Its not very complicated, altexplorers.info never updated for the fork. They will need to update and resync. They have never been on the correct chain since July 23rd.
I was close, I have identified the symptoms, patients and care, I have only one thing wrong ... the disease most banal. LOL !! I thought by now altexplorers.info had already completed the update, do you have any news on this? But remains the problem of how to inform also the last users who still use the old wallet and do not read this forum. They are just wasting their time and they will never spend what are staking after the fork. The former Dev gave you the keys of the alert system of the original wallet? Bye Bye

I dont think its forked , looks like bittrexs wallet has lost sync From what I can see with a quick glance, it seems that few nodes have emitted a burst of blocks, probably from an outdated pre fork wallet (the reward is much less than the new minimum). These wrong blocks, have been accepted by xra.altexplorers.info:3021, but were rightly rejected by http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/XRA/, they are not present in my wallet, and I imagine, in any of the updated wallet. Also, if you check in your debug.log you can see that there is still some peers who try to use an older version. So, if your wallet indicates that you are now over the 116000 blocks, please, make sure your wallet is up to date to the latest version. Bye Bye

As a 'technical noob' I must speak from experience that XRA transactions are practically instantaneous.
We are getting off on a tangent here but XRA is no more 'practically instantaneous' than BTC or any other coin. This discussion is really not important to XRA though. Looking at it from a 'mainstream perspective' BTC transactions take about 30-60min to confirm with most services. XRA takes a few minutes. For the general public that's what matters... Only a very small minority cares about the technicalities. Yes, XRA was a rapid coin, but after fork the spec are changed. AFAIK the actual specs times are: Blocktime 3 minutes Transaction confirm 10 blocks (30 minutes, half hour ) Coinbase maturity 50 blocks (150 minutes, 2.5 hours) PoS Minimum Age: 4 hours This passage from 30 sec blocktime to 3 minutes, is also the main origin of the PosDiff rise. This is not a criticism, just to point out and give another perspective. Bye Bye

- We are currently working very hard in integrating the Web Wallet and Mobile Wallets with the NavajoCoin blockchain.
- We faced a few complications due to blockchain protocols in the process and started adding Blockchain protocol improvements and upgrades , that's why it took time.
- We faced enormous complications and hardships while doing so due to it being a tiring and a process required careful implementation of the said improved protocols and also was needed to be done patiently and swiftly due to us trying to keep with the timeframes announced but we also didn't want make things go wrong in anyway.
Would you be so kind to explain in detail what are these problems and improvements to blockchain that intend to introduce? I ask because sometimes, I happened to find myself stuck in a project, but the simple act of trying to explain to someone else the problem, made me change my point of view, making myself see logical errors which watching from too close I had never notice before. At that point it became much easier to find a rapid solution. Changing the subject, the average time of the blocks continues to be too fast, near 20 sec atm. Do you have any idea about it? Some update on this? Bye Bye

Hi! Someone has already broke the 100 XRA minimum wall, two times in block 114308 and 114303, getting the 3.37% after 9 days. Just as it should be. Bye Bye

I think the blockchain is moving faster than 1 block each 30 secs. It looks more like 1 block each 20 secs if not even faster
BSPus, you have a good nose. In the last week (30196 Blk) the average interval between blocks is approximately 20.03 seconds, too fast. If we consider only the last 100 blocks, the average is 14.34 seconds. This is the chart of Pos and Block Time of last 6 Weeks. (Sorry for the delayed response, but I had to redo the procedure of the graph from scratch) Am I right and if so, what would be the consequences?
At this I leave to answer the DevTeam. However, it is something that we have already overcome in the past. Bye Bye EDIT PS: However, for what it's worth, I would like to invite all, especially the top stacker to check their system clock. That never hurts.

@Pakage My Compliments! Have a nice trip! Bye Bye

I found an oddity shown in the columns of CoinControl, the potential stake shows only integer values.
Some of you can confirm?
Meanwhile I prepare a PM to PressTab, with the details.
Bye Bye
Edit: Sent.

