As far as I know, this bug has been fixed by theymos a long time ago, the time being set to more than 60 seconds (for sending the exact merits number as before - meaning the bug you described). Did it reappear? Or did you try the bug at time intervals bigger than 60 seconds?
I was sending a merit for the first time. I clicked on the send button and was not redirected to the thread (I thought the merit page will be closed and I'll be redirected to the post) then I refreshed the page. Nothing happened and refreshed another time and got a popup saying I have already merited the post. Then found out that I merited that post twice. |

Also, I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but refreshing the Merit page after meriting a post resends the same amount of merits

Gold exist for over a 1000+ years maybe? Bitcoin only 10 years. Also the internet existed about 25+ years. Bitcoin price is higher than gold by over 200%. I think the value of Bitcoin is going to sky rocket once again. When technology gets more advance n the Bitcoin system upgrades. Just another speculation.

How about a new system that will rate users' posting quality. Something in machine learning, that would analyze previous posts made and give a mark which would be shown under Activity and Merit on the users' profile every time they post. But it's not easy to write a program that would be able to mark posts properly because sometimes a post consisted of two words can be way more informative than an article.

By reading the topic, the first thing that comes to mind is a list of most trusted crypto exchanges. I think you must change it to something like 5 Must-be-Familiar Tools Before Going into Crypto World. Also the third 'tool' is written Google Authenticator not Authticator  |

But this does not mean you have to distribute all your available smerits on any given post that you find "funny" or "interesting". The rank that is gained through merits has to indicate the user's adequacy, effort on the forum's development and knowledge level in the industry.

If I haven’t messed anything up, the following file contains the info for the top 20 merited profiles, broken down by days (up to last friday): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1v8CT6AvjckH6SFYiRhEB8xIItw7lg65Q2O_S1Bg2uBw/edit?usp=sharingIt contains the following information: UserId, Name, nMeritsAcc, nPosition, DateOfRank. Where: nMeritsAcc is the sum of all merits earned by the profile up to DateOfRank nPosition is the ranking position of each specific date (DateOfRank). DateOfRank is the date up to which the calculation is performed. If goes up to midnight (UTC). The data is only for the currently top 20, not the historical top 20. You can also play around with the filters to see your position each day. For example, If I filter by DdmrDdmr, I was P2 on the 19th and 20th of January 2019. Note: This info is on the Merit Dashboard (last tab – Merit Race) for all merited profiles with >= 100 earned merits (in bar line race format - no shifting around though).Thank you for the sheet. It is exactly what I needed for the last graph and I had to take this data manually. I don't think there is any point in making it over with more accuracy, I would rather make a new one which will show the historical top 20. |

Username list for each position of daily top 20 would make it far easier. A while ago I tried to find this data https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5231097.msg53982002#msg53982002. DdmrDdmr's dashboard is super useful for that but I had to extract every single data manually from his dash. |

Did you include airdropped Merit too? Vod for instance is no longer in the Top-20, while there was a time Vod earned more Merit than me. Yes, airdropped merits are also included. But it'll be so nice to see! The animation should probably be a bit slower to be able to absorb all data in it.

That might be smart if the virus was deadlier, but I still think people are going irrationally ballistic over this. Most people don't know much about science in general and even fewer about microbiology or infectious disease in particular, so sadly this doesn't surprise me.

I like it, but it's wrong: I wasn't always #2 when it comes to Merit. Can you create a new one, but with all users included, so the users in the Top 20 change over time? If needed, I might be able to help extract the data from the full Merit history. I think it would be cool to see when new users join the Top 20. I think you should compress it with a bigger frame, this frame is too small and I can't even see the names of the users there. I can read it after clicking this: The full resolution is probably too large for the forum's image proxy. Here, in this table, I took the current top 20 users and the table is about their merit receiving history. (so among these 20 you always were #2) However, top20 changing over time is also possible to make but is just tons of work:/
Well, after careful review by the original. I realize this data is wrong theymos is the only one whose merit exceeds 6000, you have a total of 5947 merit, but he makes it beyond 6000. Basically, the data he gives is not accurate. The table includes airdropped merits as well
