101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Issue on: December 11, 2020, 01:52:25 AM
If you guys didn't know, Facebook had an issue hours earlier and this includes the Messenger and Instagram, if you're using these two about 6 hours ago you'll be likely to experience the same issue as mine. But this isn't the main concern of me, what bothers me is this, as we all know Facebook has this Libra, their own crypto and I think they are near deploy it, wouldn't it be too dangerous for people who will use Libra when they are still having a major issues with their servers? What if a more complicated issue happen when Libra is already there?

CT Downdetector
May be facebook and their ecosystem is under attack because their service has been down for long and it has been observed in many parts of the world. Especially when their blockchain project is just launching they should be more vigilant and ready for such attacks. I hope they will reinstate the services as soon as possible.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what do you think about USDT? on: December 10, 2020, 11:24:41 PM
USDT is one of the stable coins that has a stable price using the original USD underlying, but did you know that USD currency can be printed arbitrarily without an underlying different from IDR or rupiah printed based on gold underlying
in other words USDT can also print coins at will like USD can USDT be trusted?  without the underlying USD, which becomes the underlying of USDT, it could experience a sudden drop in price, in other words if the USD is problematic, it will also affect the USDT price.
what do you think about this?
I have used usdt many times in the past without any issues whatsoever and i am sure it will continue to be up and in business in the future as well but just to be safe or you can say extra careful i have now tilted towards usdc that seem to be more transparent stablecoin, again i do not have any issues with usdt but due to a lot of critics and to be on the safe side i now prefer usdc.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: December 10, 2020, 10:35:48 PM
What is your favorite project these days?

I think Ethereum it's the best project. haha

There will be projects in various fields,
1. Please tell me your favorite project.
2. Recently, let me know what you think is the best project and what the area of the project is.
Obviously Ethereum is the choice of the majority of the people here and i like and support ethereum network fully as well but being a competitor and much cheaper i tend to buy tron sometimes too especially when i have small savings so buying tron gives me better feeling because i get so many for small price.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Apple co-founder and Blockchain Project on: December 10, 2020, 09:39:05 PM
Apple co-founder who have shown his interest into the blockchain years back have created his own blockchain company focusing on cryptocurrency and energy efficiency projects. This has attracted huge investors and the growth has peaked to 1400% in a very short time period. Initial price was around $0.1 and now it was found around $2.26, which is a big growth.

Source : entrepreneur.com
Obviously being a top name, a brand and an influencer is a great advantage in the crypto market and i know that many people rushed to buy his coin just because of his name without even checking the project, the use cases and the utilities, I think after the initial hype settles we will see good dump in this coin.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 19-Year-Old Ukrainian Politician Owns 185,000 Monero (XMR), Bought In 2015 on: December 10, 2020, 08:02:20 PM
Ukrainian Kramatorsk Rostislav Solod, 19-year-old a member of the city council in the town of Kramatorsk, in eastern Ukraine, has reported owning 185.000 Monero (XMR).
How does he have so much money?
Because:
His parents, Yuri Solod and Natalia Korolevska, are members of the national parliament of Ukraine.

Source: https://azcoinnews.com/rostislav-solod-19-year-old-ukrainian-politician-owns-185000-monero-xmr-bought-in-2015.html
He could be in trouble for revealing such huge amount of monero coins because being a politician and public figure there will be many questioning his money and some may think he made these coins from corruption money and it can also give bad name to his parents who are also parliamentarians. I hope the issue will be handled well and Ukraine will also move to adopt crypto after this reveal.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in your ability to earn more. on: December 06, 2020, 09:35:42 PM
With your skills you can earn. You can earn without any hard work. For that you need to be a crypto investor. You have to keep in mind that you will benefit if you invest in a coin or token by constantly monitoring the market. No experience is required for this. You just have to understand the market signal. Again you can invest in exchanger on any new token.
I want to be a good investor.
Do you want to be a good investor? Do you agree with me?
Learning is part of life, everyday we meet new people see new things and learn new things same is the case in the crypro world and i think with time im learning a lot and i am quite sure i will become a mature crypto market investor in few months time just because im learning fast.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano coin price impact in this bull run? on: December 06, 2020, 08:50:23 PM
IOHK, the blockchain development company behind the Cardano blockchain has recently announced that they have successfully implemented a change to the blockchain, raising its k parameter from 150 to 500 on Dec. 6
I think it's a big news for ADA coin & this coin price is impact 0.16$ to 0.29$, it's my personal opinion
For more information you can check the ada twitter handle: https://twitter.com/IOHKMedia/status/1334565577956921344?s=19
For more & more information you can check it: https://blockchain.news/news/cardano-k-parameter-implemented-trigger-ada-price-rally

