261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ISIS to create own coin. How can we convince to use Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2014, 09:23:27 AM
We don't want ISIS to use bitcoin, their touch is toxic. They would kill bitcoin. Mind you, they could be using bitcoin already.
262  Economy / Speculation / Re: why rise price? on: November 13, 2014, 10:36:09 AM
Bitcoin has remained so low for so long, it's about time some major investors realising this is the bottom.
263  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: "I Love Primedice" Giveaway! Up to 0.2 per person! on: November 13, 2014, 10:31:48 AM
You mean the sexy females or the other photoshopped pictures lol Cheesy

I mean the photoshopped sexy females.  Grin
264  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: "I Love Primedice" Giveaway! Up to 0.2 per person! on: November 13, 2014, 10:24:00 AM
It's amazing what people would do for $2. I think all the photoshopped ones shouldn't count. OP said "real life"
265  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: How long to mine 1.0 BTC ? on: November 12, 2014, 10:28:53 AM
You could probably get 0.000001btc per day which takes forever to reach 1btc. Give up the idea of mining bitcoin with GPU, that is what I am saying.
266  Economy / Gambling / Re: someone can easily get 30 BTC on: November 12, 2014, 08:04:57 AM
It's like saying someone can easily win the lottery. If anyone has such luck, they deserve more than 30 btc  Grin
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Karpeles new central bank: Who's in? on: November 12, 2014, 08:01:18 AM
We don't need a central bank, we need a small transactions clearing system. If we have a cencentralised bank, we go back to a fractional reserve fiat system.
268  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some children's juice drinks have more sugar than Coke on: November 11, 2014, 09:18:01 AM
Even fresh orange juice contains more sugar than you think. This comes to no surprise to me. Sodium (salt) is another problem altogether.
269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Blockchain.info wallet sync problems on: November 11, 2014, 09:09:26 AM
Why don't you use another blockexplorer to check your address? At least make sure the coins are really there. You can try blockr.io. Then you will know which wallet is correct.
270  Other / Meta / Re: ICOs are the toxic waste of this community. Let's get them banned! on: November 11, 2014, 09:01:51 AM
ICO itself is an investment, like ventture capitalists investing in a startup. If people want to throw money at them, we can't stop them. What is troubling is how developers use fake alt accounts to join ICO and create false impressions of the coins' popularity. This counts as fraud.

I am fed up with them, and have ignored the altcoin boards. BCT ignores HYIPs, ponzis and scams. ICOs are lilely to be ignored too. We are fighting a loosing battle.
271  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: I have LOTS of idle servers, should I mine? on: November 10, 2014, 10:27:28 AM
CPU mining is not profitable anymore, not even feasible in my view. You might earn more if you rent those servers  out.
272  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-11-09] It’s official. Coindesk is no longer the Voice of Digital Currency on: November 10, 2014, 10:19:42 AM
CoinDesk is a news site, it never was a voice of cryptos. This not only a CoinDesk problem, the crypto scene is littered with ammature wannabe journalists.
273  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: End of an Era on: November 10, 2014, 10:09:00 AM
BTC Guild is not closing anymore. OP can lock this topic. Even if it were to close, it is not the end of an era, it's just miners' preference on pools.
274  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card on: November 06, 2014, 09:37:11 AM
There will be more bitcoin debit cards in the future. If you don't like the terms, don't apply for the service and wait for one that you like. No one needs a bitcoin debit card, it is only for a bit of fun.
275  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2014-11-04 ETF Trends - Winklevoss Bitcoin Still Moving Through Regulatory Proce on: November 05, 2014, 09:31:48 AM
"Alive and well" doesn't mean much if it is not going to be approved in the near future. Let's see if can be traded by next christmas, or the one after that  Sad
276  Other / Meta / Re: 376,335 Users registered on: November 04, 2014, 11:06:12 AM
There are users with multiple accounts, old inactive accounts and banned accounts. I will not be surprised if active unique users is 10% of 376335.
277  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are some of the most used ways to Actually Earn Bitcoins on: November 04, 2014, 07:43:16 AM
Most used is obviously doing work or selling stuff for bitcoin. You can chat here and join Sig campaigns. Then, there is day trading and gambling.
278  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: An amazing website where you can Buy and sell bitcoins with no fees and no risk on: November 04, 2014, 04:51:55 AM
Shady site with no real contact method. Only interested in buying bitcoins from them if they send first.  Grin
279  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about private key & if my bitcoin adress is safe to use? on: November 04, 2014, 04:46:06 AM
If you want to generate a vanity address yourself, don't use a website either. You need to download the vanitygen software from original site and run it offline. Personally, I would not use a vanity address. Using a random address doesn't bother me.
280  Other / Meta / Re: What Can I do When a famous member is threatening me because I gonna Competition on: November 03, 2014, 08:03:23 AM
If your business is legit and not a copy of his ideas, I see no reason why you should give up your business idea for another forum user. Go ahead and do not let market incumbents bully you.
