You should try to make this criticism work in your favor.
If you start reasoning hypothetically, it is a major problem for both Betnomi and the customer that the company is now called "Viabet" in the terms and conditions.
Hypothesis 1: A customer deposits 2 bitcoins, wins 2 bitcoins and has 4 bitcoins as balance. He wants to have this paid out, but in principle Betnomi can easily refuse this because from a legal point of view he has entered into a commitment via the general terms and conditions with the company Viabet. That is legally binding.
Hypothesis 2: And it also works to your disadvantage for yourself. Suppose someone deposits 5 bitcoins, but loses them. Then he realizes that he has played on a different platform than the company he does business with. Then he could legally indicate that those bitcoins have not been deposited and used in accordance with the general terms and conditions, and he could file a claim. I think you're in bad shape as Betnomi after all. So it is important for both the customer and the betting site that the terms and conditions are correct. Spelling mistakes and the like aside, no one will go over that. But mention Viabet repeatedly in your terms, while claiming nothing to do with it; I think many users have reservations about this and the explanation is not even relevant, I think. When people register an account on your site, they agree to the terms and conditions, and those terms and conditions clearly state that they have an agreement with Viabet. Do you understand that this is against fraud? I suspect that there is more going on here and that there are several connections with existing sites. And that this site has been added as an extra income model. Maybe a dumb question here, are all your sports (betting) under live/pre-match sections? Usually in sportsbook, it is labelled Sports, but here it is under live and pre-match tabs. That's why when I first checked your site, I was looking for Sports but no tab named after sports.
It's quite confusing too, I checked the site and I don't easily recognized where to find sports betting odds easily, until I click the pre-match.
I suggest that it would be change to sports and pre-match and live match has to be under sports as that's more clear, anyway, just my 2 cents.

I think this is a very annoying attitude from the operator. Someone is (perhaps not quite rightly) critical and then you write that that information is irrelevant. What do you want? That users only mention plus points and should not give any form of criticism? I did not find his points irrelevant at all, as the op claims.
