good I wonder what next move will be? Bitmain may open it again at a better price or not. A lot depends on btc price and if it rallies.

403  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: US Group Buy on: August 21, 2019, 12:00:52 AM
If you can do this. I could take three to five maybe more. They would need be s17 pro and legally avoid trump tax. We have 40 kwatts that is more like 15  units.  Next choice would be m20 .  Also s17 no pro.  These three are most efficient. Note I am on road no pc access.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: My Situation: Mining LTC now and After Halving. Looking like meh! Take Poll! on: August 16, 2019, 06:22:53 PM
I have seen some info on L5+ it does 1 watt a mg. The best from inno is the a6+ it does around 1 watt a th so 11gh would be 11 kwatts. Or 11 x 24=264 kwatts that is 9 bucks for 3.5 cent power and you cheat only 6 usd a day. This would be if you had 5x a6+ at a cost of 3000 each so you would have paid 15000 for the miners to clear 6 usd a day.  Yet the pricing in the A6+ stays at 3000 each. At six usd profit it will take 2500 days to pay the A6+ off.
405  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Strange frequency readout S9; Latest firmware but can't see Enhanced Low Power on: August 16, 2019, 01:51:57 PM
look for the screen that shows the working firmware. Make a screenshot and show it. I think you may want to use may firmware and not august.  I am not sure you will be able to go back to may 2019 firmware.  Good luck.
406  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Gear Pricing just becomes more irrational then ever on: August 16, 2019, 01:15:45 PM
Can't access main account. In my current position The only way for me to lose money in btc is to buy coins or gear. So for me I have to mine and sell some coins while I also hold some coins. The risk of that is possible smaller profit. But the profit is certain . Every time the industry has been here and put me in this spot it has crashed. In under four months. So I am playing things for a crash.

You can't tell until you do it. Depends on wiring of fan to molex and psu design
408  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain introduces the Antminer S17 Pro, Antminer S17, and the Antminer T17 on: August 14, 2019, 06:59:17 PM
Good I am up to six and will soon shed newbie. I am talking with buysolar if he wants one more of these. They are really costly. 2900 plus shipping plus trump tax makes them over 3700 and wait till December. I am very inclined to do nothing and hope coin crashes out
409  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience NewPac / Terminus R606 (BM1387) Official Support Thread on: August 14, 2019, 05:45:03 PM
I use a pc that is mining with some GPU's. I use a spare pcie cable for the r606. The USB Jack may or may not work well depends on the controller in the laptop. I use win 10

Nicehash version 0.23. Stock settings on the cpu I think I need to go into windows and alter cache allocation. Been a while since I setup the cpus to mine xmr.  The threadripper 1920x is about 950 to 1015 hash on same software while this is about 1075 to 1115 hash this uses less power than  the threadripper.

those the ones I escrow with main account. Came from europe. Lite in packing.  Correct? Did they roi by now?

yes - those are the ones - and I would say I am close to if not made roi by now - depends on when/if I cash out the LTC - nearly 4 LTC since then.
yeah price was good on them.

That's the problem with them. Never reaching 550 on pool

very rarely and I mean very rarely do they on the pool reflect the combined hash rate of 1.65 gh/s and if they do it is not for long - so yes, I do agree that is an issue.

other than that the only issue I have is the power usage - the seller stated they ran at 850 watts and not at the advertised 950 watts - mine run at 925 to 950 so the seller was wrong.

that aside, the units otherwise perform issue free. I dont have to restart them continuously, they are not overheating etc

414  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience Terminus R606 750GH (up to 1TH) quiet miner, now shipping on: August 14, 2019, 03:12:35 PM
On my cell will add new name when I get to my pc. I did a one hashboard build. There is a thread on it. It is pretty nice. I would love to see side hack look at my one board design and improve it. He has posted on it . Cell phone sucks to link a thread. But someone may do it. I would prefer a modded version of my one board idea. In fact I just thought of one. I will send the info to side hack as I just figured  a better design as I typed this.
