Had the aadhar details, name matched his hdfc bank netbanking page screenshot. Everthing looked perfect. unfortunately the entire identity of that person had been stolen. scam still took place. |

Actually, bitcoinrates.in is using unpublished test api which normally is in sync with main api, but sometimes gets out of sync due different code versions. We are working on releasing official ticker api for the same which should resolve this issue. At this moment you should consider App prices as final prices. I will try to see if I can get new code version deployed on test api. Please accept our apologies on this issue, it could have been handled better from our side. Thanks and Regards Mahin Its alright. The Coinsecure wallet is now Live. Loads of features, can create accounts and assign addresses to them. Can generate upto 10 accounts per hour and 10 addresses per hour, per account. Multisig for users is in testing, should be rolled out once it gets some testing mileage. Currently, sending to Trade Engine is free, other withdrawals need Bitcoin Network fees of 0.0001 BTC. Sending from Trade Engine to Wallet is not yet onchain, so that will be an offchain transaction that may need 1 conf to show up as a deposit. API has been considerably modified as well. New Key types and permissions for Wallet and Trade Engine. No KYC or Bank link needed for ApiKey generation. But restricted methods will reply back with messages. 26 new methods added to the API . Old keys have been deprecated. But should continue to exist. Methods may not work with old keys though. This is a Hot Wallet, so do be cautious with how much money is stored in the Wallet. We employ some of the best security practices, but do be careful until Multisig and Vaults are launched. Will announce the wallet in a different thread soon!  I am a little confused. What is the difference in accounts and addresses. I can understand having multiple addresses, but why different accounts? What purpose will that serve? |

Just to let you know, was withdrawing btc from coinsecure to unocoin. It gave me an error that the unocoin address is invalid. moved coins from another wallet to the same unocoin address effortlessly.

Just tried it, seems fine. Can u PM me any more details, screenshot, amount, etc? @sambiohazard, should be unrelated to that. Did notice a small bug. 1Rs withdrawal fee getting added to each request. Will fix by tonight. I am busy through the day, will do it later tonight. But amount was all of what I have to the Paisa. Could that be the reason? |

Update: Checkout New graphs of Arbitrage Profits: Options: 24hr,12hr,1hr Options: After Fees, Without Fees The graph after fees for arbitrage profits i believe is using the standard fees settings, and not default fees setting. Is that right? if so can that be amended to custom fees? Yes it is using standard fees, custom fees is not feasible because it requires all arbitrage calculations to be redone based on custom fees which will cause large overhead. Alright, thanks a lot. |

Updates: >Graphs now have option to display rates without/with fees >Graph options selected are persistent for page reload/autorefresh. However, if i am seeing correctly, the graphs are displaying rates before fees. Is that right. Can they display prices after fees?

Damn, havent been using you guys for a while. If you all process INR withdrawls late in the evening, it would be so much easier.
Um, I can see you did some trading recently. We process INR withdrawal multiple times in a day and our last batch is at 7pm. What is the exact issue you are facing ? Well the reason i stopped trading some time back was because you took 2-3 days to for the withdrawl of INR. and also on top of that there were 4 withdrawls which were pending, 3 of small amounts and 1 of big amount and the big amount transaction had been done first. However, you all processed 3 small withdrawls after 2 days, and when i called i was told that they wanted to clear more transactions (not more amount) thats why the smaller ones were cleared first, and the next one was finally cleared after opening a ticket. The issue being, i trade mostly at night, and it would be great for Imps withdrawls from your end by 9-10 Pm. Waiting for next day kind of puts me off trading completely. Also do you all process on weekends? Oh, ok yes i remember this. It happens when we run out of INR liquidity due to high sell volumes. No matter what, the maximum time we take is 3 working days but most of times it is the same business day or next business day. We do not do IMPS but we use NEFT. The number of orders we process every day is humongous and we do not do it by manually entering every order but upload an excel sheet that gets generated by our server to bank website and get it processed. As per my discussion with the bank, the rules/regulation of IMPS does not allow this kind of business purpose. NEFT only works up to 7pm and it is when we stop processing orders as well. So we cannot process withdrawals and send money at 9-10pm nor we can process it during weekends as we pay through NEFT only. We are in the process of exploring a different possibility with one of the nationalized banks and if it works, we will be able to process and send money with in 1 hour. so that is the reason. i was thinking you guys are just plain lazy. will be selling some today. hoping for same day processing. |
