As we stated on multiple occasions, it was a dead platform.
No one was using it, and there was little to no revenue generated on that platform.

That is the whole point! there are not enough affiliates or active players under those affiliates to warrant a complete migration of that data.
Almost all the players have been inactive on the old platform. We heard the complaints, we understand their reasoning, and listened to what they want.
For this reason, we made the decision to build a new platform with a new affiliate program of course, which is very different from the old one.
What we are building is in the best interest of our affiliates and the business overall.

The question about importing users and by proxy the affiliates is a complicated one. As I stated above the old platform is that "old" is a traditional casino platform meant for operations in fiat currencies.
With our new platform, by design, it is built to operate with crypto and the option to scale and support other technologies in the future.
Many people are asking why can't you "just" or "must" transfer the old users to the new platform. Unfortunately, the real world doesn't work like that.
There are technical complications and incompatibilities with the technologies used for both platforms. According to our analysis and estimation, it's not worthwhile trying to modify the new platform to bend and become backward compatible with the old platform. The cost and efforts of doing that were not worth taking such actions.