We need choice lesser evil and keep this thread open even after we finish forum on Nav site.
And I would add, to make sure that the website forums are opened for reading, no required login or registration. Bye Bye

Also the old dev sent me the twitter log in.
This fact and the link in the previous thread are unexpected events, and in some ways I find them laudable. Bye Bye

21:05 <@presstab> as I have discussed with a few people. a minimum stake reward will be added as well. 21:05 <@presstab> 100 coins per stake, would mean a mimimum of 48,000 coins per day, which would be good for the network and a good incentive for early stakers
Just making sure to post this here too. I believe that 100 coin minimum per stake is on the low side, it could be bumped up if anyone here has strong feelings about it. The higher the minimum stake reward is, the quicker we will be able to reward the initial stakers (all of you). I am going to code it in as 100 for now, if anyone has strong feelings speak up and I can add an additional commit before the fork. I Like!! Whereas the old version with the bug is not in able to bestow rewards greater than 2.63 per block, this new minimum for me this is a double WOW! With this minimum surely there will be active staking nodes. Bye Bye

Curious to see what the outcome of this will be, keep up the good work!
I thank you for the address that was given, the dash's whitepaper was an interesting read. Here as a reference it is the text part that concerns the formula for the ROI of a masternode: Due to the fact that the Masternode rewards program is a fixed percentage and the Masternode network nodes are fluctuating, expected Masternode rewards will vary according to the current total count of active Masternodes. Payments for a standard day for running a Masternode can be calculated by using the following formula: (n/t) * r * b * a Where: n is the number of Masternodes an operator controls t is the total number of Masternodes r is the current block reward (presently averaging about 5 DASH) b is blocks in an average day. For the Dash network this usually is 576. a is the average Masternode payment (45% of the average block amount) Return on investment for running a Masternode can be calculated as ((n/t) * r * b * a * 365) / 1000 Where variables are the same as above.
But please be patient, there is still the initial question that is not clear to me: from what I understand, the DASH miners have to pay 45% of what they earn for each block found to masternode. But Dash is a coin purely POW, while Nav now is purely POS. This means that the reward for masternodes will come from a cut of the POS reward of all? Please tell me that I was wrong. Bye Bye

Great work presstab and Remy, you did more work in a single day than most devs in weeks/months.
All the credit belong to PressTab, I just stumbled on a.... bug. Bye Bye

I personally like the 30%, not sure what everyone else thinks? In my opinion what needs to be fixed is the 30 second block time. Bump that up to 2 or 3 minutes and it puts the coin on a long term path to success.
I like the High Rate Coin, but is a my personal opinion. And I like too a fast usable coin . Why the 30 second block time should be changed? Just asking. Remy_5

Close the thread without a word does not seem a very kind thing.

So, IMHO I do not know if it is more appropriate to speak of "when" or "if" that Dev will be back.
Coin is losing value over locked thread. There's no link on previous thread to point investors to this one. This thread is in no way linked to the previous and disappeared Dev, but was initiated by KK99, which has the merit of being the first to have opened a space for discussion. And I think KK99 should be thanked for that. About thread I would like to point out that PressTab has just opened another thread, that could become very interesting: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1119477.0Bye Bye

Any ideas on when dev will get back on track?
Close the thread without a word does not seem a very kind thing. Moreover, according to the OP, the team should be composed of two programmers, plus a CEO. If hypothetically the "Dev Leader" has had some mishap, another of the staff could at least send a message on the forum. Instead nothing, and even no activity from that day of the burning of the proceeds of the so-called "Miner Apollo (13) Program". So, IMHO I do not know if it is more appropriate to speak of "when" or "if" that Dev will be back. Remy

