.
53  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: April 03, 2014, 05:44:24 PM
Garr, What about Goats communication with Ravi? Did you recieve a total of ~38TH of cointerraminers already and failed to mention it? Thats too much man, just too much...

also, who are paying electricity for the hashfast units?

And were trading again btw...

Nope, the entirety of the hardware is online right now, and I have been paying for electricity for all the units, my own included, since the beginning.

I believe many people on this board are highly misinformed, and that keeps building upon itself to the point where people are making wild accusations which are not productive in any way.

I will always be available to support productive discussion, because that's what this thread is really here for.

Ok, but what's the explanation of absence of the contractually-promised 38TH/s from Cointerra? Are they still to-be-delivered, or was that contract renegotiated, or what?

They are still to be delivered.

WOW, hit 0.088 Grin

255 shares sold for nothing.

Do you know who sold them? It certainly wasn't me buying them.
55  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: April 03, 2014, 04:57:25 PM
Sorry for my wild accusations and ignorance, Im just trying to understand this mess..

So, how many units did you get delivered? Those are the units that Ravi means should produce 28th? Why are we at 18-23 now then? And what and when will the latness compensation be?

You have not made wild accusations, I am just saying that is the general vibe recently.

I'll be back later today with vote tallies and our updated inventory.

Best,
Garrett

Those were HashFast machines, and that is verifiable by HashFast and ineededausername. It's not a duck if there are facts proving your lack of visibility.

Okay, how long were you running those hashfast machines after we got our CT gear?

I still am running them. They are in no way associated with Cognitive Mining and I am fully allowed to operate personal hardware in addition to Cognitive Mining's
58  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: April 03, 2014, 04:28:39 PM
There was talk about 38TH/s guaranteed from Cointerra. What's the status of that these days?

Garr has all the units. Ravi sent me the shipping list.

So Garr has extra machines and it withholding them from cog?

http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1Garr2555P4oiAaLQqXkcdAKGg4SMt3RZS

notice how garr is not mining anymore on his personal address, like he was when the first CT machines were delivered  Roll Eyes they were never CT machines mining to that address though were they garret?

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's a f*cking duck.

Also, all the units I have are online and mining for the 1cog address, and goat knows it according to that receipt.
I am forced to believe he is trying to stir things up.