I have always liked and followed ada but the price has been struggling to break above in real sense because personally i think that its value should be $1 per ada atleast but still im hopeful that the bull season would take its price to massive heights that is why i will keep holding my ada bags.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adaptability is very important on: December 06, 2020, 07:58:45 PM
Be it a newbie, expert or professional bitcoin and crypto currency trader or crypto currency investor with adequate skills; you definitely need to understand how to adapt to market situations.

What does adaptability entails? Adaptability teaches you and lets you know when to switch from "sell at resistance" to "buying the breakouts of resistance" within split seconds. Know this and be at an advantage especially during price correction that occurs during bull run of prices.
Yes, that is how active and keen traders multiply there holdings by selling high and buying low but only active traders can do that and most people here work only for part time so mistly they like to hold only because they have either full day job or business and cannot stay connected with the market always.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Suspicion of fraud by the bounty manager of Interfinex.io on: December 06, 2020, 07:19:48 PM
We cannot call it scam bro but easily it is some kind of negligence from the bounty manager, either the manager has not checked the posts of each participant properly or it could be their own accounts, who knows. If they are serious and it happened due to mistake i hope they will quickly correct it so lets wait and see.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is uniswap a good place for the new tokens? on: December 06, 2020, 06:30:07 PM
Hello
I see in the last few mounths that uniswap became the choice for many new projects and everyone is proud to say (our token is tradable on uniswap)
Its like etherdelta all over again
What is your opinions about that ??
Do not mistake uniswap as traditional dexes like etherdelta or forkdelta because in uniswap to start trade there must be good liquidity and for new projects if team is providing good liquidity which is kind of permanent then it is good for the project especially till it lists on good cex.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Email address exposure in spreadsheet on: December 05, 2020, 07:58:07 PM
Bounty managers please kindly start hiding emails in your spreadsheet because I always like using new email for bounty participation and I surprised that there are many offer mails in my email account, some are free airdrop some are affiliate marketing offers, I still remember that some people are selling email addresses online, it will be easier for such people to go through bounty spreadsheet and pack the whole email address
Thanks for bringing up this issue and i was also amazed to see open exposure of emails in spreadsheets which is obviously something not needed for public, team should only keep them for private record or to send important updates and notifications, displaying them is spreadsheets just do not make any sense.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would you host a ETH 2.0 validator node instead of going with Binance? on: December 05, 2020, 07:17:14 PM
I am sure most people that would stake eth with be doing that on third party trusted platforms like binance etc because official staking requires technical knowledge and work of node setup and maintenance which is not for everyone secondly i think the minimum requirement of 32 eth for official staking contract deposit is very big for common people.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Both centralized exchanges and dex arent perfect on: December 05, 2020, 05:55:31 PM
Centralized exchanges can easily expose users data but they have the best platform for traders, highest volumes etc and on the other hand Decentralized exchanges have nothing to do with users data, pretty more safer than centralized exchanges but lacks good interface and also has high trading fee and of course lacks good volume, is there any where else to run to ?
Since there launch and massive adoption i have become a fan of decentralized instant swap platforms like uniswap. I just want them to list and trade any token without the need of liquidity like the traditional dexes allow or maybe uniswap as a company itself shouldprovide some liquidity for all new tokens or similar solutions should be there so everyone and every token becomes tradable.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IF ONLY BOUNTIES WILL KEEP THEIR PROMISES. on: December 05, 2020, 04:52:44 PM
IF only hunters would have known better that all promises made BEFORE Bounties kick off are fake, Lies and depict.
IF only hunters know that they are working just to promote projects that investors will dump on them and then comes back to blame the hunters that they are responsible.
IF only hunters would have known that the even the Bounty manger could be deceived.
IF only hunters would has known that they are wasting Huge time working on a project that willl later change the entire business structure including social media channels just to dismiss anything that have to do with them.
IF only hunters would has known all are empty promises between them, BM and project developers.
IF ONLY hunters would has known that 90% of the bounties they participated will Not consider them talk more of payment.
IF only hunters would have known that some of the bounties they are campaigning for Now was a dead project that declined payments hoping that they have made huge achievements but get dumped by investors only for them to run back to the same markets that made them famous.