Masternodes are originally created by DASH. From a DASH perspective: Yes they're very profitable, especially now with a price rise of +25% it's a 'gold-mine'. On average a Masternode holder earns 2-3DASH per Masternode every few days. So for example: I run 7 Masternodes, so at best I would earn 7 x 3 = 21DASH every few days. Converted to current DASH/USD price that's 21 x $ 4,25 = $89,25 every few days. Also keep in mind that running a Masternodes requires you to run a VPS that also costs money. They're very inexpensive, at least some of them are: www.vultr.com Thank you for the explanation, finally some data on which we can be able to reason. But one thing I do not understand, where they come from these gains? From the normal transaction fee? by a percentage of those anonymous? There is a mandatory fee increase? And how many real transactions per day are needed to get those revenues? Bye Bye

OMG Im the #1 staker!! LOL!! Congratulations!! (ehmm... i got your vote?)

New option added to poll. @Remy 33% burned, 33% for development, and 33% for the staker.
Thanks, I voted. And now a bit of electoral propaganda. The following are the data collected in the last week of the top 20 stacker, compared with their position in RichList. The count was made in part automatically and in part by hand, are then possible errors, I propose them as an example only. topStaker From block 30789 (2015-06-27 13:54:58 UTC) to block 52547 (2015-07-04 13:54:54 UTC) topStaker Found 134 Address Counted 21759 Blk (Last 24H 2976) topStaker Total: 26623.569569 Coin 2.526950 Max 1.223565 Average AVGTime 27.80 topStaker Rank : Address Block (Last 24H) RichList# topStaker 1 : RGhrSQ...FE2t1 3077 508 9 topStaker 2 : RPpCTh...4Mhm9 1663 309 24 topStaker 3 : RLV63J...gccRK 1620 289 20 topStaker 4 : RVv7yB...cBPR6 1401 0 2 topStaker 5 : RBqXxB...1Pvj1 1114 186 34 topStaker 6 : RSkk6w...wDYgy 998 0 1 topStaker 7 : RUyWiA...7BUnB 930 215 7 topStaker 8 : RRs1ue...shEmZ 915 0 10 topStaker 9 : RNZbmM...Nef7b 897 163 29 topStaker 10 : RBL4r7...K3RaE 821 0 11 topStaker 11 : RYZ17a...3im3J 813 185 16 topStaker 12 : RCiacP...Fm361 726 153 26 topStaker 13 : RPwKDs...ytXhr 672 0 13 topStaker 14 : RA6azX...6FoTo 656 0 14 topStaker 15 : RPxpin...7cSzo 391 87 40 topStaker 16 : RGtUuJ...dwD9v 340 98 22 topStaker 17 : RX43YY...nnuGP 336 0 19 topStaker 18 : RUkzd1...fRjvz 306 65 50 topStaker 19 : RCRhw1...dkNKV 292 68 57 topStaker 20 : RAUoyq...9vYDt 291 69 48 Top 20 Staker generate 18259 block ( 83.9%) gaining in total 22508.830048
As will be noted in the top 20 staker list, there are a part of the 20 of the RichList, but also other active users in positions further down, until the 57 position, and also the first of RichList, hypothesized to be an exchange, in actually it produces many blocks POS. But despite these important presences, the overall gain of an entire week does not seem high. Bye Bye

They actually do something for the network, they make sure that it works.
Extract information of the top 20 staker is not too hard, just count the blocks in the main-chain generated by address. (with a routine ofc)
Does your idea not just make the rich even richer - I understand the idea of an extra reward for the biggest helpers towards blockchain stability, but it is still those WITH the most GETTING the most. Burning all the coins generated by the miner will make the coin rarer and therefore more valuable to EVERYONE with coins Let them burn and the benefit goes to all Yes and No. It seem to me fair to reward the active user, not just the rich list. Burn the extra would give a better vantage to who have more, even if inactive. But, Of course is just my opinion. Just my thoughts, a poll would sort it out though Right. Probably a wise solution might be a middle way, 33% burned, 33% for development, and 33% for the staker. Bye Bye
