No innovation is waiting to die really? Only second coin to use X13 algo. Also, what im beginning to find equally as important is dev's who are constantly available and pushing their coin. which Boost has.

I'm confused. Is MsCollec remaining as the developer or has someone taken over?

wow, its amazing what happens in a couple of days.
I for one have no problems with the wallet, and we have a good foundation to build a successful coin upon.
I believe I know the dev who raskul will approach, and if he accepts, he will be a great dev to oversee the code base, however I also know he is a busy person and would not be able to oversee the day to day running of the coin.
we need someone who has the time, commitment, trust and respect of the community. Any takers?

xc is just pos clone with fedora's mixer. even at 0.001 it is over valued.
and by fedocoin's mixer i mean it is a copy of it. nothing inovative about xc.
yes. It is. so please leave and buy other coins. thanks. Typical troll attacks the thread while op sleeps.

Polycoin accusing XC dev of being Loljosh. Threatens to post screen shots but refrained from posting anything. Smells like smoke and mirrors to me.
Is XC Dev Lolijosh or not?
No, dont buy into Polycoins web of lies. Just take a look at his profile.

Good Day to all XC community. You can probably call me a lurker or the Forums but I have been following Crytocurrency for a good while now, but I'm in no means an expert. So I come to this forum to ask help particularly on my wallet. Here is the issue. It seems the Totals I have in Overview on the wallet does not match the transactions. I have not sent anything away from my wallet. This only happened with the new release. Image copy of the Overview page. Shows just 60XC (highlighted in Red) and around 25xc unconfirmed. Please note I'am not concerned about the 25xc Unconfirmed. I'm concerned about the 60XC which shows as my balance. Now this next image shows my transactions. Transaction highlighted in red are all confirmed transactions. If you add them up it Its way short from my balance that showing in the overview page. The fix I tried already is to backup my wallet.dat and delete everything from the X11 Folder in Roaming Profile (Windows 7). Then once deleted I re-paste the wallet.dat. Did this 2x, first just running the "x11coin-qt.exe" then deleting the folder again and then running the "run-xc-fix.bat". Both times the whole block transactions was re-downloaded. Unfortunately both times it did the same thing. Anybody got an Idea how to fix this? Any help will be much appreciated. try "repairwallet" in the console. And remeber to take a backup of wallet.dat before doing this.

I believe the initial panic sell was due to the FUD attack yesterday, however i believe we are now in a correction phase and things will become stable before a steady rise. My gut told me we would correct between 0.0015 and 0.0020 and i think the events of yesterday just made correction to these level happen a lot sooner.

Please do something that will make the value go up again, I want to keep investing in XC, but I can't if it keeps dropping.
Now is the perfect time to invest. This is long term, not pump and dump.

Hello.
I was invited to check the implementation of XC compared to FedoraCoin's codebase in order to find possible similarities between them. First of all, I visited FedoraCoin's repository and checked the specific file mentioned (mixerann.cpp and the header file). Then, I was invited to Developer's station with a Teamviewer session and saw the code that implements the specific feature.
The code is in no way similar between the two coins. But, I believe that one must trusts his own eyes (and compiler). Just download the source code from FedoraCoin and create a working wallet that has all the features of XC enabled. That would prove whether the claim is correct or false.
Now, I do not know who claimed that Fedora and XC share the same codebase. If someone claims that some principles are the same, then I'm afraid that someone hasn't heard of Bitcoin and the blockchain concept (or the transaction concept, or the pubkey->wallet address concept, or... the list goes on forever).
IMPORTANT! +1 Darkcoin community receiving blow after blow, a review by rat4 would be a K.O. And can I point out, once again ATCsecure has delivered what he promised

CryptoPump.info @CryptoPumpInfo 4 min #X11 #XC #x11coin code has been peer-reviewed by @Crypt0Trader. The review showed that the coin mixer code is unique. http://goo.gl/CszBK9time to take your loss @ sellling cheap coins The reviewer testified that it was a " secure and unique mixer implementation" +1 Where can I find this statement? I have read the article and agree the reviewer has seen the code, but no actual statement that the mixer is unique.

Guys, I'm sure you will find it interesting when you view the max history chart for DRK on mintpal and highlight from the 24th April to 4th may. Striking similarity. Harder dump on xc but way stronger FUD attack which shows in the chart. Hold and be happy Seriously I could almost doff my cap to the DRK manipulators for their well organised FUD campaign to try and smear XC. Their official twitter account posting that BS and the unfounded posts on here, caused the price to drop 75% in 30 minutes. They are very scared. DRK dropped from 25k to 11k because of XC. If XC fulfills it's promises it will BLOW DRK OUT OF THE WATER. People who don't read the forums are probably confused as hell though what has happened. Does DRK offer extra security by using PoW??? Being raped by FPGAs offers extra security? Forking 2 times per day offers extra security? Hmmm... POW coins are exposed to 51% attack. POS coins are not. We also saw the huge hash rate pointed to XC during POW. imagine if that same hashrate hit DRK. It would be fork central.

Very low tactics from the drk community, time to sell my drk and buy more XC

{ "blocks" : 21097, "currentblocksize" : 39038, "currentblocktx" : 19, "difficulty" : 5205.79639598, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 168100183725, "pooledtx" : 19, "testnet" : false }
hashrate and difficulty is still very high even though we are now in POS mode?

mine staked about 5 hours ago, has 36 confirms on it out of 50. Should of confirmed after 10 minutes hence upgrade to v2.
50 confirms should be ~50mins, no? right! in an ideal wallet. i'll give a mate a holler, see if he can help... we may just need to fork this thing right out and take up a new branch, i'll consult with a dev who knows what the fuck he is doing - i've already paid him in the past for stuff I didn't follow through with so I think he'll be open to helping out. Good to know mate. See how the mandatory update goes and after that we can revisit it Guys, can we please calm down and have some patients. Trying to stage a takeover will seriously fuck this coin. Now Dev isn't hiding. His in here giving updates and they are working on the problems behind the scenes. We are in the very early stages of this coin and we need to have faith that the dev and his team will resolve these issues. For this.

Correct i think loljosh did the flavoured wallet but someone else called nite69 did the lastest code he is a member here on this forum search nite69
His "Get your own Alt-Coin" thread where he lists Sync as his latest work: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=466908.0What a honor for him to list Sync in his thread because I didn't see any other coins.. Maybe you missed my last post, I asked loljosh to work with me on Sync and it's not a secret. He post here frequently and even took charge when I was away. Do you prefer one person working on a coin or two? He's currently working on a online wallet and in built explorer, price sticker and multi-pool stats I really don't want to know your experience with him, but all the time dev ask other people for help. It's about connection and Nite69 (one of the AUR dev) coded the difficulty since the low supply affected block generation and he's still helping out to revolve the stake issues. FYI : Most of the top coins it was developed by Loljosh Thanks for being open and honest about what is going on, and of course acknowledging there is a problem and your working to fix it.