IF ONLY they know some of these FACTS about the projects they campaigned and many more to come....
If bounty hunters become united, professional and start boycotting bad managers and fake projects, i still believe that bounty hunting can still become a proper multi billion dollar industry that can employ thousands and thousands of people all around the world and i am quite sure this industry will grow big in coming years.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where DeFi is headed on: December 05, 2020, 04:22:00 PM
Initially everyone was overrating defi when we saw huge trading costs at uniswap and it was really annoying to see because defi was a new thing and every good thing takes time to build, even now we can see so many defi based projects being hacked and funds stolen just because of lack of infrastructure but once we see proper solutions built around defi we will see defi growing really big.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swipe (SXP) is a death defi project? on: December 05, 2020, 03:26:59 PM
Swipe (SXP) https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/swipe/
My dear friends what do you think about swipe (sxp) ?
Sxp is a death project in this bullrun?
  It's a flops defi project in 2020?
The project running by a flops team?
What you thinking about this project?
The project is good, they already have good partnerships and big companies are backing them but the current downtrend is perhaps due to the fact that the prices gone up too quickly at first place. I think if the price goes down more it could be a good buying opportunity especially if it goes around the ico price.
117  Economy / Exchanges / Re: It seems that KYC will be a must for all CEX users in Future on: December 04, 2020, 08:51:46 PM
Today December 4th 2020 Bitmax exchange have announced to stop providing services to non verified users, no more withdrawal limit for not verified users, I'm guessing if every other crypto exchanges will follow this, binance for example, I use this exchange with out KYC verifications, for someone like myself who don't want to give any centralized platforms my ID i may have no choice let, what do you think?

https://blog.bitmex.com/deadline-passes-for-bitmex-accelerated-user-verification-programme/
Yes, almost all top exchanges have implemented kyc requirement for all account holders, even the small accounts that are exempted from kyc initially have trading and withdrawal limits so for ultimate freedom of trading you kust be kyc verified.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: December 03, 2020, 08:41:18 PM
The market for Altcoins has been bad recently, and many Altcoins have died and lost a lot of money. What kind of Altcoins do you think will die?thanks for sharing

Updated January 9, 2020
Thank you for your suggestions. I have selected a few altcoins for investment, BCH, BSV, ONION, DASH, XMR. There are also many altcoins with small market capitalization. I hope I can get lucky and bless you all to find the investment you like.

The future belongs to the altcoins that have good market acceptance, trust and confidence of the community and un-paralleled support of investors and for that the project needs to be of high quality with out of the box utilities and solutions and it is not tough to find such alts, you can easily find them from top 50 to 100 cmc list.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH high gas fee on: December 03, 2020, 07:38:50 PM
When will this madness end?
Who is willing to pay such amounts for a transaction?

I hate to say but seems like these high gas and transaction fee issues will continue till atleast another year because eth has announced that these issues will be resolved by sharding which will be phase 1 of eth 2.0 and will take around 12 months to get launched.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Data safety on Centralized exchanges on: December 03, 2020, 07:02:45 PM
You still think that your data is save on Centralized exchanges? Think again, today australian crypto exchange accidentally expose users information, over 270,000 customers data is exposed, what kinda mistake is this anyways?

https://ia.acs.org.au/article/2020/australian-crypto-exchange-exposes-emails.html
Data breach of such private, sensitive data is highly condemnable and i think the local authorities or regulators in Australia should take strict action against the exchange or atleast warn them to make the data secure or else the exchange will be closed down.
