101  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 03:11:22 AM
Anyway for anyone wondering:

1. You get control of my pool account (we switch your email) because of this trust is required on the forum. NOT from any other third party site (like localbitcoins, etc)
2. You get daily (hourly, really) payouts
3. I want you to pay for the MG/WU with credit card so you're protected

Though im pretty sure its time to throw in the towel on this deal, I just don't know anyone I trust enough to go through with this
102  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 03:02:12 AM
NLNico, and im not a scammer. Just a guy between a rock and a hard place.

Unfortunately this doesnt exactly seem to be the kind of place where anyone give a flying f*@$ Smiley

103  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 03:00:20 AM
Problem with a pool account is that you can just get a new account and change your miners to that account. (or even new pool or new coin.) So technically it's not collateral. Correct me if I am wrong. You don't seem like a scammer though, but 2.3 BTC is pretty much for an internet loan.

Yea unfortunately it'd cost me $1000 to fly out and change the miners (which I clearly dont have, hence the loan)

So im looking for someone trust worthy. Im asking for trust but I also need a lot of trust on the other side too

FastLoan4u,

If you wanna do a WU/MG via Credit card, sure. But I'm not taking any risks. I've already been scammed once doing this offer.
105  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 02:58:27 AM
Well luckily, Ryan will be protected since what he's paying with credit card.

Im really confused at present though, im not sure if we're on or not. He's got that post saying no can do but I have a message saying we're on?

Shrug, guess we'll find out
106  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 12:44:01 AM
Vod,

What I decided to offer is control of the pool account, so I cant change it. While this isn't completely fool proof, I think it should be sufficient along with the daily payouts.

And thanks for helpin out the noobs, While you may have killed my chances for getting the loan, I still appreciate the effort in protecting people. I just wish you had protected ME when i got scammed =PPP
107  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 12:38:31 AM
Ryan,

Please check your private messages, I've included some relevant information for you.

One more thing, The amount requested is all I need, I do not require any extra as this is for a bill and I'm only requesting what I need.

Thanks

108  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 12:32:20 AM
Ryan,

I'd be more than happy to use escrow. However, you do understand how this loan works right? I'd change my miner payout address to yours (well, the escrow) and you'd recieve my miner output daily.

I just want to make sure you understand exactly whats going on before you get involved.
109  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 13, 2014, 12:24:17 AM
Collateral is usually my current RIC holdings

Unless you've got a better idea, I'm open to it
110  Economy / Lending / [Loan Req] Between 1 and 2.3 BTC / .30 BTC repaid daily on: May 12, 2014, 11:33:35 PM
Hey all,

Looking for between 1 and 2.3 BTC loan.

Loan repaid via miners (Currently mining Riecoin, making approx .3 to .38 BTC/day)

Payments made daily, not at the end.

Offering ~30% on 2.3 BTC loan ($1000 + $300 repaid within 8 days)

If anyone is interested, please shoot me a private message for more details.

Trust required, not giving away collateral to anyone with 0 trust. (Not making that mistake again).

Again, payments will be DAILY. If this doesn't work for ya, then don't bother =)

Thanks again

As usual, loan is for bills.

Hello,

I've received several loans from the 'Lending' section in the past with little to no issue. It appears that due to Bitcoin's popularity there is a new influx of traders and scammers to Bitcointalk.

So, I got scammed the other day. Here's what I've learned from my short experience.

1. All lenders want collateral to prove that you're legit/not a scammer.
--- THIS GOES BOTH WAYS (just like your mom) ---

They're asking you to prove that you're legit, shouldn't they be held to the same standard?

2. Ratings from other sites are pretty much NULL & VOID. (if not null, worth pennies on the dollar in terms of trust)

When I was scammed, I was duped by a user claiming his LocalBitcoins feedback was legit & 100%.

For one, the account could be hacked, manipulated, etc. Secondly, Even if their LBC account is legit and they're a good trader it means absolutely nothing to you. If they do scam you its not like you can use that LBC account name and do anything with it. You can't neg-rate them or anything unless you're in a transaction with them.

3. If you're being turned down left and right by lenders, verified & legit vendors that is, and all of a sudden someone comes out of the shadows and accepts your wonky terms.. You're likely about to get scammed.

4. Don't lend/get a loan in a RUSH.

The loan I wanted to do was .. get a loan, repay the loan in my hourly miner payouts. Fairly high risk for the lender, even though i can prove my setup and payouts.
This dude 'LendingTree' pops out of the shadows offering to do it. I was in a bind cause I needed the money for rent so I went against my better judgement and did it. Got scammed.

Anyway guys, I just wanted to share this with you so you don't get into a bind like I'm in. (Scammer scammed my rent payment, So im evicted/homeless now)

Unfortunately I likely wont be able to post much anymore due to the ehmm.. homelessness but:

*please be safe guys*! *please be safe guys*! *please be safe guys*! *please be safe guys*! *please be safe guys*! *please be safe guys*! *please be safe guys*!

Can  you provide proof your mining machines are not a botnet ?

What exactly would you like as proof? Anyone could just send you a random picture of a bunch of servers.

Just a question.

Why don't you just cash out your daily mining instead?

Exactly, he can sell & withdraw fiat via localbitcoins. Oh, let me guess, he needs cash TODAY!

SCAM!!

The guy I use on LBC has a minimum of $200 for WU/MG, so .. yea, thats why I can't.

I do, I just needed to pay rent, so $150/day wasn't gonna cut it =) But i ended up getting it paid yesterday

118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [$300 profit opportunity] Loan for mining payout [Got scammed, Still open!] on: May 07, 2014, 04:38:55 PM
No, I needed it for rent

But i got it paid, no thanks to LendingTree, thanks for scamming me dick head.

Anyway, no, Im not a scammer, i have trust ratings on here and have done many successful trades.

I *did* need it that day, but not anymore, since I ended up getting my rent paid.

But yea, thanks for calling me a scammer without any proof or even talking to me. Really mature.

EDIT: This loan is to ship a package. I need a credit card to do it, so if you'd be willing to login to my USPS account and do it, that would be so super huge for me. This would also offer you a great amount of protection against any fraud/monkey business.

Hi guys,

Well, yesterday I got burned by a scammer lender pretty bad. So today.. I'm back..but not being stupid (Hopefully)

Anyway, here's the long and short:

I need approximately $110. I have a mining rig right now, mining Riecoins, that makes approx $150/day. I will gladly verify this to you. I can let you login to my pool account and you can see stats. I'd prefer instead of you collecting the loan+fee at the end, you take the daily payouts. I set my payout at 220 RIC, which means you get about 12-13 payouts every 24 hrs.

I will give you a full day of mining rewards in return for the loan. I have some BTC/RIC on me now that can be used as collateral (Ofcourse, this is how I got burned yesterday)

Trust is necessary or at least *some* way I can verify you're legit. There's a good chance you'll be semi-overpaid as the miners may hit the amount when Im sleeping.. We can decide what to do about that after. If you're nice I'll most likely just let you keep it.

As for my legitimacy, I will give you a scan of my passport, info, etc, whatever you want. Just promise me you'll keep it private =/

tl;dr = Need $110, Paid back in 1 day with RIC miner reward/payout. Can verify all mining operation/account/payout
